Today I purchased a slide for my kids and it was my first purchase from this famous store. They have good collection of various toys and give good discount.I would just like to point out few things:1. Seems this store mostly deal with wholesale customers and just a little bit reluctant to retail customers. This was just my observation, I might be wrong.2. One of the sales rep.doesnot have a clear idea about the age specific limitations for toy (in my case I was looking for a swing, which he claimed can withstand upto 25kg of weight and be good for 5-6 yrs old kids). But then the owner and another sales rep.clarified that it is not the case. Luckily I double checked with them and did not purchase that. The first sales rep.also told me initially if I confirm then only he would bring the item out from the godown. Come on, when you are not sure about the age range, how can you talk like that?Apart from this, I appreciate the second salesman and the owner, they are courtaeous and helpful.

This shop charges more than mrp. I bought few toys in which the printed rate was lesser but he charged 50% extra over the mrp. When asked him the reason, he gave a very lame reason saying that the printed rate is for China and not for India.Owner is a cheater and lacks professionalism.Kindly check the mrp before buying.

Not recommended.The segway they sold me worked well for 6 months. After that, legit every problem started. The segway used to shut down in the middle of me riding. So I asked the owner if they could do something about it and they asked me to send it. A simple battery had to be replaced.They kept my segway for 1 and a half years, and just kept extending the time. I am no engineer but i know that fixing a battery would not take a year and a half. When i asked them what i should do , they asked me to wait for another month or take it back in the way i had given them. Turns out they had not even opened my segway to see what was wrong with it. I waited for a month, and even after that they wanted another month because their battery was stuck at customs. I had to take my segway back in the way i had given them. When i opened it the battery had already malfunctioned and the tyres are jammed as well.My time and money have been wasted.Highly dissatisfied.
