Its nice place specially for kids, good location 1.5km from Lonavala railway station. Room amenities were very few. Otherwise everything was good.Food is also tasty.

Wonderful experience. The resort has clean and spacious rooms. Alll the amenities are good as well. The house keeping service is quick. Food in the restaurant below is good as well. Overall a good experience except the wifi speed in the room is not great. However that wasnt any issue for me but for people looking for a good wifi to work from the resort would face some issue.

I had come to celebrate my wedding anniversary here. At the time of check in,I was drooling over the place seeing their hospitality.Soon after my dream vacay charm was over due to the poor management.We had to wait for 45minutes for a cup of tea.Undoubtedly the food was super yummy but I couldnt get any special arrangements from the staff to make my day special. Overall okayish.

A decent place with decent amenities, and decent service.Things I liked:1. There was bathtub in my room which was in some rooms only not all.2. There was a gym, with weights, treadmill and stationary bikes.3. The pool area and outdoor games area was pretty beautiful.4. Breakfast was okay with multiple options.5. Food we ordered via In-Room Dining was awesome in taste and quantity, no complains there.Things that could have been better:1. Place is overpriced, we paid around 5.5k per day and according to the price, we didnt get any extra facilities which could have been provided had we booked a cheaper room.2. The view we got was of the main road! Inspite of the fact that we booked it 3 days in advance.3. The checkin process was very slow, but there was a huge rush too so that is understandable.Dont book this place looking at the pictures, in case if you are expecting a calm stay, since its on the main road and you wont have a good view, whatsoever!

The hotel ambience is breath taking. Because of Pandemic the water park was closed as per the government rules and regulations. The front desk was very good and pleasent. The Room were well designed specially the extra bed which get converted into a sofa cum bed. Food was very tasty with good quality spread. Operations were very smooth and every part of the property is well utilised. Wonderful experience and will like to visit again whenever the time permits.

I actually took my 7month old to this place and it was such a great experience. The best thing about this place is the staff - extremely polite and helpful. Our stay was absolutely smooth. Most importantly it’s very clean so you don’t have any qualms about taking your toddler there. I would happily suggest this place to everyone!

Very nice service and hospitality. All the staff is kind. Almost all amenities are open. Swimming pool, game zone, spa and salon are open but the water park shown the photos is not operational. The timing of the swimming pool is from 3.00 pm to 6.00pm. The game zone is open from 11.00 am to 9.00 pm. The swimming pool is very clean and also has a Jacuzzi. The lounge is not operational. They are facing shortage of staff due to restrictions and climate but their efforts to provide service were really good. Restaurant is also amazing and serves good quality food. Dont miss cookies here!

Overall best hotel to stay...Inside areas best, swiming pool is neet and clean.Little bit resort inside. This was Also superb.Parking area was safe..but you hired a driver, not any amenities for drivers..no any other places for drivers, Drivers get only Dirty Toilet, thats it...no seating area, no sleeping area for for drivers...

Compared to price you can get far better options in Lonawala.Location - rightly situated On main road that is old Pune Mumbai Highway. So dont expect good view from your room. But yes they have Pool view rooms also.Food - That is the main reason I chose to stay second time here and they really not melt down my expectations. Ordered Mutton Biryani, Red Thai curry, Chicken Chilli all were best. They have good break fast menu and taste too.Service - Bit slower sometimes little rude. Not expected from hotel like this.

Our 2 nights stay at meritas was fantastic. One of the worst experiences of my life. fungus on toasted bread in the morning. after paying 8000 for room, they are charging 250 for ice bucket. on top of that, noone is willing to respond there. noone takes responsibility.

The executive room we had booked was spacious, clean, well maintained. Housekeeping staff & in-room dining service was prompt.Breakfast buffet was nice.Food - Quantity and quality both very good.Swimming pool and water park - water looked clean and filtered. This is my first stay in picaddle resort in Lonavala and I would say it was an ok stay. Below my feedback for the hotel and whoever reads this review1. The resort is not a cheap one to stay for a night and being in heart of Lonavala it commands a premium. However I would like to say that there are many others who might serve better1a. The resort didnt maintain any social distance and I didnt see anyone telling the patrons to wear a mask or sanitize1b. The reception person was also having a mask but under thier nose ( as if it was some accessory)1c. Mismanagement of stay, I couldnt understand how there was so much delay in check-in and check out. It took approx. 25 minutes just to get copy of bill to tally when there was not even so much rush1d. I was told hotel is only 65% occupied, but looking at the rush it felt about fully occupied1e. Staff was helpful though2. Food was amazing, no complaints there. Veg or non-veg everything was good. Not too expensive and quantity was recommended.They have two eateries, one is pure veg and other one is non-veg + cafe where you can get veg as well3. Water park was closed and jacuzzi is next to swimming pool, which was fully occupied4. Rooms were decent, the bed I got seemed to have a spring mattress and hence was bit uncomfortable. The window in my room was holding onto a wedge which I dont think is a very good sign for charges. Also the keys to room got reset approx. 4 times5. Need to refine the process of check-in and check-out as over crowding cant be a reason and that too when its covid times this has to be better managed.Overall ok exp. 3 star is because the food was good. I cant say of anything else that was better

If you want to have a luxurious stay, do choose this place, best thing is its on road so everything is easily available

I stayed at the Resort for a short amount of time, and based on what I felt it was good. The staff the maintenance in short, it was what we expect form a good Resort.

This is five star property it doesn’t look like that fridge is not working in my room service is very very late apart from that it’s a decent property

This was an experience to visit this Hotel in Lonavala with my Children.Hotel is inside the main market and completely self sufficient. Parking was hassle free as it was managed by hotel itself. They have a water park which is good for children and elders also to some extent.Good clean swimming pool with an open jacuzzi, Rooms, children play area and food was also good. In all a complete thumps up to stay

We had been to Meritas picaddle on 11th July 2021 for a stay with family n friends..... The entrance was fully crowded with no social distance, no thermometer checked before entry, room service super slow, we ordered pizza in which we met a friend COCKROCH n when we informed them they were sorry saying galtise Ho Gaye..... Family was hospitalised for food poisoning. Very bad experience. Drop ur idea of going there

It is fun to be here. Mini water park for both adults and kids. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is good. Mini jacuzzi is just cherry on the cake. Club house is studded with Table tennis, Play station, Pool and many more. Food is awesomely delicious. Great for family stay.

As it was one of the good hotels in lonavala, we selected for our family outing here; however, our experience was totally different. From the start the staff was very less cooperative and not so helpful.There were too many people (guests) but very less staff to manage causing so much inconvenience to the guests. We had to call 4-5 times to get a single tasks done, like food services in the room, cleaning room. Food is overrated and not much varieties were available. Most of the food items for the kids were not available. There are only two hotels in the resort and in the breakfast time they are overcrowded, no place to sit and the staff (mainly the reception people) isnt very helpful to do the alternate arrangement or even to suggest anything. Even rooms were also ok ok. Gamezone, garden, and swimming pool were the few positive points. Overall, bad experience for the family....overrated and hyped resort, much dispointment😞😞

Great property, small pool, amazing and cool water rides. Awesome service. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food was good. Property is very close to the railway station. Just 5-7 mins walk. They have a club house too in good working condition. Its worth a visit to this resort. May you be family or a couple.

Nice atmosphere ,in the centre of city, quick service.neat & clean rooms & bathrooms.swimming pool very small.food quality nice.only problem was we had booked room for 3 persons & paid accordingly ,we were provided one big size bed & one sofa cum bed,inthe night when we opened the sofa cum bed the folding bed did not open properly even the house keeping perssonal tried its best to open the bed but he couldnot,hence one family member had to sleep on the mattress spread on the floor that was not expected from this type of hotel.

The best resort Ive ever visited in lonavala

I visited this place in june, 2021. It is good for family as well as couples. The place is superb . Hardly it takes 5-10mins from lonavala station by auto. The resort is connected to the market. Resort has a soothing environment. Even the deluxe rooms are good to go with a good ambience.. Everything is present in the room. Currently brocolli(their pure veg restro) and water park is closed. Even all the tourists spots are closed.So plan your trip accordingly. Their is a difference in prices. Please call twice or thrice before booking the room. Because they quote different prices by different person on calls.

A standard stop for breakfast enroute to Lonavla / Pune. Good staff and great food. Went out of the way to accommodate us in a lockdown

It has good water Park with good slides for Adults and kids too.Food is awesome, there breakfast and dinner buffet spread are Hugh and Yummy!!!.Rooms are good, few with balconies. Its a Hugh property with Trampoline, Swing, Slides for Kids+Game zone like TT, Snooker, Pool.Had a Good stay here!!!

Resort & stay is good.water park & back sitting Area is not well maintained in specially rainy season. HiIt was wonderful stay as usual this 4th time I m visiting with my family. Awesome stay, friendly staff, rooms are neat and clean , childrens enjoy garden areas, pool was closed due to covid situations but my kids enjoy bath tub. Sampa at reception was friendly she alway make us feel like home. Taken all precautionary measures of Covid.

It is a good family resort to spend time. It has few water activities, game zone, spa. But the game zone is partially function. Resort is located centrally very close to nearby places of Lonavala. It is a good location for children. Had a nice experience.

Awesome Resort in lonavala to stay.The property has many amenities inside.The thing which i liked the most was there swimming pool and water park both were seperate in the resort.There was kids play area like garden,kids park and further more there was a game zone(table tennis,hand soccer,etc) for big people,children.The staffs were very friendly.I recommend you to try this resort.The pricing was also very much affordable.

Very nice resort, specifically its location is very good. Easy access to central bus stand, nearby restaurants. Valet parking is available. Room had nice amenities including access to swimming pool and spa. Didnt try food inside the resort as there were many good and cheaper options available nearby.

The overall stay was pleasant. The hotel ambience was very good and covid 19 guidelines were followed. We also got an upgrade to our room from deluxe to executive by the hotel. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly.The room was very spacious with decent lighting. There were some glitches with regards to the cleanliness but those werent major. The food was good and not over priced.

The resort highly maintained & equipped.The staff is professional and co-operative as well. Perfect place for short vacayyyy. There are few indoor and outdoor games/sport that can be enjoyed within the premises.

The place is really good. Haven’t stayed here but been here a lot of times to eat. The restaurant serves good food and have had a comfortable experience. The captain in the restaurant Govind is a very nice person and takes good care of customers.

I dont know if hospitality has any meaning for the staff at managerial level here. First of all they should not call themselves a resort. It is just a hotel. The front desk staff has no clue about the type of rooms and amenities that they offer. We called them in advance to know which room has the balcony as well as the bathtub and they said it is subject to availability and if you come in advance we can provide you as per your requirement. They also mentioned that executive rooms have those features. Now we made a point to reach there 2 hours in advance and upon reaching they said we dont have any rooms with both the features..other person is saying it is subject to availability and right now those rooms are booked. If those rooms can be blocked in advance then why didnt they tell us before. Utter confusion with regards to that. We finally enter the room and see that in the name of executive room we just got extra space which was not even properly furnished with sofas. Hair strands and dust everywhere. Bathtub is leaking.cockroaches are having a party in the bathroom at night. So we understand that we went there during covid times which had many restrictions but they didnt even try to help their customers..no guidelines said that restaurant inside the hotels/resorts will be closed for guests. But they did as forced us to order room service. Taking undue advantage of the situation and not allowing food from outside also when they know its curfew after 6 pm and guests cant go out to eat. Garden is poorly maintained. They have kept wedding table and chair in the lawn instead of garden chairs. Food is average. They should learn from their neighbours Avion resort. Such a small property but so well maintained. Food is also excellent the best part is their customer service. Big thumbs down for Meritas.

Good service and amenities..Rooms are spacious , pool view rooms are available..rooms have a small refrigerator, bathtub, electric kettle..They have a small waterpark, pool, Jacuzzi, gym, game zone, spa, shopping centre,2-3 restaurants, 2 lounge and bars, basement parking..Location is really good , its located on main road nearby all shops, restaurants and market centre..
