First time coming here. 2 Malay staff at the front was a little rude and unfriendly. Quite unprofessional as they were talking in Malay about their personal things a little loudly. Doctor was friendly and experienced. The clinic is new and clean. Just wondering why a clinic which seems nice and pleasant would hire staff with poor etiquettes.

I had to do multiple ART examinations there and was always treated well. Professional, friendly, overall excellent service.

I had my pre-departure swab test done here. Dr Daniel was friendly and reassuring during the process.The receptionists (they seem new, different people since my visit last year) were also friendly and helpful.

Late Review, but better late than ever. Brought my dad here for his health screening and I must say that I am very pleased with the service rendered by the medical team over at this branch especially AMY ( i think thats her name) . The clinic assistants were very attentive and professional. Doctor was also very nice to explain to my dad his results without using medical jargons. My dad has requested that DA become his go-to clinic for any small issues. Unfortunately my aunt and grandmother had to get swabbed so I called DA @bishan for an appointment. Whole process was smooth & fast. My aunt complimented that she has never been to a clinic with staffs who were thorough in explaining what they should expect when in the drs room especially when the clinic was very busy! She also brought my uncle here to have his wound dressing changed because my aunt was impressed and felt reassured with the service of the clinic. Thanks to the staff at DA for making my family feel safe and reassured during our visits! Keep up the good work.

I went to get my pcr test on Saturday and the receptionist said Ill get by Sunday noon by email (my flight is on Sunday night). They asked me to call them by 12-2pm if i didnt receive their email. I didnt receive any email so I called them around 2:00pm they were closed . Very irresponsible they should have told me about their working hours on Sunday.I found the intermediate service and gave them a call .Thanks to intermediate 24 hours service ,I called them and they sent my memo immediately even gave me a call to confirm .This is the kind of service one asks for.

Nurses are polite and efficient, clinic location is convenient.

Very poor system of booking and even sent me SMS reminders for a time slot that the clinic is not open. I was provided Sunday 640pm time slot booking that is a ‘fake’ booking. The door was shut and wasted my time & effort getting there.Was told to go back another day. Not sure if I should trust their system.

Recently opened in Bishan, was attended to by Dr. Daniel and hes the friendliest doctor in Bishan, compared the other clinics Ive been to during the decades living here.

The doctor here does not know how to administer an ART. It was so bad that I ended up with a splitting headache and a terrible eye pain. I get a swab test twice a week for the past 3 months but not once have I experienced such an atrocious administration of service from a doctor. If not for my usual swab doctor having closed early today, Id have never come here.

Spoke to one of their doctors by the name of Kevin Chua via video call as it was a usual recurring illness of mine and i already have medicine prepared so i just needed an MC. Sarcastic and completely uninterested tone, maybe cause i didnt get any medicine from him? 😅 Just heads up for anyone who wants a video consultation with this clinic, its probably good and easy money for them so they dont really need to care as much about patients

Doctor was late for 1 hour and sheepishly claimed he was in involved in a car accident. This same doctor missed my virtual follow up appointment last year by saying he was busy. Lame excuses from a dead beat doc. It was just a coincidence I encountered this unprofessional doctor again. Wish I could rate 0 stars.Attached please see photos of the poor blood extraction resulting in blood coming out as well as bruising.The only reason I came here is because my company pays for the annual medical checkup and we have to do it here. I was asked to come to Bishan as their Sembawang branch had closed down - no wonder.However, I would like to commend the clinics staff for their patience and politeness to customers.

Terrible service. I visited the clinic at 3 pm on a monday. I was told that they are not seeing patients until 6pm this was not displayed anywhere. Reason given : doc is doing tele medicine. I agree with the person who rated 1 star. Dont bother to try this clinic unless you want to increase your blood pressure.9.1.2020: so what is the ourcome of your internal findings? Or is your reply just a sticker reply ?

Total waste of time. Came here thinking the doctor would be here but apparently the doctor only comes down on certain days. Most of the time its by video conference consultation. If you have rashes they will reject you for a video consult. Think twice before coming down, if not call to see when the doctor would be present otherwise it becomes a wasted trip. Would have helped if the opening hours on the door stated clearer about the lack of a physical doctor.

Say they open at 9am.but doctor strolls in at 915. Then consultation starts at 930. We were here at 9 completing registration in 5 minutes. Might as well say u open at 930 or 10?About the consultationYou have a gout attack? OK heres some medicine. Doctor didnt bother asking about history, or anything. Super irresponsible and unprofessional.

Efficient way to see a doctor.

To AVOID! Sent an email one week ago: no answer. Calling everyday: no one picks up. Worst experience!

No patients at peak hour?? Very shocked. Very quiet even it is seasonal flu season. And medicines prescribed is mostly I can easily seem at the pharmacy. And after consider, Im not going to take the medicines been prescribed and headed to a clinic whereby is more crowd. I swear this will be the last time I step in... I am having cough and running nose. Even welcome me to sit inside.

Avoid this clinic like the plague.They send you to do a covid-19 test for a headache.Drs probably have fake degrees.

Friendly doctor!

I visited recently. The Doctor and nurse staff are good. Doctor is a singapore mbbs graduate. I have company medical insurance, everything is covered for me on my 1st visit. Thank you doctor and nurses for treating me good. Sadly, it doesn’t support fullerton AIA health card anymore.

Clinic is clean and nice smelling. It is also quite spacious.Dr Lee Guo Wei is friendly & provided ample amount of medicines which worked well.As mentioned in a previous review, please call them up to check if a doctor is physically here.

BAD experience. Total waste of time. How to see doctor via video conference? Please shut down and give space to better clinics and Doctors.

I was very disappointed with DA clinic. I have been there for twice within a month and both time i didnt have any good experience.I was consulted by the docter via video conference call during my first visit. After the consultation, the front desk kept me waiting even though there is no other patients. When i approached her, she ask me if i am in a hurry or not because the medicine is out of stocks and she needed the doctor to advise for other alternative. I cant believe I have to wait 50 minutes in order to get my medication.Today i went to DA clinic again for my urinary tract infection. The doctor asked me to do a urine test and after the result is out, he said he will be giving me antibiotic for the moment. However further test on the urine in the lab is required to confirm which antibiotic suits my infection based on the test report. Said he will call me if I need to change the medicine.After finishing the consultation, the front desk gave me the antibiotics but asked me not to take it for the moment. She ask me to come again on next day morning for the test result then only take the antibiotics. I refused to do that as I was in pain. So I requested to cancel my test and take the antibiotics today.After taking the antibiotics, I was still in pain so I went to another clinic for second opinion. Upon showing the doctor the antibiotics that I have received from DA clinic, he said the antibiotics will not much help with my infection and said if I dont get it treated properly, it might affect my kidney as the infection is quite serious.I am totally disappointed with DA front desk service and treatment by the doctor. He was inexperience and could not diagnose my symptom properly where another doctor perform the same test yet could provide me required medication to treat my pain.Imagine when you are in pain you have to go through all this fustration. It was a waste of time, money and energy.

Terrible experience. I will NOT go back.I wish I could put 0 stars, but 1 seems to be the minimum.For a clinic displaying the Axa logo...what a terrible experience.The two staff ladies first refused my insurance card. I said it wasnt a problem, and gave them my AXA claim form to be filled by practitioner. The ladies then tried to make me leave by asking me to wait 5 or 10, then 30 minutes, and warning me the doctor would probably refuse to fill my insurance claim form. I had to wait another 10 mins to finally be offered to get my form filled in exchange for another 100$?I walked away in shock after loing 25 mins and feeling bribed.I already phoned and made a report to my insurance this evening.
