Lemon 🍋 Juice waste.....

An average lodge. I booked 12 rooms for a wedding several months before the event and made an advance payment. But, they were able to provide only 9 rooms. The rooms are not clean. Some companies nearby use the hotel as their guest house. It seems that the hotel management cares only about their commitment to these companies.

Have visited here years back, and it was a nice restaurant then. But now they served us old food. Tasted very bad.

Chinese dishes are delicious and the fragrant which from various leaves are an awesome experience. Service is excellent and the same should be the cause of their growth. The customer happiness made by them is guaranteed. Also there is ambient space for Car parking to make the Banquet Hall a success.

Current under renovation. The room is spacious and in budget.Closer to all tourist attractions in Tripunitura

Not that great but a normal hotel room. Somewhat spacious rooms. Rooms are clean though. Inexpensive too..

Visiting this hotel since 2015 , Rooms are good very near to BPCL kochi refinery and also metro line coming in this way so connectivity is good to Edapally.

Horrible Ambience. Strictly not a place to visit with toddlers. Food was cold and service was horrible.

Worst experience. I have the advance receipt and booking confirmation. When I came here for NEET exam hotel management said rooms are filled and they will return advance amount at 3:30 AM. I took my sister with me and never expected this response from hotel management. I have called local police and they ordered to arrange a room. If they didnt arrange room I will Lodge a police complaint. NEVER EVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Not so good..........Large space, but rooms are not keep well... Very calm and quiet. Location is good...............The restaurant is also an OK one...

Location is good. But the architecture of the rooms are not good. Bed and fan is arranged in manner that there is no proper air for the people lying down. False ceiling is so close to the fan leaf that there is no air flow.

Hotel in Tripunithura at Wadakekotta. Rooms are unclean and lacks facilities. Worst rooms and service. There are lack of options in this town, so do your research before you want to try this out

Good hotel for family stay. Food is good comparatively in the surroundings. Need to improve upon in small issues.

Some of the worst front office assistants. Never mind this hotel. How dare they shout at their customers! Dear Owner, please teach some politeness to your people.Thanks!

Very nice place to be at... good ambience and decent crowd... has a big screen now put out at the parking lot which shows tv programs in the evenings that can be viewed from the dining place..! Excellent during cricket / ipl season!

Old fittings in the room. Toilet seat was unhygienic. And horrible towels. (White towels which are visibly unhygienic and soiled) Cost doesnt justify the quality. Not recommended.

Great accommodation facilities and reasonable good food

It has free WiFi, hot water, good bedding....overall the hotel is good

Even though we have booked, at the time of occupying room was not cleaned& full of mosquitoes,towells were not changed ,no hot water facility. Even after complaint,staffs & management were unfriendly.we had to shift our guests on the same day. Shall never select again. Payment was not reimbursed or deducted. They dont deserve a single star.

I went there for having lunch. Biriyani is not much good. But Veg Meals is very good.

Failed to keep up with changing world.. bad ambience... But if they renovate they can get good business

Hotel prasanth is one of the old year hotel located in the thrippunithura irumpanam road, here also available single room and double room with minimum rate.

A good 2 star hotel with available facilities

Bed sheet was dirty .No towel ,soap or even a phone to contact reception. Rent was 945 to stay 4 a nit.Charging ex orbitant price at the restaurant . (Rs 65 for a non tasty veg curry.The bathroom has no lock. ROOM No 305. Dated 24th may 2016.The double bed was just 4ft.
