We had arranged for office get together on short notice. We got excellent support from hotel team for the same. Hotel location is right in the main city. Property is nice.

Room was clean and tidy, staff was extremely polite and always helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay. They also arranged complimentary high tea for all guests. There was a magic show as well on Saturday evening which was also good. Only concern was the pool area, it is kind of in the middle with no fencing around it. We saw couple of kids fall into pool during our stay. They should consider putting up some kind of fence around it.

Overall the experience is average. Not worth for the money. Rooms are average and not big size as per their price, but its clean. Food was not tasty. We had breakfast and dinner. Both were not good. For family get together its a good place because ots children friendly.

I visited this resort with my family for a weekend, it was a nice experience overall. The location is not too far off after entering lonavla and the entire staff is warm and friendly. They suggested for connected rooms so that we can stay together despite booking for 2 separate rooms. Property is well maintained with flowers blooming across which was a treat to the eyes. What I really liked was that the rooms were spacious and nicely cleaned, great food with a bunch of options, amenities offered are a good match for family visits and all our requests including any special ones were dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Refreshing weekend getaway for me and my family!

Located at a prime location. It has no scenic views but the premises is very well maintained and themed. Cleanliness was observed throughout the property.Staff is very helpful, courteous and cooperative.Food was surprisingly amazing than most other restaurants in lonavala.

Stayed here for 3 days in weekend.Very clean place.Walking distance from Lonavala railway station. Located right on the highway. I paid 10k for a suit (4 person per night August 2021) b.f. included. Good food overall.The rooms were really clean and very well maintained. Might be because recently renovated. The resort is a bit small but should not be a differentiating factor The staff was very helpful throughout our stay.We had a magic show on Sunday eve.Everything available from this resort at a walking distance.Only thing was price, I felt it a bit costly. But yeah thats everywhere in Lonavala.

This is the ideal resort. Nothing more and nothing less. Loved the room, loved the staff and loved the cleanliness. I could see many table tennis tables and carrom tables. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Avion holiday resort for 2 nights in the month of August 2021. It was a pleasant stay and housekeeping was always ready to support us in every way possible. Special call out for the lady at the reception who took our reservation. She was extremely soft-spoken and was ready to help. Also, breakfast, hi-tea and dinner had many options to choose from. Overall great food, great ambience, great rooms.we werent very happy with the dinner buffet option that we opted for as it was not a buffet and more of pre selected meal by them. we complained and the reception/manager apologized and quickly ensured the next night dinner was corrected also gave me 10% discount for the first nites dinner. All guests were happy. pool is a little small but never felt overcrowded even during the weekend.

You should use Comforter instead of Blanket. Everything else was average. 👍🏻

Amazing place in the heart of lonavala. Good break fast buffet, reasonable rates, good house keeping staff, attentive all the time. Lot of options to play for kids, swimming pool, table tennis, foose ball, etc. My 5 year old kid enjoyed alot.

This is in middle of city so during day its noisy... Internal property is good with indoor games like TT,fuss ball,carrom.They have swimming pool.On weekend they have complimentary evening breakfast.Good Food .

A small yet very cutely designed resort.Its located right at the center of the Lonavala signal on NH48 making it an awesome place to stay.They have ample parking spaces,the rooms are good.I stayed on a ground floor room where the rear exit opened to an open playing space attached to my balcony where I enjoyed my drinks and smokes quite relaxingly.Breakfast , though small spread food is good.Service-Super fastPool - Ok ok ,you can spend sometime there.

Current scenario and I think this would be for futher aswell that the price is affordable for a room and there is complementary breakfast on weekdays. On weekends the dinner is also served but the prices go higher. There is a swimming pool, a nice walking area, playing room, photo corners, play area for kids, etc. Food offered is quite well in terms of taste.

This place is in middle of the city and not on the hills( nature) .Rooms are good, food is very good. I celebrated my Dads 75th Birthday here, which was great..

No grades for this hotel. It was the worst hotel service have seen in my life. Not recommended to go their with family and friends. Manager doesnt know how to talk to their customers. Embience was not upto marked and service was poorest.

Absolutely beautiful ! Ideal for FAMILIES with small kids. Vintage & classy ambiance with swimming pool, kids play garden and aquatic area with fish and turtle. Nice rooms with clean bathrooms and new fittings. Well maintained property looked after by responsible and very customer friendly staff. Simply the best. Food was great, especially breakfast spread and just one suggestion, please keep some soft thin pillows also.

Its a good quiet Victorian type of resort. Price wise costlier compared to room quality and facilities. The most positive thing is the service from staff as they were extremely helpful. Room was okay but 1st floor bathroom has force issue only when trying to bath with hot water. The breakfast was okay and they even arranged complimentary evening snack on Saturday. The pool is of okay size but due to Covid is better not used.Overall its up to your taste. If you like Victorian type of old refurbished place with stairs then this is good but for me a 3 star hotel/resorts is modern fittings with lifts etc. 2 days spent were quiet and relaxing though. Couple of carrom boards and table tennis helped kill the time. Kids can also have fun in the play area and they can watch cute turtles and fishes. . Its on the main road and many shops nearby. Ample parking facility and they even get your car washed for nominal fee.So a satisfactory and relaxing stay but nothing extraordinary or luxurious.

Awesome resort. Just go for it. Near to lonavala railway station. Big spacious room, calm place, garden, swimming pool, cafeteria, food on call. Carrom , Table tennis, balcony what’s not there. Such a beautiful place. Also, we got complementary snacks in evening including tea, dosa, idli everything unlimited. Deserves more than 5 star.Will visit once again.

Good property to stay with family and friends. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Spacious rooms with additional bed being provided in both the rooms. Its a ground + 2 floors property. We had a 2nd floor, interconnected rooms, for 6 of us. Because of this we had really good fun.The property has small recreation room for games, decent play area for kids.Only drawback for 2nd floor rooms is there is absolutely no pressure for shower in the bathroom and no tap to fill up the bucket! :(The food too was good and served fast. We had Panjabi, Chinese, South Indian and also non vegetarian food. It was really well prepared.The breakfast spread was vegetarian and was good! They also had live counter for Dosas and Eggs.Overall- a good experience and definitely recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Amazing place for leisure. Very nice and pleasant rooms. The vibe of the place is great. Location is the perfect as its located the the very heart of the town. Specially good for kids as there are lot of playing options.

The 1st impression is of a European property with a defunct pool and an English colored 1 floor structure. But turns out it is just a poorly maintained property and very much indian. Imagine a cheap business hotel and turn it down a notch. N this was about 7500 a night, which is at par with Fariyas on the day we went. Quite avoidable in my opinion.

Very bad service. Got cheated, booked with agoda and they gave us dates for 3rd and 4th july comming to the hotel they did not provide us the rooms and above all that they did not even bother to inform us that they have placed an issue with agoda and will not give us room till we reached there. Only one male staff there was responsive while all the other female staff were rude as well. Cant say about the hotel but their customer service is very poor.

The hotel was awesome. Area for kids playing, high tea and DJ at night. I truly enjoyed the stay. The restaurant in front of hotel is also very nice. Location is major advantage.

One of the best hotel in budget. Room are clean and luxury. I like the way that they maintained small gardens and lamppost. Swimming pool is small but thats ok for family trip. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is also good. I suggest if anyone want to visit Lonavala other than weekend go for Avion Hotel.

A small property at the heart of Lonavala..They truly believe in providing the best service to their guests. Property is cozy with beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. When we reached there, the govt declared lockdown and night curfew. They arranged for complomentary snacks in the evening for all by pool played music that truly made a difference in such gloomy times. Food is amazing and their staff is extremely courteous. Big thumbs up to the entire team.

The best part about this hotel cum resort is that it is more children oreinted due to its gaming zone. Most of the crowd present there were with childrens and none of the other resorts provide you with it. Also this place is exwctly opposite to Kumar Resort giving you the complete access to market, way to bushy dam etc Only drawback I feel about this place is good inside is too costly considering the variety they offer. Rest all was good. My child was damn excited and still expecting us to visit this place.

The pool water was extremely dirty, the chlorine was so strong, due to which eyes and nose were burning, and we all suffered a skin allergy

Rooms and property is very good.its neat, clean, hygienic and well maintained. Centrally located in lonavala. WiFi connectivity is also good Only issue I see is they can improve on lunch/dinner variety and taste. Breakfast is good though.

Best place to stay as the rooms were clean and tidy, Staff was courteous. We had booked 2 adjoining rooms which were interconnecting which was the best thing for a family stay. The rooms were pretty spacious. Restaurant dining was not available due to the current COVID situation. All the food will be delivered to the rooms. The food menu is limited however the quality is Perfect 10/10..

If your are going on a luxury trip this place is good. Its in the road side but still you wont be able to hear to many noise of cars. We went on 1 st and 2nd January so it was too rush and they have a sneak parking area.Coming to hotel room:- runs are big. And got water supply was there. Ac was working fine. Bed size was good.(me, wife and 1 year kid). Ron was also clean. They also got balcony but it was of no use, as it open at open area of the hotel.Break fast was ok, not to many options. Room service was good.They also got swimming pool. Its small and water was not too cleaned . Swim at your own risk due to corona.

Very conveniently located at the junction of Kumar Resort on the old Mumbai Pune highway.Though it is right on the main road, the rooms are away from the road and you dont hear the traffic in the resort.The property is old but excellently maintained.The rooms & toilets are renovated and tastefully decorated.The rooms on the ground floor have a balcony with sit out.The property is huge with a swimming pool, badminton court and lots of greenery.The breakfast spread is sufficient and tasty.The rates are also very reasonable.

The resort is centrally located within the Lonavala market, all famous sights are closeby as well as restaurants and the railway/bus stand. Its a beautiful resort, decently maintained. I liked this much more than many other resorts in Lonavala.The rooms are clean and well maintained. The washroom is sparkling clean.The staff is always available to help and are very polite.The resort has beautiful flowers around the corners with a beautiful pond with little fish and turtles. There is a game room and childrens play area.The restaurant serves good food with a complimentary breakfast which is surprisingly really good.You will find a Bible in one of the drawers in each room. As a Catholic, I had a beautiful morning prayer time in my room balcony against the view of light pink coloured morning glories.I highly recommend this place for couple as well as families.

It is an awesome place. But its a bit costly. A maximum of 3 people are allowed per room and no extra charge for getting an extra bed in a room . Swimming pool and gaming room are open all days. But only dj night is on Saturday and sundays. Hope it was informative .

This is the best family resort in Lonavala. kids friendly, beautiful sitouts with beautiful flowers all around. Awesome place with friendly and supportive staff and management. The best part is the stay includes barbeque starters or Evening high tea with breakfast. Also they have best magic show ever. If looking out for a place for kids to enjoy then this is the best place.

It was a wooowww experience at Avion Holiday Resort. We had a bad experience with Oyo the same day at Pune, Mulshi. Evening around 7 we left Mulshi and decided to visit this place.It was 1st of Jan, around 9 PM we reached this place. The place was decorated very beautifully. Dinner was good but breakfast provided was very loaded.Overall great experience. Would love to visit this place again.
