Best place to relax after a long day of work. Especially their foot reflexology done by Francis. He’s professional and skillful. He’s new and a hidden treasure in the shop. I enjoyed my 90 mins foot reflexology with him. Will definitely come back again.

Found a gem. This place is clean, quiet and most importantly the massage therapist are skillful. I feel so much better after an hour. It is on the pricier side but it’s worth it. I am happy to refer friends and recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good tcm massage.

Walk in with my boyfriend first time and has been told no place currently, hence we booked a slot next week. However, when we come down the second time, we have been told that only single room available so need to separate us. We are very disappointed as we booked one week in advance still didnt get double room and we have not been informed before ahead without a single call nor message. There is no apology either from a poker face receptionist and the masseur beside receptionist is keep eating blueberries while saying us not require a double room in the first place when booking the slot. Back to the booking time is me and my boyfriend coming down together, how should you expect not a double room? or at least remind us in advance. With the masseur is giving us the face of I dont care about your business, we straight away leave the place. It is very irritating.Besides, I have been here for several times, every time the masseur is talking loudly to each other and gossiping about how much they made, who is stealing whos customer during the treatment which cause me headache. The treatment is not effective and make my situation worse, my neck is so painful and cannot move after the session. I will rather use the same price book a high class spa session. Definitely wont come again.Not recommended.

I will need to point out this TCM masseur - Pang Chun Wei who is the best TCM masseur i have ever had because he knows where exactly my pain point is. He has helped me a lots in relaxing my muscles. Weirdest and most annoying massage I’ve ever experience. If you are thinking to come here, ask for Hong Mei or ou yang. At least these two masseur were decent when we came. Provided they don’t lose standard too.It’s my second time here with my husband. Both of us were matched with two assumed to be Malay masseur, one lady and one guy.Before we went to our rooms, we were greeted by someone whom seemed like the in charge or the boss, asking us if it’s ok to have a guy masseur, saying that the masseur ‘按得不错的“。we trusted our first experience here and say ok sure.My husband felt so uncomfortable during the massage that he had to call for a stop close to around 40 minutes mark. My husband explained that the masseur has been pressing too much on his bones instead of the muscles. The pain was too uncomfortable. We both are dancers, we study some anatomy and are quite aware and sensitive to our bodies. We have done numerous Physio and massage sessions, we know what’s good pain and bad pain.My masseur was the lady. Same. Pressing on the bones from time to time. No system at all in her massage. She can be massaging the left side, then suddenly go back to the right, as if she forgot a step or something. And she cracked my fingers and feet twice each?? Which masseur has done that for you? The pull was super uncomfortable too. Horrible and careless masseur. I went on with her massage because I didn’t want to create too much a fuss after my husband stopped.But what disappointed me is how the receptionist and all the staff handled this situation. My husband was being nice, trying to give his feedback up front, but they didn’t seemed too interested. All they said was oh today your massage is 100, by nets? And then one of the other masseur asked us, “你今天是没有预约是吗” what is this? So we deserve a bad massage because we didn’t make an appointment with our oreferred masseur? Your massage place has no standards that customers can trust? There was no interested in understanding more about the customer’s experience. My husband had his wallet out and wanted to pay already, it’s not even that we wanted to say we refuse to pay!The receptionist just stood there and said nothing with her poker face. We were unhappy with the service, and they did not bother to bring it up to us, and we had to tell the receptionist what happen, when clearly, they already know the situation because the male masseur came sone earlier and was sitting near the reception too.Utterly disappointed. I know money is hard to earn nowadays. We understand, and that’s why to give face to the lady masseur I let her finish my massage session. But please, the whole organisation can do better in ensuring a certain standard for all their new staff before sending them to the customers and destroying their mood and possibly their bodies. And also show more empathy and interests in the customers experience.
