Do not buy breed pets. If you actually love pets then adopt a stray dog or cat, there are millions. They snatch them away from their parents and put them in small cages. I have often seen puppies sobbing in the cages. This or any other pet shop selling foreign breeds is hell for them.

Excellent behavior, helpful people. Animals lovers for real. And almost everything is available and if not, they order it for you. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst place I asked them for male pomeranian and they gave me female and at the time of buying I asked this is good bread pomeranian they said yes it is but his body hair is not growing and now I said them body hair is not growing they said give medicine it will grow totally fraud people please dont buy per From them they will just speak to u at the time of buying after that they will not know u

I bought a golden retriever around 11 months ago but after several follow-ups I havent received my babys certificate yet.. the shop is just continuously backing up the dates.... Very bad experience. They took around 50ak from us which is not at all the price of a golden retriever should be. And they are so reluctant about the certificate.... I doubt if they have cheated us already

Pet Plaza can solve any issues regarding pets like food, litter, medicines and other necessities. An extremely good and helpful shop.

Theyre generally well stocked & also provide home delivery service. They have another shop near Kasba Police Station, and one might have a particular stock if the other doesnt. Been buying supplies for my cat from here for more than a year now.

This is the worst pet shop ever. I request everyone to please not buy any puppy from this shop. They are fraud. I bought a Labrador from this shop. First of all I wanted to buy some other Lab but they provided us with a different Lab saying it is more healthy and the previous one has been already sold. He took 12K for the Labrador but the Lab was already infected. He died within 10 days of purchase. Even the doctor said it was infected since a long time. They not only take the money,they even play with the emotions of people. I am ready to take every step possible to ban this shop.

I bought a puppy cage 20 days ago but the cage tray is deflective we told them for replacing the tray they told me that they will replace it within in 2 or 3 days.But they didnt replace it till now after selling service is very bad

If you want to get a pet this is ofcourse not a shop for you. I being a proud parent of 3 dogs, I wanted another pet and reached out to pet plaza and this is by far the worst experience.They are not available on phone or watsapp no matter how many times you call them.They are very rude and unprofessional.If you book a puppy in advance , it is not guaranteed that you will get that puppy.So if you really love dogs please please please I do not recommended pet plaza. There are plenty bad reviews already. Believe those reviews.

Bought a Labrador which died in 10 days. we tried treating the puppy but she couldnt survive, vet confirmed that the shop owner was the real culprit. They scam people, play with the emotions and then run away from their mistake. I recommend not to buy any puppies from this shop. You would get much better shop than this.

The worst experience ever.....I ordered great dane...I had to gift someone...They accepted advance ₹5000 from me even...Today (21st sep 2019) was the delivery date.. Even last day we had a word with them... The time was 4pm...today on that time when I approached them they simply said take the money back... we cannot give the puppy.. Good place if you are looking for the regular bags of dog or cat food. They also stock pet foods for birds et al. The collection of pet play stuff is also good with loads of rubbery chewy bones and balls.However the inside of the shop is little too congested and ready pets on display are minimal. However, they do take orders to check out on your favourite breed, if available.

I brought a golden retriever puppy and the puppy now is amazing. Initially it suffered little health issues due to change to home but now he stand out among the rest. Few people give negative feedback just because the puppy fell ill, however they dont understand that a puppy sometimes gets ill due to change of home , food habits and various other things. The owner is very supportive whenever i call him he picks up and even if he misses the call he will surely call u back. I followed their advice and my puppy is very fit and healthy.The vet of my puppy is very happy seeing his growth. Its always not about quality puppies its about the time and love which u give to raise a puppy. Love u pet plaza for such a support at any point in time. God bless u all.

Very unprofessional, bought a dog bed , firstly they didnt give me the size I wanted , gave a smaller one,then they promised to change it which never happened plus the product they gave was defective. This shows a very casual and unprofessional attitude.

Cheater owns this shop..I bought a Spitz puppy from here, they registered the puppy for royal canin program..And then they gave us pedigree instead of royal canon food packet..And told me to report the company that we got proper food for the puppy, uBut when we received call from company,they told us that 1kg packet of royal canin we must get from the shop,nt the pedigree.the shop doesnt gave us the dog busket,and other useful things which we should get from the company.And when we called them and ask for this they misbehaved with us

One of the worsts place ive ever seen. for the sake of business, they dont sell healthy pups and dont give the mandatory 10% discount on pet medicines announced by the government. Also, behavior is not kinda good.
