Nice Hotel and good service in the mid price segment. Pool is nice. Restaurant not a variety of options but it is tasty. Nice room with comfy beds n furniture. Service and response quick.

Property is nice and good, spacious rooms. Try getting good deals through trivago. I got the room in 2400, so it was worth it. Dont take free breakfast package, not worth at all. Better go outside and explore Lonavala or try hot bhutta and bhajiya on all visiting points.Bathroom was clean, there should be a curtain between shower area and wash basin area to avoid getting the latter part wet. Needs more cleanliness in rooms. Rooms window grills were full of cob webs.Restaurant food was very average, service was pathetic. Missed curd with pulao, after giving instructions and reminding second time on call also, we never got back to hear from the restaurant. Better to order from swiggy.We enjoyed swimming pool after a long covid time.Hotel is hardly 700 mts inside from main market place, it was a good point.If you want to enjoy vegetarian food, please go to hotel chandralok for delicious and unlimited Gujarati thali, nearby to imperial grande.

Service is good, specially food is awesome. Buffet breakfast have various items and the space of buffet is pretty much clean and awesome. You get neat and clean rooms. Only the problem is reception, they were not so professional we had issues while doing check in. Overall it was nice experience.

This hotel is placed in Lonavla and very nearby the market. We had lovely time here. Dont go for Chinese food all other food was mouth watering. Room service was best. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Pool is very clean . Restaurant rates are very economic. We didnt like the munchow soup and the best part was they didnt charge us for that. We felt really welcoming here.must visit with family

Management needs to improve a lot. These people feel as if they are the lords of something. May be this is once in a while case, but the experience was bad. There was no room service on the second day.

Its an average hotel. Staff were polite. Room was clean. But there was no kettle and cannot make coffee in the room. Had to ask for basic things like toilet roll etc.

Rooms good. Staff ok. We had booked Suit Room, overall Hotel cleanliness ok ok. You can swim and walk/wet all floors up to your room, nobody cares. Our experience of morning bufet breakfast was horrible. They had booking of heavy crowded conferences and it made our experiance as a weekend tourists horrible. THEIR MORNING BREAKFAST IS WORTH NOTHING. ABOVE IT, NO SPACE FOR SITTING AND U FIGHT FOR EACH PLATE/BOWL/TEA/TEA CUPS😕😕🙁.Giving 3 star just for rooms. Else it is 2 star.

Very poor service you have to call at least 2-3 times for any work to be get done and same in restaurant as well only one waiter in whole restaurant. My food came after an hour of my order and they told order all at once after that we will be unable to serve you. Well its all your call how to spend your vacation with your loved ones

Overall experience was good with the hotel considering current situation of Covid-19. We stayed here for 2 nights. Swimming pool was on and first day it was a bit dirty but on second day it was clear. No much options of food due to limited staff available but that can be given as benefit of doubt as whatever options we got for breakfast was good in taste. I would recommend people to explore this hotel but yes you should have your own vehicle right now. Bcoz you might need to go out in search of verity of food. May be not if you are reading this review when this pandemic situation is over and they are fully functional. Good option to select with reasonable rates. Supportive staff, Room service, swimming pool and kids play area.

Absolutely the worst stay ever!!The hotels room service is very poor and even the servants themselves say that the reception wont pick up the call if we have some problem. We found hair in our hot chocolate which was actually cold bournvita. Worst of all, we found 2 cockroaches in our room.

It was a pathetic experience I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, bedsheets were unclean, half of the amenities written were not provided and we ordered food and after an hour they called us and told in a rude manner khana khtm hogya he nhi mil skta and we slept without having food

Location is good. The rooms are big and clean. They have cold and hot water supply. Big parking area. Big swimming pool. 24hrs room service on demand. A small play ground area for childrens, with slid,swings etc.This hotel even have lift.They have a restaurant near parking area. But the wait time is way too more😅So its better u can order in your room or else you can visit restaurant if u are ready to wait for more than 25 minutes.Another thing that was not satisfactory was AC. No cooling at all. Seems to be very old one without proper maintenance.Overall rooms and services are good 👍Couple friendly place.

We booked executive room for 2nights. Room was spacious .There were two beds 1king size and other single bed. we faced some issues with working of some appliances but staff was helpful they immediately helped us with that. The only thing I didnt like about hotel was they dont provide dental kit nor shave essential which other hotel provide. Swimming pool was not in condition to be used.It was dirty and not cleaned. Also they mention that they provide electric kettle but instead they had thermas .So they dont provide with tea or coffee sachets either. overall a good stay.

A foreign national was staying right next to our room in room no. 1207 and is very suspicious. He was troubling all the visitors by throwing papers with disturbing content like hacking and terrorist related language. We were really scared and complained to the management but they were very casual and said he won’t cause any harm and he is just mad. Don’t know why the management has still not evacuated him! Kids and women were traumatised with his behaviour. Hotel management should take strict action against him before it’s too late.

Stay was good. Extremely recommended for travellers with small kids. It is really safe. I stayed there end of Nov 2020 with my family. My kid enjoyed a lot. Also stay and food was good and all the COVID precautions were taken care of.Restaurant is not completely functional but you can order food to your room.Highy recommended!

3 star rating for a 3 star hotel.The room card was not working and everytime we had to enter we had to ask reception for a master card. That was a pain even for the staff as the room was situated on 2nd floor and they had to come through stairs.Another thing the cupboard had too many cockroaches, I doubt they had cleaned it properly.The room was quite cosy overall and was good for a night stay. Couldnt use pool as there were only bachelors hanging out and no couples. Would rate 3 stars since I asked for a beer and they said if its available will provide but didnt hear back and called the desk twice thrice nobody cared to pick up!If you are just looking for staying its good. Dont expect anything in regards to other amenities.

Horrible hotel, my 2 day sty was misreable. Power kept going at intervals which ruined the stay and there were times when there was no power for over 15 mintues. There was a cockroach and a bread packet wrapper underneath the bed which shows how much housekeeping work was actually done. Tubelight and led in the bathroom didnt work. Hot water doesnt start for the first 10 minutes. Chairs were damaged. Lobby a well as corridors were dirty. Didnt feel safe at all, the entire place seemed to creep us out. The hotel needs a lot of work done.

Bed was nice. Hotel receptionist gave us 1 hr extension. Breakfast was so delicious and huge in quantity but it was optional.We loved the overall and hotel location.It has amazing environment. We liked the small garden and working swimming pool.The weather was cool in morning and room was so nicely arranged.It was memorable night. ğŸ˜

In lockdown also this hotel is open for all, best thing of this hotel was its cleanliness.I expected some more service like garden to be used in evening hours but in view of social distancing it was closed.You wont regret to visit this place!

The hotel at Lonavala is located at a very calm place and its ambience is also very good. Size of the room was also appropriate but the amenities provided for use in the room for guests should be upgraded considering the tariff. The dining area is quite spacious but sitting chair needs attention as it was dirty. Also, cleaning of dishes and other utensils require attention of hotel authority, which was pointed out by me. However, quality of food was good, though varieties were limited in buffet.

The hotel infrastructure is good, newly constructed. The hotel has few amenities like swimming pool, gym, game zone etc. The rooms are also good. But the thing which way above these things are important is staff behavior and their service. My recent experience was kind of disappointing. We reached hotel late at night around 10pm. So we requested the hotel restaurant to serve Tea and Coffee, as there was no tea and coffee kit in the room itself. The restaurant staff simply argued and said they dont have tea and coffee to serve. If you have such big hotel but you dont have milk to serve guests and then talking rudely, what kind of behavior is that. After arguments with reception staff they were able to bring the beverages. But their stupendous behavior is what gives a negative image in guests mind. And how can forget the night spent, whole night it was some construction going on in the building. We slept peacefully.

Rooms were clean. Staff is helpful and courteous. Swimming pool was neat and clean. They only need to improve in area is their service for food as it is very slow. It took more than 30 minutes. Also their kitchen is not close to where they serve food. Overall stay was good. Hassle free check in. If you want to spend some good time in calm place this is the place. Its near to Lonavla bus stand/railway station within 1km.
