Worst store. All duplicate items. No Castomer service. Once u buy the product, there is very less chance that ur product will last more than 2/3 months. When you claim for warranty ,they will ask u to go to the company service centre or else u need to wait for 4/5 months to solve ur issue. Just pathetic.

Worst behaviour. Arrogant. I asked him price of a list of parts, he didnt even look at it, just told me to wait, i waited for 10-15 mins , asked again , then this asho** said we wont sell anything, go buy from other shop ( rudely). Pathetic behaviour.

Used to be a really good store with competitive pricing but nowadays their pricing is not good and on the more expensive side .Their behaviour also got rougher overtime , and talking about systems you can get basic to midrange systems from them but you want high or latest generation products its not a good choice .

Located in the first floor , it has two outlets one for selling the computer products and the other for repairing section. I went to repair my laptop hinge which was broken and due to that my internal fan got blocked. They took one day to repair with - Rs. 1200. But they havent checked the internal fan I took back home and faced the same I went to them again then they repaired it again without taking any more service charges !!. A good place in Barasat where you can get the computer products and you can repair your computers also.

They dont bother to talk over phone......BAD>>>>.

It is one renowned computer shop in Barasat, The owner is very young but doing good business here. They have computer service centre too in the 1st floor. The shop is very small but they have other store room so having good stock. Generally they try to give in lower price. many re-sellers buy computers as well as the computer parts from this shop. Main advantage to purchase from here is you can get train nearby and you dont have to take another vehicle. Many customers from Bongaon, Habra etc come to purchase from here. Although there are other computer shops beside this shop. But many times the owner get hot tempered and misbehave with customers due high work pressure. Which he should control well to keep the customers for long days.

In whole barasat they have the cheapest price on computer part and peripherals but I think a little more variety of graphic cards should be stocked by them
