Excellent starters with lots of varieties and I didnt waste any.Mains were good with great choices and much better than the London Royal Nawabs however Im not used to the Pakistani flavours as Im used to the Bangladeshi flavour and that is why Im giving 4 stars instead of 5.Great parking and prayer facilities ππ½Did have to wait 1.5 hours on a Sun evening during the summer holidays but was expecting this from feedback from others.
Amazing food & good covid19 safety measures! I went here with my family and the starters were absolutely amazing! They also have a prayer room & they even have a wedding hall! The Chops were Great. Very Clean & Big restaurant, even the Toilets were clean. Buffet Costs Β£20 if your over 10 I think
Manchesters biggest Indian food buffet.Top quality Indian food where you can have a bit of everything.Really nice food! drinks are a little on the pricey side hydrate well before going :)By the way alcohol however is not served here nor are you permitted to bring your own.The food really us worth it though.
Came yesterday evening, the food was average some of the items were worth giving 5 stars. The service could be improved, had to ask for cutleries and napkins rather then being presented with it before sitting down. Was harassed several times even after showing my exemption card of why I ainβt wearing a mask and that they were telling me apparently the law states I need to wear exemptions card as a badge which was false information. I would only go to this place if itβs your only option.
Went here on a Sunday afternoon which was a lot better as it wasnt too busy so we didnt have to wait for a table. The food was delicious and fresh however the service and some of the staff were really disappointing. Some of the staff were quite rude and just ignored us completely when we were asking for assistance. Its such a shame and has put me off returning again anytime soon.
Absolutely impeccable service. Considering how busy they are, the service we received for a group of 30 people was excellent. Staff were really accommodating and very helpful.

This place, I feel is going down hill. It used to be a very nice place to take your family. Not anymore. Firstly, I asked for a highchair for my child and they took ages to bring one out. When they did it was broken so we asked for another one. It never came. We had to take turns to get food and watch our daughter. Alot of staff but they are standing around doing nothing. Starters and mains were good. When we got to the dessert stand the staff serving were rude to my wife, ignored her when she asked a question. Other places offer same food for less money and better service. Dont think we will be going back.
Regrettably from the attempt to park here it was a shambles. More so as I was with a disabled passenger all the allocated disabled spots were occupied by vehicles without a disabled badge.Furthermore the road leading to their car park is consumed by vehicles on both sides as well as on their front pavement making navigating with a wheelchair extremely difficult. Speaking to their parking attendants they simply shrugged their shoulders and the manager in reception wasnt interested in listening to my complaint.I felt let down by the whole inadequate parking experience which is clearly a huge burden on the local area as they simply dont have enough parking for the sheer volume of customers.The whole experience was a lesson for us to just avoid places like this, plenty of similar restaurants for us to enjoy without the stress of parking.
A real mixed bag. The entrance is rather nice and so is the main eating area. Otherwise, itβs a standard fare buffet place. Itβs pricey for what it is and the drinks arenβt included. The staff arenβt rude, just disengaged.The food range is vast, but itβs average. Buffet places serve a purpose and this is no different.The bathrooms are filthy and the car park tight; with the attendant not serving any purpose.
Visited, Manchester branch. Wasnt surprised rather little disappointment. Lot of starter varieties, but none impressed. Main dish and curries are awesome. Again desert side average. Cant be rate low, since few dishes were awesome. Service needs to be improved. Not having mind to another visit or recommendation for buffet.

The price has gone up by 50% after the pandemic, the food stabdard has gone down, the 0lates have gone smaller and the price is Β£21.95 for 10 year oods onwards.Ridiculous
Had a few weddings here and attending some as well never been let down staff are always brilliant and cant complain about the food is always spot-on all around its an excellent venue for food and weddings also booked other big popular halls 4 Weddings they look lovely but food tends to be a let down but with nawabs all round A*
August 2021 I arranged my brother Valima at Nawaab. It was for 150 people, The Persian suite. Attentive to details on the day was such what I expected from Nawaab, it was perfect. From decoration food and service from the lovely staff. (We had additional special arrangements for some guests.) But the staff made sure the instruction were listened to without me having to go back. This gave me peace of mind on the day.Dani Malik, the events manager who was looking after our event was excellent! He followed-up with me throughout the event to make sure all was okay.Although I have been to many weddings at Nawaabs, this was truly special one for me!Thank you Nawaab Manchester for making it a day for me! Food was good but service was pretty poor. Had to wait for the drinks for 30 mins even after requesting them multiple times. Not worth the price.
Amazing food, definitely a 5 star if not 7 star experience. Manager and servers were all extremely polite and courteous. The food was amazing, heard good things about this restaurant for years and finally got the chance. Will definitely be coming back, would recommend 100%
Food was awesome as always, starters for me was 10 10 so was the Chinese wow, cant fault the desserts at the end. Wait time was 40 min which is standard on a Saturday night. Deffo recommended if your in the area and have a big appetite

Very nice, fresh and variety of food, the sitting space is bit tight as it is very busy. Toilets need regular cleaning as well.Parking can be found in nearby streets if its parking is full.

Myself and my family came here this evening as we have always thoroughly enjoyed the food and have never had a problem before. This evening has put me off ever coming back. I was told at the door to put a mask on, to which I responded that I am exempt. I was told by the man at the door that β this is private property, you must wear a maskβ after I showed him the relevant information on the GOV website which clearly states it is not a legal requirement to prove you are exempt. Once inside I was then asked by a further 3 individuals to put a mask on, then asked for a exemption card as proof. Once at my table we were watched by numerous staff members and made to feel very uncomfortable. Every single time I got up to get myself food or for my son, I was asked repeatedly by numerous staff over and over again to wear a mask, and again asked if I can prove my exemption. I witnessed over 6 different staff members wearing their masks under their noses, which is incorrect and is a clear contradiction of their own βrulesβ. I barely ate any food as I felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. We spoke to the manager before we left who was completely rude and dismissive regarding our upset and had absolutely no understanding of the the fact that nobody has the legal right to question another person regarding their disability, hidden or not. The manager clearly just wanted us to pay and leave rather than being apologetic over the way his customers were treated. Nor did he seem concerned that his staff were not wearing their masks correctly ,yet making me feel uncomfortable not wearing mine. I am left feeling absolutely disgusted by this whole experience and will be advising anyone I know who is exempt from wearing a face mask to stay clear of this place and itβs blatant discrimination.
Went to nawabs 28th September in Manchester, food was spot on as per usual, but the customer service was absolutely disgusting. Iβm actually very shocked at how we was treated. Where do i start, I walked into the restaurant with my mrs and her mum, baring in mind they are both white women and Iβm an Asian man. We were greeted by a male Asian member of staff who was on front of house in the lobby and straight away he started speaking Urdu to me and not acknowledging that Iβm with 2 other people and it was so rude as he completely ignored them both. Then we were seated on table 10 and the waiters were even worse. My mrs kept getting stared at by 2 of the waiters and they were ear wigging our conversation and decided to but in and join the convo, again very rude. We all felt so uncomfortable and extremely shocked, we didnβt even eat properly and was put off by all the staff, because we kept getting stared at. I spoke to a manager near the bar and he apologised and asked if we wanted to move but we were already leaving because we didnβt want to stay. on top of all that, the waiting staff for our table kept coming over asking to clear our table more often that they were clearing all the other tables as if they were rushing us to leave. service was shocking will not be coming back here and Iβm very gutted after years of good service from the restaurant and excellent food.

Staff were quick to clear the plates. They were very helpful and efficient with their assistance. Food was absolutely amazing with their wide variety of food, I was definitely stuffed to the peak with foodπ. I would say its worth the price no doubt!
Great variety of food including Pakistani Chinese Italian and continental! Lovely venue for weddings as well. If you want to eat at the buffet at weekends be prepared to queue up as its very busy and waiting times can be 90mins!
DISGUSTED. To begin with I wasnt informed that I would not be receiving table service and the actual menu even though i called up multiple times regarding my booking. Whoever I spoke on the phone to had no customer service skills. To make it worse I was subjected to an uncomfortable environment due to the way I looked and it has nothing to do with anyone there how I look or what I wear. The staff even made me feel uncomfortable and to be honest I just wanted to leave and I felt so bad for my partner but in that type of atmosphere I had every right to feel very annoyed. The food was just average definitely not worth the price and definitely will not be going back and was definitely not what I expect or seen online. Work on your customer service skills, table setting skills and basic respect please so others are not subjected to this experience.
Wow! Im never that excited for a buffet as the food is usually subpar but, my goodness, this is not the case here. The food is incredible and theres absolutely tons on offer. Its huge too, one of the best curry places Ive been to.

I was really disappointed with the food. It is very ordinary food , specially sizzling lamb chops. Hardly there was any meat with the bone ,meat was like a rubber, couldnt cut with knife . I try many dishes but cant praise any. This restaurant got all ingredients to improve but needs wake up call.

Just ordered through uber. We fancied trying a new place and was not disappointed. The food was lovely. The portion sizes were big for the price. Onion pakora and the meat samosas are unreal also the chicken melted in your mouth. The only issue is that it was warm and not hot. We will definitely be ordering again and also coming to visit you soon.

I dont know what the staff dont understand, if someone states they are exempt from wearing a mask simple they dont wear one. They shouldnt have to provide evidence but happily did, the staff run around the restaurant one after the other asking you to wear it. Service is absolutely horrendous. Foods good service not so great.

The cuisine is of Bangladesh /Pakistan /Indian style. The staff are very friendly and helpful and give you excellent service. Food is buffet style and drink is served to your table. If you have never been then this will be a totally new experience. The food on the buffet is varied beyond belief, from salad and traditional starters that you would expect, then onto the main courses of traditional dishes to more speciality dishes that you maybe have not heard of before and followed by ice cream or traditional Indian /Bangladesh style dessert. If you are not into curries or have unadventurous children with you then there is an excellent selection of western styles including chips, pizza, pasta, fish bites and sweet and sour chicken. The restaurant is in an old cinema /dance hall and at any one sitting can hold over 200 people. At busy times expect up to an hour to wait for a table, but its worth the wait. Remember that the restaurant is alcohol free due to religious reasons so please respect this, although being a lot of spicy food I recommend a litre carafe of the delicious mango lassi! There is tons of parking at the rear of the building. Booking ahead is not allowed unless you have a party of 15 or more (best to give them at least one day notice). There is disabled access although remember that this is a buffet and therefore may not be as suitable for wheelchairs. There are plenty of choice for vegetarians. If you have never been I dont think you ever experience a dining experience like quite like this restaurant. Is this place popular? You bet it is! Enjoy by many of the locals who return time after time.

Been visiting Nawaab restaurant for years...no Eid is complete without Nawaab ... The staff are so lovely and welcoming..always had a great experience. Excellent variety of food... no other restaurant provides such a fab selection on buffet... from salads to starters to mains to desserts π₯³an absolute delight !!!!Last visit was very special as it was my daughters birthday...we were looked after by Mr Khawar who made sure everything was as requested. The customer service we received was second to none!Thank you for making my daughters day so special... I highly recommend Nawaab for any occasion/family meal. Best time to go soon as it opens .. π₯³

Very very nice food. The variety of food available is impressive. The quality of atleast 90% of the dishes was worth coming back for. Although a bit pricey, but with the quality of the food and variety of food available, it is well worth it. The atmosphere was buzzing. The waiting time was not too much and the staff give you realistic waiting times. The set up and decor are very attractive and worthy of a photoshoot.

Food was great, thereβs a lot of variety.The main reason that led me to give them 5 stars is the staff.I went on a hectic saturday night with a group of people. And the waiters were so nice and kind and were put under a lot of pressure tbh because of the large crowd of ppl eating there. Huge props to them, they are really hard workers, being able to do their job under all that stressππ½ππ½On top of that it was a birthday too and as we requested a cake too and they bought it out with candles and even sung the birthday boy a happy birthday with us π

Now. This restaurant is absolutely the best. The best part is when theres all the food is prepared and view all have a variety to choose. Royal nawabs is a perfect place for family gatherings, weddings, parties, etc.If youre looking for a place like this I recommend to visit this for any occasions.
