One of the best resorts Ive ever been too, the water park & temperature control pool were my main attractions and they were just as amazing as I thought. For the water park only two slides are working but its not bad regardless of it. Great ambience, good-quality & service.

Great place to be with family and kids. Kids will have fun at water activities and swiming pool. Food was average and could be much much better. Overall had a wonderful stay at the resort.

This place is just okay to stay. Room size is sufficient but bathrooms are extremely small.Room service was terrible. I stayed there for 4 days with two meals, breakfast and dinner included in package.I had my small kid with me who wasnt comfortable to be fed at hotel dining area. Everytime we asked the room service to send some food for kid in our room, the manager would say its chargeable and we were required to explain each time,which was quite annoying.The housekeeping cleaned our room after day 1 of our stay quite well but from next day onwards it was quite untidy with missing towel replacement in bathroom and we had to ask for it later every day.The food options were limited with repetitive dishes. They served mutton only on Saturday, for rest days there were only one dry chicken dish in dinner.There was water dripping from ceiling in the reception area which made it unsafe for kids.Now coming to prosThe water park and swimming pool was quite fun for all age group.There is a kids play area too, but its chargeable.One can stay there if get a cheaper deal. It is more crowded on Friday till Sunday morning. To avoid crowd and get cheaper deal, go on week days.Have a nice stay!!!

The property is expansive,have all ingredients for lesisurly vacation. Rooms are big and clean. Food was great. Very close to Lonawala town. Only nuisance some time is train sounds as it overlooks (from distance) railway track.

Been here twice and I havent been bored of it. Its neither too disturbingly noisy nor super calm of a place, which is perfect to relax and have some adventure activities around or simply enjoy the pool.Service was excellent but food kept wanting us for more taste.Overall its an enjoyable stay here all the time.

Also not that tastyVeg spread was quite extensiveSimilarly the breakfast spread has a good variety. But repetitive items on both days of our stay.Activities were good- cycling, badminton, table tennis, archery but they are all paid.Carrom and zip lining are freeThere is a v nice kids play zone. Its a renowned place for a reason. All time favourite family resort. There are games and swimming pools for kids to enjoy. The scenic view from the resort is really good and the service and hospitality are remarkable. Its located in the heart of Lonavla. Good breakfast buffet. Would surely recommend for people from any age group.

The property is good and a big resort with few good water activities, service is good and room service was prompt. Food is over priced and okay. Menu items in room service are limited, breakfast spread was good. Food could be better and reasonable priced.

Came back for back to back 4 days of training program after a long break. The conference facilities are very ably supported by a very supportive team of staff and are mostly old timers. Property is maintained well and the rooms are clean and hygienic.Great food during the breakfast to dinner makes you look out for more.

Good stay for the weekend. Would have liked a room with a better view but the resort was quite crowded. Limited veg starters in the lunch buffet was a disappointment. I had the privilege of staying with friends and family for two nights at your beautiful resort, Fariyas Resort was the perfect place to get away for a few days and we enjoyed every minute. We were given one of the rooms in the original part of the hotel that overlooked the hills. It couldn’t have been any better. The Fariyas Resort was truly a place I will long remember.

Amazing place to stay and for cuisine...one of the classic food spreads available and the Chef has got magical fingers to satisfy the tastebuds of most. Large property to wander off at over the weekend situated in the serene Fricherly hills in lonvala and very near to the Mumbai-Pune express way.

It’s a beautiful property with a stunning view. Delicious food, extremely courteous staff. I’ve been there twice in the last 6 months and it’s always been an extremely relaxing and lovely stay! I recommend visiting them during the week days (mon to thurs) as the weekends are quite packed. They even have activities planned during the day, and a few sports activities if you’re travelling with children they will definitely be occupied. Their swimming has opened for use and they have a rain shower and a slides.

Inhouse food is very expensive and quality is just above average.Buffet timings may NOT meet your expectations for a resort like feeling, especially after check-in and mornings.Room cleaning and general hotel Staff is very cooperative, helping and diligent, full marks there. Rooms are good but a little expensive.Overall good property and location, and can be better. - thanks.

Good place for kids as there is a water park and good play area. Food can be better per 5star standards. Rooms in general need new decor. The designs are decors are 2 decade old.

Hi all, I Visited this hotel during a short trip from Mumbai to Pune we went there for a quick bite. We found the staff is very good and quite helpful, also lobby was quite impressive. We had some lite snacks along with the Tea and we were not very happy with the taste. Tea was quite OK but the snacks which we ordered was below expectation overall our experience was average. Maybe we will visit again to find out more about this property. I have attached few photos here, this might help you in taking a call about the hotel.

This resort might be titled 5 star when it was build but now cant be tilled as 5 star as the facilities of rooms are not that good, view is certainly beautiful from balcony, food is also wonderful, indoor swimming pool and other water rides are best option to have fun.

Got its own water park, heated indoor pools etc. The food here is awesome. Really good food. And their Tea, Masala Tea,, really really great, dont miss it! We love it!!

We recently visited the hotel for a weekend staycation. The property is very well maintained and looks beautiful in the monsoons. Huge shoutout to the staff as everyone was very courteous and professional. We were travelling with our 4 month old baby and the staff made sure we had a crib in the room. They have a nice and well maintained heated indoor swimming pool and a mini water park with slides, perfect for a nice swim. I forgot my headphones in our room. One we reached home, i immediately got a call from the hotel asking if I had forgotten it and were kind enough to courier it to me the very next day. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling with family and small children.

Very nice resort . In rooms bathtub was available . Rooms were equipped with balcony and they were clean. There was a mini Waterpark and an indoor swimming pool and they even had facility like climbing,zappeling food was good very nice experience

Excellent Resort ! Among the top 2 in Khandala/ Lonavala area. Ms. Puja Sen (Hostess) was extremely hospitable and helpful towards our family !Rooms are very kept and clean.Room Service is prompt,Value for Money.

They have to improve a lot to remain competitive. First time in such renowned name hotel/resort, I found repeat menu except few nominal changes in menu. Live counters have limited options. In starter and dessert, it was below normal, same cake was served in different ways very cleverly. Room needed frequent repair (in two days stay, carpenter - twice, plumber - thrice, Electrician - twice). Sorry word is not the only solution with such high tarrif. If Fariyaz want to remain in good books, much more needed towards customer centricity. Overall experience is not memorable at all.

It was my birthday in January, and my wife and I wanted to give ourselves the much needed time outside the monotony that the lack of space and continuous work from home had gotten to us in Mumbai. Fariyas Resort Lonavala is a name that would reverberate in our minds for the impeccable cleanliness and customer service which is very hard to achieve, given the safety measures in/post this pandemic. Thank you to the management team and the staff at Fariyas for making our stay a memorable one. Im already missing the picturesque view of the sunset from the balcony of the suite, that was offered to us as an upgrade followed by a birthday cake from the resort. Thank you Mr. Ray for your kindness. Breakfast was scrumptious too. Would come back again.Suggestion: Dinner options- It would be great to also have a restaurant serving Asian cuisine available at the property. Not sure if we missed on noticing one.

We had been to this resort just for 1 night and yes the experience was really amazing. They have rooms overlooking with beautiful view. Food is also excellent especially during breakfast, the staff is very friendly. Childrens can play games like tabble tennis, chess, swimming at park. Service is also upto the mark.Overall good experience

Place is good for stay cation... But its not worth the cost if you are traveling now during covid. Many activities are not happening.. Due to covid even the food options are limited. The buffet was sad and dinner buffet options had veggies like turai and peas!!! Felt like hospital 😊

Heard a lot about this place, so decided to try it out. The hotel has seen better days. Service is fantastic... Definitely 5 star. The property though, is not well kept. Almost everything in the room failed us. For example, the tv and the water kettle had to be replaced. The bathroom fittings made noises and showing their age. Buffet options were very limited. We spent my wifes birthday here, and unlike last year that we spent in Della, Fariyas was very mellow. Della was absolutely luxurious and we were pampered with special attention to my lady love on her birthday... Nothing of the sort here

Very peaceful. Well maintained. Following all the social distancing norms. Food is good. Rooms are huge with a great mountain view. There is a sofa cum bed in the room that doubles up as a bed for two. Which means a family of four can easily accommodate. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is now very Old n Rooms show their Age. I was given a very Bad Room with Mushy smell, broken screen TV, wornout pillows. But the Food served in breakfast n buffet dinner was very tasty n staff cordial.

Spacious room. Room facilites are good. Although we got road facing view room. The other side has better view. Mostly prompt room service. There was a wedding at the venue which resulted in lot of band related noise. Pool and water sports are closed right now which was a dampener but that is understandable. Kids play area and associated activities were good. Buffet spread was not impressive at all given that it is five star. North Indian food was average. Noodles/pasta was good.
