This doctor Vida Chou seems like a salesperson more than a doctor. When I first entered the clinic, she tried to upsell me Pap Smear which I have done not too long ago.She said I had eczema and wanted me to buy a 40 bucks moisturiser which is not within my insurance coverage. I asked for other types of medication and she said she didn’t have. I asked for a referral letter to a dermatologist instead since she didn’t have the required medicine for my condition that is covered.she said she would not write a referral letter because she could treat me, yet she didn’t have medication that is within coverage.

I found this clinic by chance as I was searching for a doctor to do my health assessment for my senior diving licence extension. Dr Vida discovered my hypertension was poorly controlled by my polyclinic med. She prescribed a very good drug for me and immediately my BP returned to normal. I am so lucky to have found her. She is so patient, compassionate and a good listener. She is also so humble and easy going. Happy to spend time talking to her something that polyclinic doctors cannot provide. Seniors need good patient doctors like Dr Vida. Dedicated to help care for the older folks in AMK.

Probably the slowest place in Singapore! Thanks to staff in 60s or 70s.And be ready to be treated “very differently” if you’re going with company insurance.

Here to do LPA document for my dad. Arrived at about 10am and our queue no is 843 when the no was at 841. Waited more than 45 mins. The ridiculous thing is, for more than 20 mins, there was obviously no patient inside the doc room. If time is precious to you, would definitely suggest you not to come to this clinic. Doc was even on the phone when we were inside the room for consultation and its not even a short phone call, it lasted more than 10 mins while we were in the room. And the most absurd thing is the phone call was for a personal matter from the bank. She was even spending time to talk to the person about whether its pounds or sing dollars. Honestly speaking, doctors should also be respectful of peoples time - you never know if people took off from work or other urgent matters. Definitely finding other platforms to give this feedback so nobody waste their time here at this clinic. And the charge of the lpa is $80 here when most are charging from $25 to $50.

Doctor did not come on time and the waiting time is ridiculously long! With this poor service, they still charged me high consultation fee! Doctors are always changing too! This is absurd!
