This place is very good, you meet with a doctor who advises you. I did not stay there as I was already in a hotel. And one can come only for ayurvedic care and stay in another hotel. Nice staff, clean showers and full service after they took care of you. I fully recommend this place.

This place has the real Ayurveda treatment, not like many of the other places we saw around kochi. Depending on the treatment you do you can even take a shower after! They give you a clean towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner and even a hair dryer if you need! The staff is super friendly!!! If you want a Ayurveda treatment go to this place, but go with time as it might take longer than anticipated!!

Fantastic place in the heart of Fort kochi with luxurious rooms and focus on Ayurvedic wellness . They have resident male and female doctors at the resort . Excellent for a quick 3 day rejenuation therapy while we explore the historic town of Fort Kochi and Mattancherry

We spent a week in Sukhayus Cherai Beach with my daughter and enjoyed every moment! The location is awesome - 150 meters to the ocean (for sunsets) and on the other side thats 150 meters to the backwaters (for sunrises). The complex is very quiet, no street noise at all, has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, lots of space for yoga inside and outside. The atmosphere in the complex is very friendly and relaxed, perfect to withdraw, recharge your batteries, do yoga and let yourself be pampered.The resort has a restaurant with very good Indian cuisine. Dont miss the super healthy Amla juice! Even if it is not on the menu, the dear restaurant team will conjure it up for you after ordering!Sukhayus Cherai offers a fitness room, bicycles, yoga classes, meditations and much more. And the most important are of course the Ayurvedic programs, which are put together individually after a discussion with the doctor. I have had a wellness relaxation beauty program and was very happy with it! All massages and other applications were done by 2 therapists at the same time (4 hands), a new application came every day, and I felt very well and very vital! The Ayurveda team is highly professional and very attentive. The Ayurvedic remedies that are used for the treatments are produced by the parent company PUNARNAVA itself, and all herbs come from their own garden. The whole hotel team is extremely friendly, everyone is radiant, fulfills the guests every wish and really takes care of everything. A very nice place for Ayurveda therapy or a wellness stay for body and soul! Would love to come again!
