I rate it zero star I called the staff whose name is Dileesh. I called him to setup the TV so that I can spend sometime watching TV. But he kept his phone switched off. Is this how a staff should behave. When I came there no one was sitting in the front desk and it took more than 15 minutes just for the staff Dileesh to come and collect money after I called him multiple times. If ur CCTV is working then u have the proof and please do not delete the videos after seeing this review. Is this how u treat a customer. I can even get better hospitality in my friends house than ur so called hotel. First treat your guest properly according to what you charge. Stay in ur place was an absolute disgrace.

The location of this property is just so fine. Its very close to the town and is still calm and silent. Couples are welcome. Rooms are neat and clean. Its just a 100m distance from Changampuzha park metro station. They dont have a geyser facility, which felt a bit odd considering most OYOs have them

Not recommended ..poor hygiene....Used shower gel kept in bathroom..faul smell .waste of money

Hi to Hotel grand casa team we have enjoyed a lot and main reason that we have booked this hotel because near to airport. and all is fine in the hotel but actually one thing for bath they dont provide a hot water actually its not fair and not good also. and all is fine like hotel rooms and as well as break fast and they did a good service. thank you 😃

A neat and tidy oyo hotel in a truly calm and quite corner very nearer to changambuzha park metro station. Neat rooms, bed linen, pillow covers and toilets always. Breakfast is also good. Request them to improve the supply of drinking water to rooms.

Nice place to stay at cheaper rates. Its hard to find as its located slightly away from the main road. They dont have an restaurant in the property. Parking can be a Issue here, when i went there i found that the basement parking area is filled with water. Apart from this the rooms are neatly maintained and the staffs here are friendly.

Hotel staff was friendly. walkable to metro station. linen was clean. bathroom was in great condition. No hot water in bathroom. No branded bottled water to drink. They will provide filter water in a reusable bottle. bed was too good.

Soiled pillows, room which wasnt cleaned after the previous guest left. Not even a bottle of water was provided after asking many times. AC remote was missing, no toiletries, not even a soap. Id rather stay in a Dormitory than this place. Stay away. If I could post pictures of the pillow Id do it.

Very Decent, Clean & Spacious Rooms. Very much near to Metro Station. Friendly & helpful staff. Except not getting hot water everything is perfectIts a quiet place for business meetings.

My stay at this hotel was fine. Everything was good and clean. The only lacking factor is the provision of hot water facility in the bathrooms. Seems like there is hot water provision in any of the rooms.

If you have offers with OYO app this is an awesome place to stay. Cheap rate, clean rooms, near metro, friendly staff, rooms with amenities. Definitely enjoyed my stay here.

Rooms are good. But the phone wasnt working in my room neither was there a mat for the bathroom. Service wasnt good either.

Rooms are clean. checkin was quick. room service were prompt. we were provided with sufficient bottle water. it was a pleasent stay with good staffs.

Worst experience from an OYO hotel. The rude attitude of receptionist and room boy killed the total trip mood. Lift, telephone intercome and WiFi are not working. Hot water is not available. We had to climb down from the third floor for requesting room service. I wont recommend this for married couples and family.
