Room (2/5): Hotel rooms were OK. There wasnt regular cleanup from hotel, we had to remind them to cleanup our rooms.Bathroom/washroom(1/5) :Were pathetic. Seems like everything was broken there Jets spray, door the shower, soap tray.Food(4/5) :Food was delicious, tasty and they were quick while delivering food.Playing Area(3/5) :its quite good area. They didnt have carrom board, but you could spent time on table tennis and football .Location(3/5) :Bit inside from railway station and actual market but its closer to main highway.Staff (3/5):staff was polite and humble, but they need to do bit more with customer service, hygiene and cleanliness.I would suggest. You would get better hotel in same budget.

Our experience was Great with them. Very polite staff. The service for extra mattress was a bit delayed as i shared my room with my parents. The room size was pretty big and it was extremely clean. Very close to the Mumbai Pune express way, it is visible from the rooms balcony. Even though the express way is close by, the place is extremely peaceful without any noise.

The place is good, the staff is very cooperative. However the property needs upgradation, the quilt provided was torn at few places, The small balcony attached to the room had many cigarette buds , The breakfast provided by the hotel is not much to write about... simply average , Thankfully the hotel has ample parking space, Swimming pool I felt was not all that great.

Good place for a couple of days with family.Near khandala exit on Mumbai Pune Expressway and 3 kms away from main market,etc.But a calm and peaceful place to stay.

As we had 20 members checked in Aristo on 31st and checked out on 1st of Aug. It is very disturbing and serious as one ,Room No. 109 which is one first floor of the hotel robbery of our Mobiles phones happened during our sound sleep - early morning . IT is so surprising that the Hotel is not having enough CCTV camera and they are not taking any responsibility of the theft . We approached the police and given the complaint. Police also inspected their hotel and asked the CCTV camera which they couldnt provide. Just advice the tourist very careful before check in this hotel.we dont know how many like theft happened earlier. But it may be their inside memebrs only.

I have very good experience living here, this is located outside of the noisy area this is why you get silent around you. Everything is remarkable rooms are quite good in size , food is delicious and service is quick. You get AC rooms with WI-FI as well as TV with Cable connection , 24 hr hot and cold water.I recommend you to visit once.

Our Stay at Hotel Aristro was good. Staff were friendly and helpful also they serve good food and the prices are also reasonable (I would suggest to avoid eating from outside because you will get good & tasty food in the hotel itself). The swimming pool was not operating due to COVID measure but they also have a gaming zone were you can spend some time with friends playing snooker. My overall experience was satisfying and will visit again.

The overall stay was amazing. Location wise it is the best you could get, away from the town but not too far. The surrounding is quiet and hotel is right next to a renowned township and Lonavala exit on the Pune express highway. Lonavala railway station is a 5-7 mins drive from the hotel. Rooms were well sanitized and spacious with ample storage space, TV, Fridge. The food was great. They have ample parking space and a nice swimming pool. Best for couples and families who want to spend their holiday in serenity.The location was away from the main town and was very serene, especially at night when having your dinner near the balcony and watching the sky full of stars. We had our privacy as the hotel was away from the town and didnt had much traffic.

This property is a bit far from city and you will have to drive to town centre for almost everything.on our arrival, out of 3 rooms only 2 rooms were available and 1 room was provided more than 1 hour late due to some maintenance. but they made it up by allowing us 1 hour late check out.Restaurant does not allow outside food because as per them they will have to provide plates which customers may steal (I was so shocked to hear such thoughts) but maybe they have suffered.breakfast is unlimited rotating like upma, poha, puri bhaji, paratha, egg items like bhurjee or omlette, bread jam and butter, tea, etc.Rooms are quite big but no fans in deluxe rooms which was a downer. Electricity went off on 2 instances and took a while to be restored. Water for toilet was not available on 1 night. so I believe they are slow in service which could be seen as an attitude.play area was poorly managed, table tennis ball was out of shape, pool cue tip was broken, carrom board seemed rough.Swimming pool was in pathetic condition but thats maybe cause its banned by govt. but I have my doubts.This hotel has lots of calibre but I think they fail to understand that hotel and holiday business works on selling an experience to customers which is a complete package and not just room or food,etc. They should be proactive in solving issues and not wait for customers to report them.One special mention would be for house keeping staff named Pardeep and Pawan who were awesome human beings. This hotel does not improve service and infrastructure.Issues :In spite of called and well informed about our late arrival: the room was not ready. Not even a water bottle was placed in the room. Everything you need in the room you need to ask the service boy. from Hand towel to water bottle.Now come to courtesy: Hotel staff speaks among themselves so loudly, which is reflecting in other guests. Other guests were also talking loudly till midnight in the 2nd-floor lobby outside rooms. Had to request guest allow the US to sleep. Midnight security: one of guest must be checked in late-night: Those guests were honking horn from the road almost 30 -40 minutes in the early morning between 4-5 AM.About Infrastructure: WIFI was not working. We checked in about 5- 5.30 Pm. had reported immediately about wif-fi not working. Manager was also informed. But the service team ( including Manager ) did not find time till 8 Pm to resolve this issue. Till we escalated. TV network was frequently dropping - attemted to resolve finally reported - saying - all Lonavala / Khandala network is facing the problem which is unbelievable. Need to mentioned luckily AC was working very well in room. BEST out of All: Hotel Aristo should be recommended for FOOD: they have excellent room service as well as Cook. everything we asked from Biryani to Omelette Sandwich. 5 Stars to Food - Cook. BUT PATHETIC STAY AT HOTEL ARISTO..

Like many Mumbaikars,me n my wife have been to Lonavla / Khandala umpteen no of times. This occasion we booked at Aristro online and got a good deal. We entered the hotel with a bit of apprehension but got some pleasant surprises...large clean parking, a very warm reception with clear information (thanks to Ramzanbhai)..got a room on 2nd floor with front view. For that price the room had generous space and was decently furnished...linen was clean n spotless, within the bathroom you have a partitioned shower cubicle, over head shower faucet is excellent..u can actually enjoy taking a shower...a/c worked well.. room service is quite responsive.. restaurant is simple, unassuming but adequately large.. breakfast simple n functional, but tasty...we were not so impressed with their preparations for lunch / dinner as they contained excess oil n a bit too salty for our taste, but this can be subjective. Specific mention must be made of Ramzanbhai, who, despite being managing partner, was always there onsite n with a genuine willingness to attend to you. Since our purpose was purely to relax and enjoy change in ambience, it was fully served. For no frills but neat n clean stay, I would definitely recommend Aristro.

Guys pleas dont select this hotel for your stay our experience was really bad here. They given us the room without proper cleaning. There were pieces of broken glasses on bed and floor also, luckily we didnt get injured, the jack spray of washroom was also not working, when I complaint for the same they shiftes us in 2nd room where ac was not working even all lights were also not working, again I complaint and they allocate us third room where the cupboard doesnt have one door at the end we asked them to get the first room proper clean and Jack spray repaired.After that in breakfast there is nothing exciting all food was cold, nd the strange thing was they were serving tea in disposable water drinking bog glasses, I had to ask for mug or cup.There is no any security guard in hotel. In parking they mentioning park vehicle on your own risk.

One staff is saying the small pool is for children and other staff is saying this is not for children. Which is seen in pool its very unhygienic for children as well as every person.And the main thing is there was a cockroaches on bed, where should people can stay on the ground actually its so funny!!!!!!Anyways guys i suggest u dont waste your money for this hotel.

Brownie points- Swimming Pool, Beautiful rooms, Polite staff.Turn-offs- Food couldve been better, damaged pool table, two carrom boards but just one of them is proper, ice hockey not in use.To summarise, You can enjoy your stay at Aristro, swimming or in your room but for recreational activities you have to take something with you or pray that the above issues are dealt with.

We friends stayed here for a night. It was a descent experience. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Every food (veg) that we ordered was tasty. Swimming pool was dirty although they did clean it after we asked them to. They have games like carrom, foosball & pool. They are located near to station as well as bus stop. All in all a descent experience.

Lonavala is a hill station surrounded by green valleys in western India near Mumbai. The Karla Caves and the Bhaja Caves are ancient Buddhist shrines carved out of the rock. They feature massive pillars and intricate relief sculptures. South of the Bhaja Caves sits the imposing Lohagad Fort, with its 4 gates. West of here is Bhushi Dam, where water overflows onto a set of steps during rainy season.

Aristro has a good hospitality. The food is good. Its swimming pool is the best place to hav fun. Its very spacious. There is good a garden for kids to play. The rooms there are very good n pleasant. The places to visit N the market is at a very short distance from the hotel.

Decent rooms and very helpful staff with play area and swimming pool for kids and adults. The staff provided us dinner even after the kitchen was closed. Its a great hotel for travellers coming by their own vehicle, otherwise its a bit far from the main city (its cheos and traffic) and station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

Any type of facilities are not available like no lift, telephone out of order, TV not working, remote controls for every thing not working. We have to repeatedly remind for each and every facility. How the senior citizens ride the stairs and reach their rooms without lift? The atmosphere of Lonawala is pleasant. However, the hotel is not up to the mark looking to the cost involved. The pest control is missing since long. The cockroaches are found everywhere.

Prompt service and good food, location is peaceful and easily assess able as it is near from Express Way exit at Lonavala. Room are clean, fully furnished and medium size with gallery. Medium size good swimming pool is there but they are not cleaning daily.

Average hotel. Rooms were good. Food was nice. But lift was not working. Jackuzi was not working. No changing rooms for swimming pool were provided. Wifi disconnects randomly. Also, hot water facility was randomly available.
