Loved the food. Its unlimited 😍 the rate are given on website and the food is delicious. Though compared to other cosmo. The menu is little short but delicious as well. Totally worth it. Must try if you are food lover and want to try new food from variety of cuisine.

There are wide variety of food, Indian, curry, Japanese sushi, Chinese stir fry, egg fried rice, fried noodles, Italian pasta, bake, roast, pizza, meat, vegan food and lots of cakes, fruits, ice-cream as dessert. For sea food, I can only see king prawns, it would be nicer if there are more fish dishes, scallops as in other similar buffet restaurants. The price is 18 pounds exclude drinks, it is a fair price for the food provided. Food is average in taste, not very impressive but without any complaint. Our family of 4 sat in a square table and actually it was a bit squashed. The whole experience is okay.

Lovely place to eat with a wide selection of foods, situated in the previous Red Hot World Buffet. Great place to take kids and Mon - Thurs kids go for a quid with a full paying adult! They offer bottomless drinks, pay one price for a glass and fill up with a variety of sodas at the soda machine as many times as you like. They also offer a free birthday meal however we booked too late to take advantage of this, but great to know for future reference.We was looked after by the lovely waiter David, happy to help and had my son laughing!

Lovely food I tried a bit of everything I had room for, crispy duck for the win. The cherry on the cake the chocolate fountain with marshmallows and popcorn to dip. Top tip empty a mousse onto your plate and fill up the small pot with chocolate .

Vegan review:Everything was clearly marked from allergens so it was easy to go round ‘the world’ and pick out what was ok to eat! It was flavoursome and there was more vegan choice than I expected. They could do with labelling gelatine too for the sweets.

Was better than I was expecting. Much more choice than other world buffets. 15 min wait for a table. It was too busy I kept bumping into people. The woman who brought us our bill was lovely her name badge said Rae, lovely genuine person all staff should be like that.

We pre booked for a group of 10. When we turned up we were sent straight to our seats with no delay. This place used to be Red Hot World Buffet so we expected pretty much the same experience, it is in fact much much better. Wider choice of food on the menu and bottomless soft drinks, which is fantastic for the kids. Desserts though.... Pretty disappointing to be honest. Very limited selection and when we went, the ice cream machine was broken. All things considered, we will go again, as 10 of us filled our faces and drank litres of soft drinks for £105. Find cheaper elsewhere in the city centre and Id be surprised. Two thumbs up.

Definitely much nicer than The Red Hot Buffet. Staff is very attentive and they clean the table as soon as there are empty plates. I just didn’t like the narrow spaces, for example if you are seating in table 24 it is going to be difficult to walk to the food stations as there is not much space to walk around, plus servers trying to move around to do their job. I imagine must be stressful for them when it’s busy.I wish there were more types of fruits, also they didn’t look very fresh. We’ve got the voucher of two for one, so I can’t really complain about the food, although,the taste of the Sirloin beef was awful.The kitchen staff were very helpful.

Very important they did not refill the ice cream machine, it could be awesome. I have changed my 3 star review after my recent visit, we booked a table which is advisable on the weekend as they do get very busy! We were seated (unessasarily close to another couple though i might add) and our drinks orders taken (£2.99 for unlimited soft drink refills and free tap water machine)The food selection has vastly improved as has the quality which was great to see, the man doing the steak needs some more training, my steak was blue rather than medium.Great experience tonight, we look forward to returning again

Good choices, amazing staff, lovely atmosphere. We were seated very quick. The children had desert as their starter and main. Lol.Hubby loved the prawns. Always ask the chefs if you want something slightly modified. If they are less busy, they can be accomodating. I wanted roasted corn but not in milk so the chef steamed it for me 💗💗Very friendly and helpful staff.

Poor quality of food taste. Their chefs cannot cook authentic asian dishes and possibly dont know about how to cook it. It was like they cook something randomly and just pretend that it is some countrys foodFor example they cook fried rice with chili and soy sauce and they name it thai fried rice how did it possible? As far as i know i am from Thailand and there is no such a thing in my country.Another case was indian curries, last time i brought my indian friends to go there he said the curry is not a curry and the taste is not even close to the real indian curry.Same goes to the case of chinese food, they just stir fry something and put the chinese sauce without knowing how to use that sauce.This is an A-graded restaurant, have you ever spent time researching about those food?And the food storage system is poor too, they didnt stock the food or refill the food that was gone immediately (they left that area empty for about a half an hour and didnt replace with anything new)Service system is also flawed, there are lots of waitors and waitresses but they stand consistently in just one place one zone, but the restaurant is so big and broad how can they provide a good service to customers in a needed time?Also they have an underqualified (and dismanagement) booking system. On the phone they said we dont need to book and can just walk-in but when we arrived they said we need to wait for the table as no table available for that time yet.The cake zone is diverse and somehow tastes good so it was the only acceptable thing in this restaurant.

Absolutely brilliant. Visited yesterday despite some of the more negative reviews and we were confused as to what they meant, the variety is amazing, in our opinion better than red hot and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful - they were quick to remove empty plates and were readily available for help at all times, always asking if things were okay but not to the point where it becomes annoying. This quickly became our favourite restaurant and the experience was perfect. Weve visited numerous buffets, frequently at Red Hot (the buffet that existed here before COSMO) but none of them compare.

Absolutely loved it! Great variety of food and drinks! You could try anything from so many cuisines. It is also really affordable. Great decor and amazing athmosphere! The staff is also really friendly and helpful. All facilities were clean and tidy. I would definitely go again once I am back in Manchester!

Food was nice however some of the chicken was raw. Was given a poor excuse of high fibre chicken, which makes it look pink. Never heard of high fibre chicken but I know what raw is.

A nice restaurant with lots of diverse foods. The atmosphere is great and the owner have utilised the space efficiently to accommodate large groups of people.

As a typical buffet it has a big variety of loaded msg food, didnt enjoy it and still feel the after effects...Avoid if you dont like eating junk food.

I really love buffets and this is definitely the best one I have been to so far! As a picky vegetarian I cna say there is definitely a lot of choice! Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is that it gets ridiculously crowded throughout the entire restaurant meaning that even though I prebooked a table, I ended up getting seated an hour after I was due to have my meal

You get what you pay for. .... Lunchtime on Saturday £12 for all you can eat buffet and £3.50 for refillable soft drink.A huge selection of foods but in my own opinion lacking flavour and quality. I felt bloated after eating only 1 small plate.Waiting on staff were lovely and helpful they explained everything and cleared the used plates quickly with a smile. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated.

As it is an all you can eat place you are not going to end up with the best quality food but you will end up with a lot of it! You will definitely get your moneys worth. Nicest buffet Ive been to. Clean. Food is fresh. Only down side which is why I gave 4 instead of five. The side where you would rest your plate is extremely hot. Myself and my daughter both had a little accident when trying to pick up plates. But besides that, its a nice place.

We went to Cosmo for a birthday meal with a large group and had a good time. The restaurant was busy when we arrived but we were seated quite quickly. The food was good although the buffet area was very congested with little space. There was a lot of variety in the available dishes and they were all labelled. This was a good value meal.

The buffet has all types of food. It has great food. For students its good price during the lunch time. Dinner can be expensive. The cocktails are really good. However there are time limits. I was given 40 min to eat which was a little too short. Not enough tome to enjoy all the food. The service is also really great. All the foods are very good. The lighting is good. Good interior decor. The food is displayed and organised very well. There are lots of room to walk around, so it is not cramped like other world buffets. Its a great buffet to try if you havent.

As buffets go, this is one of the best. However be prepared to overeat. They have such a vast selection of various foods. Usual buffet food and food cooked from fresh. The only thing I dont think is nice is the pizza. But they have sushi,pasta, roast dinner all the trimmings, pasta, lasagne,Chinese dishes, Indian curries,meats, rices, chips. Visited my last night in Manchester. The food here is excellent. It is buffet style style but the various cuisines allowed my party to sample duck,prawns, 3 types of chicken wings, sweet potato fries, dried seaweed,pizza, cheesecake, ice cream, fudge cake, Apple pie, etc. Everything was exceptional. Staff was attentive and did not rush us.

Food was hot and cooked properly. Food tasted good.The range was different from my local Cosmo but I didnt find any problems with the current selection.Great decor.

Went here for a friends hen night. The food is okay, the company was better! I would describe it as a typical buffet restaurant, it is almost the same as its predecessor the red hot buffet. There is parking opposite which is handy.

Cosmo is a nice place but can get very busy, the food is a bit hit and miss so its just a matter of knowing whats good. Staff are friendly and the restaurant was fairly clean. Only con was the pizza was in very high demand and went as soon as it was out of the oven. One thing I would say is it would be worth showing what they serve on the site.

*LUNCH SERVICE ONLY*Four of us went for lunch at the opening time of 12 and were surprised at how similar the lunch and dinner services are. Very few items from the dinner service are missing (if any) meaning you get a very large selection of Indian, Chinese, Japanese, British, Italian, etc. foods for about £8 instead of over £15. All the food was very nice (my favourite being the honey glazed chicken wings) and plentiful.Very good value for money.The staff were very attentive, keeping the place clean and removing plates quickly. There were more guests than I expected at the service but probably not even half capacity so its very relaxed.I would highly recommend coming here for a lunch that can easily take the place of your tea later on, especially if you can get a further 10% discount for being in the NHS etc.

If I could give half stars then it would be 4.5 stars. It was about 35 minutes after the booked seating time for us to be seated. When we were seated there were a lot of empty tables around us. Perhaps there was a good reason for it! There is a bar at the reception area but it was cramped and under manned. Now that the negatives are out of the way everyone in our group enjoyed the visit to Cosmos. The prices for food are very good, the prices for alcohol are reasonable and non drinkers can enjoy unlimited soft drink. The range of food available is very good and the quality was excellent. The general decor and cleanliness was very good. I will definitely go again.

Excelent Buffet!

Food is average. The dessert choice and quality is a joke and the Indian food section is below average. Ive tasted better curries out of a jar. Despite having a variety of choices I found myself sticking to only a few dishes. I hope COSMO take this feedback and improve their Indian food and dessert section.

It was a lovely atmosphere. The food was nice. The ice cream and apple crumble was the highlight for me. However the toilet was really dirty. They should have regular hourly checks or so there. Cause its not nice to come use the toilet and its not nice, it puts you off your meal.

Very busy, but also very cramped... Bad sewage smell as you walk in... Had to use a tea spoon for the soup because they ran out of soup spoons... Very little selection for Italian food, broken ice cream machine... Then they had the nerve to hand us the bill without us asking for it, but to top it off, you have to PROVE that you paid when you get downstairsRed Hot buffet was a lot better, and the food Was hot there... Not sure Ill be back in a hurry, stick to Peachy Keen in the Printworks

Highly recommended the unlimited breakfast. £5.50 is a bargain. Tea, coffee, OJ, cereal, fruit, croissants, toast and full English breakfast items. On request they will make fresh waffles and pancakes. Everything I had was so delicious. Especially the sausages. You wont find a cheaper breakfast in Manchester. Youll leave here full up for sure. Ready to take on whatever your day has to offer. 5 🌟

Wowee really enjoyable experience. Food is delicious and the variety is stunning. Very busy but this does not effect food volume plenty for everyone to go around countless times. I highly recommend.
