Loved this place and food! New and Very clean! The staff were so helpful including the manager who helped us voluntarily to take my mother to the car who had trouble to walk. Perhaps provide some additional training to the staff that server food for occasion, few if them were not happy and kind of showed it while serving food!

Supposed to be a five star hotel. Good location , good sports bar but too dark for a sports bar , Right now it has happy hours ( 2+1 ) on all the time. So it works reasonably in terms of wallet.Service is excellent too.

Booked 5 rooms as a package. Last minute ID requirements not previously stated popped up. Management was very rude in having a conversatiom about this. Good place but management needs to be better.

We conducted a function at the banquet hall raindrops here at monsoon empress and the hall was impressive. Quiet good ambiance and a good facility for parking. Food wasnt up to the mark. Every other facilities seems fine.

We had a pleasant time at Moonsoon Empress, mainly due to the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who adopted any possible care to make us feel at home.We also attended an engagement function, which was carefully organised and well planned in all details, with excellent food and nice atmosphere.The pool area is quiet and very tidy, with good sun exposure all day (from 10 to 17).We also had the pleasure to indulge with some ayurvedic treatments at the spa.The room was modern and always sparkling clean, with a really nice view (amazing sunset!).Special mention to Victoria and the rest of the staff at the Xian Oriental Restaurant, where we had two pleasant and delicious dinners.Despite being open for a relatively short period of time, this hotel shows great potential!

Had a buffet dinner today at the hotel. It was not so crowded on a Saturday night so I assume that in general is not crowded here. The ambience was nice although we were unaware that the restaurant was at the ground floor near the entrance itself. The food was good. I wouldnt say it was extraordinary but was worth the money spent. The hospitality of the staffs were really good. Overall I would recommend going here and you can definitely consider this place in your shortlist.

As it says, the new gem of Kochi, Monsoon empress stands tall in hotel business here. Had a very good time here with my colleagues for a get together. Wonderful and scenic courtyard, conference hall . Cordial and warm handed hotel staffs, nice ambience and a spectacular view of kochin city are some specialities to mention. Also, as it is in budding stage more attractions are on the way. Buffet was full of splendid and mouth watering dishes. Was an amazing experience here.

An hotel with reasonable facilities located in Palarivattom, Ernakulam. Courteous staff. I got a fast check in at 1 am. Food is tasty and served in good ambience. Rooms are tidy with proper maintenance. Toilet clean. Beds nicely kept. Inadequate water in the room. Touch anything in the minibar in theroom like a chocolate, be prepared to pay. The cooky I took was past date and had slight fungal infection. The outdoor swimming pool is clean and may be enjoyed in the morning and evening when the heat is ok. Overall you wont miss the place.Enough parking space. Good conference halls.

Amazing.. Enjoyed and good food..

Went for team lunch and dont know for some reasons food over there makes us feeling fill immediately after having small portion. My team mate found fungus in dried coconut chilli mix. Once informed, they removed and apologies. But as a catering team, they should take care of these basic things. Location looks good and nice, employees are friendly.

Good service and calm environment

Great location right by the highway with good food friendly staff and cost ambience. Meeting rooms and halls are well done too. They have two restaurants as of now - an oriental cuisine at level 2 and a generic one at the ground floor.Here is the catch - you want to have a drink with dinner with your family ( with kids) then you have to eat Chinese!!

Surprised to see this hotel. Located near palarivattom, Kochi. Nicely maintenance, good customer service. For meeting, events , halls available. Very luxurious n neat. Then coming to food. I felt good, but not great. Overall a good one.

A clean pretty and elegant place. Went there for a friends engagement and it was so nice. Nice banquet place and the food was really yummy. The dessert was also on point. Certainly gonna recommend the place to others and head there for any important eat outs. The added bonus was dad didnt have to park and the valet helped him out readily!

Good buffet dinner is the first thing we note here...convenient Conference halls also makes this hotel a good choice..its situated nearly opposite to the holiday innbuffet spread is superb and each dishes ar very tasty..unlike other hotel buffets with variety dishes which are not at all tasty..and also the staffs are soo customer friendly!!

It is a brand new property with very good ambience and friendly staffs. The rooms are very spacious and amazing. This is one of the best hotel in kochi to hang out with.The buffet food varity could be improved, as they are more of Kerala food stuffs. It is located in a prime area, so that we can able to connect many other places easily.

We had our school alumni get together for a day long prog from 10 am to 6 pm. Everything was fabulous right from the welcome drink to evening tea. The lunch buffet spread was perfect for the rate and sumptuous. Halls with thick carpets the aura of the place and the ever smiling faces of the staff....Was a pleasant experience and made our program truly memorable.

Monsoon Empress is a Star Hotel situated on the side of NH 66(NH Bye pass) near to Ernakulam Medical Centre. Its having adequate parking facility and suitable for arranging different programmes. It is having a big A/C auditorium which is suitable for marriage functions.

Had recently conducted a Bday function at their banquet hall.Approachable location,extensive car park,polite staff are the initial plus points.Their hospitality is what makes this stand out from the other hotels. Jinosh,Justin & Dhanil from the F&B were very friendly and helps you out with everything.Hall was quite spacious,arrangements were well planned and the food was awesome.All guests enjoyed the ambience.Hope they continue the same service and stand a class apart from the rest.

Excellent hotel in Kochi...relatively newer here... absolutely loved the ambiences & cleanliness... Ballroom, banquet hall , lobby room & conference room are large, comfortable, spacious & well integrated to give u the feeling for the function u r in....tAlso there is sky garden, swimming pool, lots of buffet room...also large parking is available...food is good but not gr8....also take care when the electricity goes off, DG should immediately come on so that the function isnt affected..

This is an incredible location. I just so loved the ambience, generosity & feel. Came here for a function. U wouldnt regret visiting here. Ive no idea about the food or menu but I would say it wont be disappointing as the quality of the place is so good. Loved it!

A relatively new 5 star hotel situated near palarivatom. Very courteous employees. Good buffet and offers. A very good experience in whole.The buffet included continental, chinese and kerala cuisine. The desert station was very extensive as it inclided 18 dishes.

Has all the advantages of a new Hotel, clean and neat Interiors and advanced aminitieshired a meeting hall at Monsoon Empress for a workshop. The hall arrangements were not satisfactory. There was a pillar at the middle of the hall, the chair and table arrangement were just ordinaryRegarding the service- F&B service was remarkable, but the quality of service at reception need to be improved

Ambiance is excellent. Room charges are very low especially for a 5 star hotel. All the amenities like spa, massage, swimming pool, etc are available. The complementary breakfast buffet is excellent with both veg and non-vegetarian items along with desserts.

Its a new Hotel . Its not inaugurated yet. Expected end of December.There is two Bonquet halls which can accommodate around 600 peoples each. I got the chance to attend a reception and the vegetrian food served was extremely good. There kitchen is live. The hospitality of the staff is admirable. Expecting a wonderful experience in the outskirts of the city.

A beautiful hotel in Chakkalakkal area. Very good for get together, functions etc. We can have a buffet dinner at economical price. The staff r having decent behavior. The lady staffs r well dressed in traditional bright blue Saree & r soft spoken. Continental, Indian & Chinese food available. Mouth watering Dessert section is a peculiarity. The effort of support staff r praise worthy. Pool, spa, gym, bar r attractions. Good ambience. Loved to visit this place.

Very good place, very clean, spacious, extremely good, efficient, polite and caring staff

One of the finest hotels in KochiSo this place is really great and very well maintained, the service is really good. The hotel rooms are well kept and bathroom is clean. The halls are great for hosting parties and functions and can accommodate around 250 + people. The food (starter, soups, salad, main course and deserts) were off charts.

We reached the next day morning due to airport maintanance or so. Flights werE late and delayed. But the staffs provided us the food. staffs were helpful.
