I have stayed here with my family for a month. Very good service and behavior from the staffs. Manager, Mr.Jaimon was take caring everything very well.I didn’t feel that I am in an hotel apartment. It was like a home away from home.Good place to stay.

Place is very noiseless,thats good. Room is very good and clean, Bed and bathroom are good,clean. But the network is very very poor here, Food corners/Store are not closely available. Room service,staffs are good and cost is pocket friendly. Overall a good place to stay.

A good place to stay. But please note that they dont have lift facility in the Apartment. The scenic view is good. It is a very calm and quiet place to stay. If you are taking a 2 bedroom apartment you will get cupboards, refrigerator etc. They dont have a closed parking area.

The price was 1300per night as opposed to 787 per night i was able to avail online (542 discount). Disappointed with the price (standard double room Rs900, AC double room Rs400 extra) dont think any of the discounts were applied. Only payment at the hotel was available so other discounts or cash-free payment was not possible.The AC room was on the first floor as part of newly furbished apartment in the nearby building. Hot water was not available in the bathroom in that building.Included Breakfast was good- appam/ porotta/ chapathi/ idiyappam (one of two per morning) with chickpea curry/paneer curry was served in a very homely dining room opposite reception. Bottled water was supplied on the first day and provided on request the second, was told to make use of the water filter in the dining room there after.Room was clean, though the bed sheet was a bit stained- looked like ink. TV with free channels in the room. There was building works outside.Towels a small bottle of shampoo and one single bar of soap was provided for Two people for 3nights. No housekeeping or room service.Internet didnt work the first two days as the network cable was disconnected from the router- which was fixed only after 2days of stay even though we had asked about it the first night.Location is conveniently close to medical college kalamassery, kerala start up mission, science park etc. However its not in the town, some shops around, but couldnt find any nice restaurants for lunch/dinner close by. 30mins to kalamassery metro.

The stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience. As compared to other properties the stay duration here was budget friendly.

The property is located in the prime and residential area. Free WiFi/internet facility was an added advantage for me. The best thing about our stay was delicious food at in house restaurant. There was no time boundaries for going out and coming back. Property and accommodation has done justice as per my expectation.

Not nearby ernamkulam its nearby Ernamkulam medical college clean and tidy best part is that they provide breakfast

Perfect place. Beautiful view full of greens from all the windows. Awsome place to stay happy and peacefully. Awsom balcony experience like live with nature. Good rooms excelent for family. These are not just rooms. It is far better than usual hotel stay. Rooms with kitchen . Balcony and drawing room awsome.

We chose the hotel location near by the residential area. We checked-in late and checked-out early so we didnt know about the free internet facility. Apartment was brand new and they provided extra bed when we want and we had paid extra amount for the same. Everything was good on the stay.

The rooms were neat but the bedspread were not. even though washed still had patches of dirt. the bathroom was good. overall a decent stay... the location was accessible through GPS...

Everything is good except the landmark. It is located very outer to the getting a ride from there is one hell of a job. If you have your own commute then its good to be there.
