Beautiful beach, fastest way to reach is to take boat from Jetty (Havelock). They charge you 1k per person for to and fro ride (Time allowed to stay in beach is 3 hrs approx, the same boat will drop you back at Jetty.) Beach closes around 3-3.30pm, so all the boats will reach back to Jetty by that time. Best time to visit is morn 8 am, try to take the 1st boat slot. All water sports are available here, we did Parasailing. They charged around ₹3200 rs (Oct 1st, 2021). Must visit in Havelock Island.

This beach 🏖️ is known for activities like snorkeling,jetski, banana ride,sea walk......Sea walk-3500,rest all ₹600 per ride per person. Snorkeling is free with the boat that carry to the beach but for deep water you have to pay ₹1000 extra, which includes videos and photos. Boat will stay for 3 hours there, all activities need to be completed within that time.

Another good beach at havelock island for water sports activities. You can trek for 1.5 kms to reach there or take a boat & it’ll take 20-25 minutes to reach there. Those who’re going for sea walk activity, please go for sea walk first as soon as you’ll reach elephant beach as it’s a time taking activity and may take around 1.5 to 2 hrs time.

This is second beautiful beach after radhanagar beach on this island. Trekking to this beach instead of taking boat was a memorable experiance. Do not take guide while trekking if you want to experiance this. However if jungle trekking is not a thing for you then regular boat is available from havelok jetty in 1000/- also snorkling is free with boat ride. Jet ski and scuba sports are also available.

Its a two-kilometer to the beach from the main road, there are dedicated guides who will take you through the trail and stay with you on the beach. Its a fairly easy trek and will not take much time. The beach is beautiful and there are multiple water sports available. There is a locker facility where you can calmly keep all your belongings and enjoy going into the water.

Visit this beach for your share of water sports in Havelock Island, Andaman. You will have your hands full with activities like Snorkeling, scuba diving, jet ski, banana rides and glass boat rides.Glass boat ride takes you out to the sea where you can see coral and various fish / creatures in the sea from the glass bottomed boats. The boats usually have a capacity of 6 - 8 people, charging about Rs. 600 per seat.Snorkeling does not require you to know swimming. The guides take care of you. Crystal clear water Beaches best place for scuba Diving. There you can do water activity like snorkeling, Banana ride,jet ski, sea walk,Glass boat etc. I will suggest you should try banana ride.Snorkeling ticket is included in the ticket it is complimentary.You can go elephant beach by boat or through trek. This beach will close after 5 pm. And you not get any food stall there so bring your packed food with you and dont throw any garbage there. You have to go from one island to another to reach there.

Fantastic beach on havelock island. You have to trek for almost 1.5 kms to reach this beach. Approximately 300 meters of mangroves and there you have a sight of a beautiful blue beach. We took a guide namely suken from the parking area who assisted us to the beach via a beautiful trek in between this lovely jungle. Overall a great experience. Once you reach the beach the real fun starts. Plenty of water sports to choose from that to at a very affordable price. Banana boat, sofa boat, glass boat etc for just rs 150/-. The time we reached the beach it was too much crowded but we still managed to do the water sports. Its suggested that you reach early by 9ish and trek to the beach as it takes approx 35mins one side. Overall a fantastic experience.

The beach is pretty good, but they should rename it to Commercio beach. Everything here is commercialised too an extent that the beach loses its charm... the best part is possibly the trek, and one does not need a guide to get to get here. Just follow the path and you will reach there

One of the best beaches to visit in the Andaman group and specially on the Havelock (Swaraaj) island. 🌅The name emerged long time back, as there were elephants spotted here along the shore and even an elephant training camp came into existence nearby. One of the ways to reach this beach is by trekking through the dense jungle for about 2 km.Beach is nice with lot of water sports available like boating, paras ailing etc.,The beach is little dirty because of the eateries at the sea shore but otherwise there is nothing to complain.There are even transport services to Havelock jetty from here.The best part of this journey is the trek. Through the dense jungle.

Best Beach for Water Sports Activities. I would suggest you that water sports is best in Havelock Elephanta beach. Be it Jet Skiing or Para Gliding. The best thing is that you have to trek around 1.8 km to get to the beach. I would prefer you to Trek rather than a Boat Ride. One of the best beaches I have visited so far.Neat, clean and well maintained.1. Opens at 8 am and closes at 4 pm.2. Takes around 20 min from Havelock port in speed boat. You need to book the ride to elephant beach and come back on same boat.3. You have all water sports here except scuba diving. Snorkeling and Sea Walking are attractions here.4. Toilets and changing rooms are available here.5. Clean waters and you can relax here along the beach and venture into waters.6. Check out corals during snorkeling.

An excellent beach having calm water. You can take air tubes on rent @Rs100 and just relax peacefully in the water. There is an option of snorkelling @Rs1200 approx which is yet another excellent option as the photos they take, comes pretty mind-blowing and plus the cost is pretty less compared to scuba diving.

You can reach here either by boat or tracking through forest. Best way to reach here is by tracking as you will love tracking in forest of Andaman. Tracking is safe, do not worry about safety. You can enjoy water activities here like snorkeling, water bike, etc. Food and Fruits are available here if you feel hungry. Do not get confused with name as you wont find any elephant here hahahahaha but still do not escape this beach.

Its a beautiful beach with nice corals for snorkeling but it closes by 3pm, I mean, its totally run down by tourist and noise from jet ski, boats and other water sports make your journey horrible. However if you want run go there please dont take boats to reach there as the snorkelling money added in the ride is only for a small training at the beach in shallow water. The snorkeling experience is good there, but for that you have to pay additional Rs.800 from which the boat guy and everyone else has their commission.A better way to enjoy elephant beach is to reach there by trekking, yes its not easy but it is enjoyable and once you reach there move on from main beach by walking ahead inside forest to find a calm white sandy beach and for snorkeling haggle with the guy who will happily take you for snorkeling under Rs.500.Enjoy your vacation and dont forget to pack your lunch as no eateries are there, only temporary snacks counters.

This is a beautiful beach with clear water and white sand. Even though I had not seen elephants but it is said that elephants used to live here. I saw the destruction one elephant did as it destroyed the huts there already when I went there. This beach is famous for water sports such as sky para gliding, banana rides, sofa ride, jet ski. One can enjoy the beautiful beach and water. This place is around 20 mins away from Neil island on a boat. But this island is surely beautiful on its own. One can get good pictures here as locations are good. One can even walk along the beach here. There are shops where people can buy shirts , pants etc and fruits, coconut, bhel etc are there. There is a facility of locker also RS.50 per locker and not to forget changing room is also available. This place is worth going to. Estimated cost is RS.950 to and fro from Neil island.

Most amazing beach in Havelock!!Reach this beach by taking ferry/boat from Havelock (approx Rs.950 per head). Its one of the cleanest and most turquoise colored beach I have ever seen.Complementary snorkeling (upto level 1) is provided along with boat ride. If paid extra, you would be taken more further in snorkeling where more fishes are seen, along with free photos.Approx 3 hrs time is given to spend at Elephant beach.Other activities include banana boat, jet ski, etc.This beach is absolutely a perfect spot to take pictures.

One can reach here on foot also through the forest path, distance 2 km approx. Beautiful blue sea. Journey in speed boat really enjoyable. Beach is clean and perfect for swimming also watersports. Guides are friendly. Scuba, snorkelling, water ski and other water sports can be enjoyed here from 8 am to 3 pm. Security measures are adequate. However except some fruits no other foods are available in the beach area. A must visit beach while at Havelock.

Beautiful beach you have to reach via ⛵ or forest.You can take vehicle on rent from local.Beach is amazing.Now elephant no more swim here it use to be now they have retired.You can do water sports here.You are not allow to go inside the forest and beach is surrounded by the forest. Too many big trees.Food is also available inside the beach by local.

Access to beach is through small boats from Havelock Jetty or trekking through the Jungles. If elephant sighting happens trekking is not possible. Three hours allowed to be spent in this beach. The Beach closes at 03.00 PM and all sports activities are also stopped. Beach is beautiful but here you can also do the snorkeling. This beach is away from Havelock and you have to book a special speed boat to go there. In the package you are eligible for a limited area to see the Coral but if you want to see more you can pay a little bit more.

Glass bottom ride is awesome. Visited in Apr2013. We took a shared boat of 6 people to go to elephant beach. The glass bottom ride was for 15 mins. The sand here is very soft and drops off from body easily once dry. The water is very clear and corals can be seen here.

Great place for water sports . The only place that had PARA Sailing in Andaman. Also has other sports like snorkelling , jetski , Banana boat ride , sofa ride. Water is not too deep. And there is an actual elephant near that area but still since locals are always der its safe. Wate ris clear and people go for swimming as well. Lifegaurds present all the time. Has a fixed time and the only way to go is by boat. Awesome place. Closes by 3-4pm.

The beach is clean with a great number of stalls selling quality fruits which are very delicious. One needs to get there by boats departing from Havelock jetty. The boat tickets provide complimentary snorkeling with half masks near the shore. Theres another option of deep sea snorkeling for which one has to pay extra. Its really beautiful and worth visiting.

I hiked the 1.8km from the Mainroad through a beautiful dense forest on a very muddy and uneven trail, not something I will recommend with kids or without proper gear but it was very satisfying. I did it early morning and reached the beach before 8 when a lot of boats arrive with tourist wanting to do water sports... A boat ride from the jetty to Elephant Beach cost around Rs900/-. Underwater walking cost Rs3500/- including the boat cost.

Located on the Havelock/Swaraj dweep, the elephant beach can be reached on foot by crossing a distance of approx. 3kms through the jungle or by boat. We had opted for the hike but as it had rained, the trail and become extremely muddy and slimy. We had to hire a guide (Rs500) to cross the area and took us about 1 hr to do so. But it was the most fun experience. The path was laden with forest foliage, thorny bushes, insects and ended in mangroves and a huge nest of crabs! But we had a guide who maneuvered us skillfully. The beach has a variety of water sports and also provides sea walk with photography. There a few kiosks selling eatables. However people are not allowed to go in the water.

This is most happening place in havelock island. It has all varieties of water activities including scuba diving, sea walk, snorkeling, banana rides, jet ski etc. This will be opened from 8:30 PM to 3:30 PM. You can reach this beach from havelock in two ways. one is through boat from havelock jetty and another one trek path from radhanagar beach. we went by boat. Boat tickets will be issued till 12 PM only. We have opted for sea walk and it is really great experience.

Elephant Beach is a neat & clean beach.Paid toilets are there. It has a OK seating area. You can get swimming costumes on rent as well as on purchase. Lots of water activities are there but dont forget to ask the price before enjoying the activity.

Must visit in Andamans...u have 2 take small speed boats from Havelock jetty which takes nearly 30 mins...beach has sitting & shopping facilities. Also has water sport activities like Jet Ski, Banana boat ride, and parasailing etc...presently snorkeling is unavailable due to accidents...nice place to spend minimum 3 hrs...

Best white sand beach, complementay snorkeling with boad ride of ₹950. Sea walk experience was Awesome in ₹3500, must try for everyone. Local people are having very good behavior. BUT NO ELEPHANT ON THE ISLAND 😡

No more snorkeling at this beach. We trekked for two kilometres to reach this beautiful gem of Andaman.

From Havelock Island it will take around two hours with small boats to reach Elephanta beach which one of the major attraction on Island.Different colours of water during travel will attract you much to enjoy more time in beautiful sea.There are many water activities like snorkelling, banana ride, sea walk. check your tour operator and package, because many rides are chargeable and may not be on your package.

It is a hidden beach, you can reach by a small trek or by boat.We reached here by trek. If you are a nature enthusiast I would recommend getting here by trek, but be sure of the season you are visiting this place, as I am afraid the trek trail may become very muddy and may not be suitable for trekking if you are trekking in the rainy season, other than this I donot envisage any other issues on the trek trail.If you are too afraid - you do get to hire some local people who are available at the very start of the trekking route (you can hire them as your guide - we did not, they are not from the Andaman govt establishment).The trek trail leads you through a small stretch on mangroves which is a very enjoyable. The trail is approximately of 2 kms stretch and one should easily complete one way trek in about half an hour to 45 minutes based on your fitness levels.Once you are at the beach you can do all the various water activities, and there are some shops where can buy food and refresh yourself

Natural beauty, will have to hire a boat and wait for your turn at Havelock Jetty and a hard boat ride up to this beach and back. Scuba diving gear and swimsuits are available on rent ( not recommended ). Meals are available so are soft drinks, bathing and changing rooms are there. There is no permanent structures except some concrete benches, Water scooter pillion riding and Banana boats and glass Bottom boats are available for ride. The corals have lost their color, and fishes are very few. The beach opens and closes in a fixed time. So try to catch the earliest boat.

Nice isolated beach. We have to go there by boat. Water sports are there including Para sailing. We all did para sailing. Clear water. Changing rooms and toilets are there on pay basis. Banana ride , sofa raid, skeeing are available.

Clean cyrstal clear water, calm sea, fully enjoying.two ways to reach : one is by trekking and second one by speed boat.must to do activity is = snorkeling. lots of fishes and coral, they also provide video and photo. must try mix fruit dish.locker for rent availalbe(@Rs.50).changing room is free and shower and toilet facility also available(@Rs.20).beach time: start at 8am and close by 3PM.visitng in feb2019.
