My wife fell and had a deep gash over her nose bridge which bled profusely. Being so close to Hill Spring Medical and worried about her bleeding we could only think of rushing her to the clinic. She was attended to immediately, expertly, and her wound healed nicely without infection or leaving a bad scar. We are very happy with the professional service and thankful to other patients for their consideration to let us cut queue.

Best family doctor ever! Never rush you in and out, always willing to listen, takes time to explain and is honest. Im so glad I found them for my family. I would recommend to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate and brilliant doctor!

Brought my 6 month old daughter here for vaccination. My wife carried her in the arms and waited outside standing for one and half hours till the little one fell asleep. My helper was also here at the same time for her medical checkup and got poked twice for a routine blood test.

Dr recommended very good dressing for my wound. healed very well. thank you!

My kids have been seeing Doc Ivan since birth. And though tis is GP clinic service far exceeded transactional visit. I was wowed when I recall a call to check in on my kid’s condition , that explains why we continue to visit tis clinic all the way from Sengkang 👍🏻

Very pleasant experience at the clinic today.

Left the clinic without seeking medical attention. That was just how bad my experience was. Encountered the rudest receptionist who only tells you how she cant help you instead of showing you any form of concern despite you entering her place of work, sick. Especially since it is well within her capabilities like printing a form. I even offered to pay for the additional printing service but she said they dont do that and I have to come back the next day with it. After suggesting to send it digitally to the doctor and have him fill it out online and send it back to me I was told yet again after waiting my turn, this is not possible and the doctor will not do that. I dont get it, in light of the pandemic arent we exploring digital solutions and going paperless? Not at this clinic it seems. Inflexible and uncaring. Upsetting that people like that are in the medical field. A zero star from me had it been possible.

Ive been consulting the doctors here for more than 10 years. All 3 doctors, Dr Ong, Dr Ang and Dr Ho are very caring towards their patients. Counter staff are very friendly and helpful as well! Great experience each time I visit knowing that I will be well taken care of :)

Just moved into the area and found this clinic which clicked all the boxes of what I look for in a neighbourhood GP and Family Healthcare resource.

The team there is very rude and impatient when asking about anything. Their booking system is outdated and inefficient. When there are issues the staff is unhelpful.

Doctor is caring and kind. Charges are reasonable too. His medicine always works for me. Thank you Dr Ang !

I previously came down for my own medical appointments thought the clinic was good and would definitely recommend. However, was hugely disappointed by my experience today when I brought my grandmother for consultation. Before I start on my long essay on the horrible experience I would like to say arguably this was the only bad experience Ive had at Hill Spring Medicine. I took time to write this out because I think the clinic can do much better than this. Working in the healthcare profession really requires a heart of service and love for people/elderly whether or not at the front desk of consultation room.1. System was down - understandable who technology can fail us at times but the counter/medical staff failed to inform me beforehand that the system was down and there would be a further delay in waiting time. I realised the situation while waiting in the clinic.2. Inconsiderate of the Elderly patients - given the status without Covid19 any health facilitation would be quick enough to give priority to elderly patients (my grandma is close to a 100 years old). This clinic did not bother even upon enquiring. Funny thing was, I even heard a patient in front of the queue asking the staff to let my grandmother go first but nope the clinic did not.3. Unhelpful and unprofessional - After waiting for ~10mins I decided waiting in the clinic was not a good environment for such prolonged waiting time (no priority + system was down). I was told it would be a 30-45mins wait, as such, I requested for the staff to give me a quick call prior to her turn while we waited outside in the neighbourhood. The staff immediately replied me We dont give calls here after she said that she reluctantly hesitated before saying will try. If the system is down and there is a prolonged waiting time, I would expect giving a short call or text notification would be possible? Also, my grandma was on a wheelchair. That meant having to carry the WC up the steps to get to the clinic. None of the staff offered to even help or open the door. After everything that happened the waiting time was ~1.5hrs. I would like to also add on there was 0 apologies from any of the staff at Hill Spring Medical about the long waiting time and horrible service :) None.I think the only saving grace from todays visit was probably the Dr. Ho being gentle towards my grandmother. Thats about it. Hope Hill Spring Medical would bother to make some amendments after seeing this review.

Rude and unprofessional staff

My go to clinic whenever me or my family needs to see a doctor. Doctors here are generally very professional and knowledgable. Consultation price is also affordable

Experience here has been good. My family and I have been going to the doctors here for years, which include Dr Ong Dr Ang Dr Ho. Hubby visited the clinic again this morning and Dr Ong attended to him. Recommended!

My mum and I had seen Dr Ivan Ong since 2007, prior to him setting up his clinics at Jalan Leban and Woodgrove. I even have his handphone number to whatsapp him in case I have anything to ask him, especially when my mum is a complicated case. Hes not a doctor to prescribe expensive drugs or order unnecessary tests, when he knows Im the sole breadwinner. All in all, hes a doctor with a heart, or else he will not be my family doctor for 13 years.

Dr Ivan Ong I-Fung was impatient, unconcerned and insensitive. Being concerned about my own health, I asked him several questions during my consultation. His replies were brief and seemed as if he wanted to get the consultation over and done with ASAP. Further, because I was using/referring to my phone listing all the questions that i wanted to ask him and my phone rang during the consultation, he became defensive and actually asked if i was recording our conversation. I had a very, very unpleasant experience with Dr Ivan Ong I-Fung and will not return ever again.

Doctors are kind and attentive. Environment cosy and uncluttered. Brings my whole family here. Can be busy sometimes.

Dr Ang Kiam Hwee was very detailed in getting my symptoms and describing my diagnosis. Even just a common cough, which most other GPs in Singapore will write off as generic within a 30second consultation, he is the only one in my entire life who asked in-depth questions that showed he actually cared to cure me and not dispense as many patients as possible.

Classic family physicians - very attentive.

The doctor, Dr. Ho I believe, doesnt bother to listen his patients. He is dismissive of your opinions and worries.Pretty much the opposite of what is needed from a primary healthcare physician.

The doctors are friendly, approachable and seem quite knowledgeable. Nice environment.
