I have mixed opinions of this place. They have put inexperienced bunch of kids at the reception that make you cringe. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and are comfortable. However, on the last day of my stay I caught the room boy munching on the papad which he then delivered to room 201. This is totally unacceptable and I made him apologize to the guest in that room. On the other have, the receptionist was polite and nice but didnt know how to manage well. I had to call every morning to ask him to turn on the geyser.The manager guy, apparently called Dilip is a total jackass. He found the nerve to walk into my room and tell me that I need to pay more than everyday price after we had already made the payment for the day.This place has the potential, but also a bunch of idiotic staff. Choose at your own risk.

The place asnt very clean. Stop here for a bite only if you are really hungry. Stick to plain daal Chawal. The vada pav was very spicy. I had an upset stomach the next day. In case you decide to pick up chiki from the shops outside, make sure that the packet isnt opened yet and that it is sealed. The one I got had a few pieces missing. I never thought that someone would open it up like that to reduce the weight of the pack. The rooms at this place were really shabby. Avoidable.

All Shivneri n Ashwamedh buses plying from Pune - Mumbai express way stop here at Lonavala. No guarantee that all items displayed are available at all times. Snacks like Pohe, Upma n Sabudana Khichdi are not so bad n not so good to taste. However, Mango Lassi is nice. Even Kothimbir Vadi is available as an evening snacks item. Famous Lonavala Chikki n Vada-Pav also available. Overall a bit above average eating experience at this restaurant. Washrooms are not so well maintained.

Filthy rooms. Booked an early check in and the manager assured of it. The guy at front desk had no idea that it was an early check in. I was given a room that smelling of alcohol cigarette smoke and leftover food. On top of that bathroom was dirty. I jad to make 3 phone calls to get the room cleaned. I checked in at 7 am, help from Oyo was assured after noon. Even after cleaning,the floor was greasy. Bedsheets and towels not clean enough.

Centre point is a stopover or any buses enroute to Mumbai and it justifies its name as it is at the centre of the Pune to Mumbai journey. The usual line up of stalls selling all kinds of confections line up both sides and the inside has the usual selection of south indian/Maharashtrian snacks. Preparation is typically oily and spicy to augment taste over nutritional value and I wasnt i.oressed with the quality of oil or spices either. I guess hungry travelers dont have much of a choice in the matter. Based on the quality of the food I can only give this place 3 out of 5 stars

Its located exactly at the central part of mumbai pune, its great place to take a halt after a long express way drive. The food here is good, from snacks to dinner it has it all. If someone wants more luxurious stay and cuisine then better options are available.

It is a really cool hotel.. With gud facilities available. The rooms were really awesome and comfortable as hell. Every bit and corner of that place was clean and tidy. The food over there is delicious. The service was really the best service I have seen so far. Overall I just loved the hotel

It is decent. Entrance height is low. No covered parking. Parking is only possible for 4 to 5 four wheelers. Kitchen is visible to all so it is a plus point. Urnial and toilets are there. Many small shops and counters are there. Food is decent. Quantity is decent. Wash basin area is not covered so not good in monsoon. Some area iscovered with tin sheets which make makes sound when it rains. Challenge for differnetly abled people to enter or exit or sit.

Its all upto you where to stay but this is our experience which I am about to share, its little bit costing but rooms are good atleast you pay so get good service. We had good service. And our room was quite good. Also the food served to us was good , near by in lonavala.

Very clean hotel with polite staff. Only downside of this place while be it is out of city. If you have your own vehicle then that should not be a problem. Room is quite spacious and equipped with all the amenities. If your sleep gets disturbed by little noise then again not a place for you.

This place is faraway from the station and market but it is convenient for buses, indeed most buses stop below this hotel till 11 pm and you can eat in these eateries till midnight.

Driving through and found this place which was great. Close to all the best places to eat. Being a person who has lived in Lonavala this was a good option.

MSRTC hault point at Lonavala, almost every MSRTC bus stop here for a short break. Good quality washrooms available. Neat & clean place. Rates are bit high. It is all like those hotels which are on highway and tie up with a bus operator. These people have tire up with biggest bus operator MSRTC. They ply maximum buses between Pune and Mumbai.Such restaurants only need to ensure that they provide free food to bus staff and manage the relation at top level.Specific to Center Point, its not very clean. Food taste is fine. Rates are very high.Wash room cleanliness is just enough to use them.

Its a runaway stop. The food is okaish. This place can be for a quick grab. Hygiene wise it is not so great. The cost of the food is a bit expensive.

Wide variety of food, its like a food court. You need to be cautious and discreet about what you eat, the place may not suit your standards of hygiene. The toilet facility is present but not maintained. The toilets are often smelly. You will do good to stick to ready make packaged snacks if you are prone to stomach upset eating outside food. Decent place for taking a break when you are travelling from Mumbai Pune expressway. Quick stop, serves fast food and drinks and nice way to refresh yourself on the drive. Highly recommended for a pit stop.

Good halt at Lonavala. Drivers can take short break.Washrooms are available and they are good conditions too.The place is neat and clean.Rates are so high because of no options. Even they are selling products at higher cost than their M.R.P. else everything is good.

I would suggest to not expect great taste at such establishments. As it is they dont expect you to be a regular client.But taste of some food stuff is good. As a traveller I would suggest to have South Indian dishes because they generally not made that bad. So you always have something good to eat.

It is a place where all the buses going from Mumbai to Pune make a halt. It has a variety of food items but cost is slightly more than the average cost. Cleanliness is average and you can find various lonavala specialities like jelly sweets or chikkis outside the place.You can refill your snack bag here as it also has shops for various packed items!

MSRTC Authorised hotel for snacks and breakfast. Good place and as expected costlier... All MH state transport buses mostly take halt here for 15 - 20 minutes. Including Shivneri and Ashwamedh.Hotel is averagely clean and calm. There are local stalls here selling Lonavala famous Maganlal chikki, fudge, Amla candy and similar. Cant expect much...

Does the job. You do get quite some variety of snacks to munch on. But the ambience and feel of the place is by no means amusing. When travelling from Pune to Mumbai by public transport, this is the place where the buses stop, so you pretty much dont have a choice. However, if travelling by private vehicle, there are way better options.

Nice comfortable rooms with great bedding and air conditioning. Restaurant could use a lot more work, though. Place has an air hockey table and table tennis, which is very good. Not the best place to be outdoors during summer though. Great for professional off-site events.

This is basically a Govt. Bus Stop point for refreshment. The food quality and snacks options available here are worth a miss. The place is at the entry point to Lonavla while coming from Pune. Also the Hotel has rooms for stay. But considering the taste of snacks and things served here it doesnt make sense staying here. Also the place is pretty run down and not worth visiting with family. Being an entry point to Lonavla this is a stop location for Government Bus. Only those Bus stop here. No private care are vehicles ever halt here.

It is usually a stop over for most of the buses going to mumbai pune route! And most of the items you usually get are quick bites you could take for the journey. It is clean and food provided is quite good. I just found one thing that the juice seller sells their fruit juices on very high prices.

Do not know anything about the rooma or its availablity or service. Its a hotel witu restaurant on the side of the Pune-Mumbai express way. I only visited it because my bus stopped there for refreshments. No much of a options in main course but plenty are available if you wish to something light and quick. Food stalls are clean and Rates are reasonable.

Hotel is just fine. They are not accepting any bookings made online Pre Pay payments via OYO. Please do a basic OYO booking Pay At Hotel booking if you are booking via OYO.

Nice hotel cum restaurant cum shopping centre.nice ambience specially in evening. Cold weather through out the year. Pl.dont compare rates with Mumbai/Pune for all edibles. If you compare you feel its very expensive. Have nice stay.

Official state transport (ST) bus (MSRTC) Stop for SNACKS or LUNCH. Ask /demand for 30rs coupon as ST passenger. Very few passengers know about this scheme ST buses have.You get snacks and tea both for 30 rs. Although the quality was stale since I had it at 130pm, but its a good option if you land here in the morning.Toilets were acceptably clean for gents. Dont know about ladies, as I was traveling alone.

A good midway place to rejuvenate and refresh yourself. All the basic food varieties are covered here. We get a decent choice pallete for food here. The washrooms are not up to the mark, they have a scope of much better neatness and sanitation.

Bc... Vada pav for 25 rupees... My foot and the size and taste is as like mumbais vada pav which costs 12 rupees... This has to changed this highway side food dealers.. Are taking doubled the cost of product

Its a rest stop on the way from Pune to Mumbai so I never actually even entered the hotel. I bought a bag of chips outside this hotel, which tasted like regular chips. The rest room was much cleaner than usual, which means not completely clean, but also not utterly filthy.

A pit stop just before you stop in lonavala if you are really hungry. I will suggest to hold on to your hunger and save it for further opportunities.But its travel and eating time! Dosa, pav bhaji and misal are dishes to go for. Pav enthusiast, their vada-paav is good to have. Well Maharastrian joints have unmatched speciality to serve delicious vada-paav.Do try their hot tea, its gingery refreshing :-).

Filthy and unhygienic place. Not fit for eating. No place for families to sit and enjoy their highway meal. The surrounding is filthy and dusty. The preparation of food is below average and expansive. One should avoid this place. There are better options along the route.

If you are traveling in public/private transport bus then you have no option to get down here. If you are really hungry go and buy food. Otherwise just forget it. Washrooms are okay in case of emergency. They are Not clean.

Generally most of the MSRTC and govt buses halt here for refreshments. Food taste is nice but doubt on the hygiene part. Please do not buy any packaged food or other stuff if MRP is not mentioned. Have seen a person removing the prices by marker and then they will charge anything.

It is not a crowded place. Restaurant is okay. Not much crowded. Cleanliness is also maintained.

Everything in here nice- food, toilets are clean. Now you must be wandering by 2 stars then. The reason is, the shops in here sell cold drinks worth 35 at 40/45. An utter loot. This being an MSRTC official stop, they get thousands of customers a day and the loot goes on.

The food tastes good, we enjoyed everything we ate. I was at 11pm in the night and the staff was pleased to serve us on a Saturday night. Do visit it, as it is a place you cannot miss!

Its the most pathetic foodmall ever. Despite recieving several complaints MSRTC is so fond of this place that most Shivneri buses halt here. Washrooms are filthiest ever with no water, foul stink and broken floors and doors. Food offered is often stale as well as overtly priced and staff is rudeNo hygiene maintained. I wish there would have been negetive rating mechanism coz this mall deserves minus five stars rating. Based on personal experience as well as experience from other fellow passengersfor past 3 years.

This place firstly should not have been allowed to start catering to travellers. The place is dirty and filthy and the area is definitely not fit for cooking and serving food. It is on the main highway exposing a huge health risk for passengers consuming all sorts of food cooked in vehicular pollution. Im well aware that its not the first place serving food in unhygienic conditions, but it is wrong to make it an official stop for bus services operated by the state government, thereby leaving passengers with no other choice. I feel thats its the moral duty of any government to ensure the safety and health of its citizens. Needless to say that most people who travel by public transport are definitely the ones that need access to better facilities because they have no choice other than what is provided by the government but also the people who opt to use public transport instead of their cars need to be rewarded with high quality amenities.

Multifarious food. Price is a bit high but the quality of food overshadows it. You can get the very famous Lonavala chikkis here and all other food products by Maganlal Food Products.

Most Maharashtra State Road Transport Corp (MSRTC) buses stop here on way/ back Mumbai- Pune and further down..... Usual Chikki sellers, Vada Pav, Juice, Tea etc. The buses usually stop here for 20-30 min. Ample time to stretch out. Take care of your belongings, stray theft incidents have been reported.

The bus drivers stop here because they get commission from the hotel. Plain and simple. Toilets are not clean and they stink. Food is decent but costly as a portion of it goes to the driver.

This is a regular stop when youre travelling in a Shivneri Bus. Nothing special about it. Like any other lowly touristy place, the items sold here are unreasonably priced. When youre travelling in a bus, it comes as a good relief to stretch your legs and relax for a while. I liked the tea though.

Bus.. stop overs ...whenever I travel to my native Mysore ... The buses always used to stay.over here after leaving Mumbai.. there is lot of options to give ur stomach a filness.There ll.be much crowd.... Lonavala as you know is famous for Mumbai crowd during rainy season n winter .

Intercity bus (Mumbai > Pune) made a pit stop here. Reasonably good snacks and food selection. Dont know whether they have rooms etc. I only saw the bus pit stop area.

Place where all state Govt buses stops on the way Pune-Mumbai. Place is ok. Cant consume more locally made food but for timepass it is ok. If you are hungry and want something to eat eagourously, then you can purchase ice cream!!

Toilets are stinking as usual. Just barely enough restaurants to order and eat. Buses(shivneri) stops for just 15 minutes. Not too many options for food. Food hygiene is questionable too. Avoid eating much except for packaged or freshly cooked food.

We had stopped here since Shivneri halts here. There are 2-3 shops selling fudge and chikkis but they have different rates. So ensure that you ask around before buying the fudge and chikkis since the rates are a real rip-off. Also, the Vada Pav was very good but the service was bad since they didnt have the dry red chutney nor do they put the make the vada pav and give you.
