Failed to Inspect several problems in my bike ( Ignition fail, Bent Clutch level fix)They suggested their best possible solution but my problem wasnt resolved !3. They Charged somewhat rather High !!! Wasnt satisfied with the end results.* My bike means - My brothers bike. You can see in photos.

Got my 3rd free service from this service centre. all the issues i had with my bike was not resolved. I repeat None Of the Problems were solved!! Actually the problems showed up right after they completed servicing and I started my bike for the 1st time then and there. I asked them right away - They were numb and said nothing - Could do nothing.Now about the main Problem i was facing - Ignition Fail. The bike was not getting failed ignition starts right after they completed seevicjng.This was and Will be the worst service centre of Yamaha. they dont even deserve the tag of YAMAHA. I went there despite Many of my friends warning.Oh, The Engine warning light - lighted up that evening and has been since 28/4/21.wow!if you read so far - Thank you

Very poor service as they have no product available except lube or usually require most of the cases. other that no product available. you have to order it prior to 15 days. Im waiting for almost 30 days my vehicle not get repaired on time.They offered worst service I ever experience in motor industry. This also ruin face value of Yamaha.

Very bad approach. First of all I want to make all the viewers clear that dont buy from that showroom as the service from that service centre is very pathetic. Whenever I ask for anything there is nothing available in service centre. Whereas if I am asking for the same product from Matali Enterprise which is in Barrackpore they told me parts are available and it wont take much time. So kindly request to all please dont buy from there.

There behaviour is good. And they service so many bike per day. So, if you think u want your bike in one day then You should ask them. I dont think they gave you day to day service. There are so many of bikes come every day for servicing. But, if you dont have hurry. Then, you can go

All variants are not available in all time, so customers have to wait for their choices. Staff behaviour is good but they need to explain more about their products. I feel that more sales staff is required to attend more customers properly. Its more than 45 days over but still I am not getting my new vehicles number plate. I feel that overall process is slow of this showroom. I have got my first service and the service experience is good as of now.

They have the attitude of being corporate and professional. You have to book appointment. They will confirm and afterward they will not deliver ur bike on time despite being told the same day delivery.They do lots of paper work but at the end u have to supervise whether servicing is upto mark though they have supervisor and they probably donts have time to supervise after the work has been done.The behaviour of the staffs : goodQuality of service : difficult to judge as u r not the mechanic, only u can check lights are blinking of not , brakes are functioning or not etc by your superficial knowledgeHope they will improve their service and will do what they have committed

Here, they forced you to insurance from their own selected company. You do not have any choice. They also take broker charges from you. Be careful before purchase.

Worst Possible Yamaha ServiceYamaha lovers please go else where with your beloved 2vwheeler...This place is ruined by the rudest people in charge of it.Always they will tell you extra service which are absolutely not required..and always there is shortage of proper Parts which is an essential part of any good service centreThe customer lounge is a ridiculous joke....the staircase to 1st floor is another joke here.Only good thing is the position of this place.

Quality job done on my bike Yamaha fz25,feels like a new one

Worst service. Every time after service with in a week I have faced issues. FI machine is fault from long time and have no proper technician to direct and sort out main problemLong time I have been facing issue with my fz 25. Engine stop at 2nd gear. Mutiple time visited but problem remains same. And with in a week after service, self motor stop working. I have changed two time the same. I never expected this.type of build quality and service from a reputed company.

Cleaning is very bad here, they dont take up your complaints seriously unless you point it out to them while servicing. Its like they just bother about number of vehicles taken and out to increase their graph, not on quality of service.

Today Ive serviced my bike ( overall output good) well behaved staff ( Aquad Yamahas strength).Earlier Ive serviced from different Yamaha dealer and sub dealer also,The standardization of Aquad Yamaha (Facility/Cleanliness/ SOP)is not as per dealer ,it is fit for sub dealer..... please improve your service standard........

Rediculous and very poor quality of online system for booking service for bike....the fone was ringing for more than 10 mints but no one was there to pick up the fone same how after trying 5 time once a staff received the fone and after taking the details of the customer said that we will call you shortly...........but it has been 4 hours over no call, from them for the booking of service. Very baad and 3 rd class system

There is understaffing and people need to stand in line for long to give their bike for serviceing and the situation is the same while taking back the bike. Did an extended servicing package and it turned out to be such a bad decision. Overconfident mechanics. My bike first started having problem with its battery around 8-9 months back. A local mechanic had advised me that the charger was faulty and the battery was fine. But I listened to the people from the service center and changed the battery. Within 3-4 months the battery again discharged. So on the next servicing I specifically informed them to check the charger but still they couldnt find any fault or rather they didnt check. Again after 2 months the battery discharged and then finnally they discovered that the problem was with the charger. So paying for a service package actually cost me more money and a lot more hassel than a local mechanic would do. And they constantly pester about changing this oil or cleaning that part and upor saying no they behave as if I am at fault for not agreeing with them.

Most third class service provide,Today, Its been a month and a half since I bought a Scotty, but I havent been able to get a number plate yet.They do not deserve any rating.I had to give a star to activate his post

Quality of servicing is very poor.they didnt wash the bike properly..and if you go for free servicing they will tell you for changing the parts.. unnecessary they tell you for this.and for common people its not possible to know about all the parts.and there condition they take benefit of this..

Dont even deserve single star, they(staffs) neither give the spare parts which they(mechanic) have changed nor they(staff) tell the complete fault of the vehicle hence playing mischief which results in overcosting while doing servicing.Worst ever experience I ever had....they(staffs) dont even inform about the unavailability of spare parts before taking in to service which results in time wasting bcoz of revisiting the service centre again for the sam thing.I think fault is becoz of improper knowledge of staffs about the unavailability of spare parts in the godown.Costing package is also not good as same things are covered in different work with separate pricing ..which result in over pricing of serving cost.

The worst showroom I have ever seen. I bought a bike paying the entire cash online, but they not even cooperated with me for getting the vehicle number. Its been more than a month now. Whenever I call the sales person named Talash, he connect me to his backend team who comes up with new issues everytime. If you go for a bike or scooty, then there are many other showroom. Please dont go for Aquad Yamaha.

I am an existing customer of aquad. The behaviour of the staffs are pretty professional. Warm welcoming nature and their commitment attracted me. Huge collection of scooties and motorcycles particularly belonging to yamaha brand are available here. They have seasonal offers for buyers. Blue streak Bengal club is associated with this particular showroom. Service coat is bit high.

Very poor behaviour by staffs

Worst experience after purchasing two wheeler from Aquad Yamaha:1.They have taken money for incorporating bank hypothecation clause in RC but they did not do it.2. I had to literally beg to them to get Registration done.3. After 1st service when I went to receive the bike which they never deliver on time, although they boast of on time delivery,I was shocked to see they had broken my side view mirror. They did not acknowledge at first and when I argued they tried to fit an old one which was may be discarded. After lots of altercation they replaced it. Servicing quality was very very poor.4 Second service also they did not deliver on time and they charged me because token was misplaced. Service quality was worse.5 Third service was shocking. It was paid service. Not only did they deliver it a day later they opened up everything and destroyed my bike. They charged 300 +gst as labour charges for services which were included in paid service. After two days my bike had all sorts of problem.The service of Aquad Yamaha is horrible. They only thrust more and more labour charges and they are unparallelely unprofessional.I strongly discourage any association with Aquad Yamaha

Most 3rd class service is done with my r15 v3 1st service. First off all there is no matter of time maintaining. Worst quality service I got 2nd time. They didnt wash my bike properly. After they handover my bike I found several places dust mud also. If is there have any option to attach photo then it would be better.
