The collection and the staff are okay but the store manager Mr Sanjoy is one arrogant manipulative businessman. The shoes are overpriced, all of them, sold at their printed MRP.If a customer dislikes the sole of a shoe and complains, the manager will just accuse the customer of talking rubbish, - তুমি বাজে কথা বলছো।. You cant complain of any shoe here, not in front of this manager.I bought one pair from here and returned it through the Bata website. My refund of 999/- was withheld by the company and I was told numerous lies and excuses but the manager straight took their side from the start.After 16 days of struggle of tolerating the arrogance of both parties, I received my 999/- and decided to never buy anything from Bata company, let alone this store.

No decent collection,no size replacement,attendants and proprietor both are very lazy...With heaps of conduct issues..Plus no upkeep with hellfire parcel of tidies on the shoes nd floor..

One of the oldest BATA shop of Kolkata, situated at 4-point crossing of Phoolbagan...Easily can be distinguished from the vehicle while padsing...The location is superb...The shop is not so big but the collection is good...The staffs are also very good and supportive...

Very nice store with lots of variants; but dont let them charge you Rs. 3/- for the paper bag, as its against a court judgement.

There us a wide variety of shoes and others (related to it) are available. Staffs are good and place is also clean and spacious.

Actually this is a shoe showroom and it is at the center of bongaon town .the nearby crossing is named as bata more which is named after it.It is a small showroom but good one

The place is an important landmark for all. When people goes to Phoolbagan crossing they often say we wanna go to Phoolbagan Bata. As a shoe store the store is good. However their brand promotion is not upto the mark. I like their 50% flat discount on sales during festival seasons.
