Customer support is excellent. Thanks to Mr Arun who had supported in getting the Home delivery. I understand that due staff shortage there has been a slight delay in the delivery. Would suggest to have 2 wheelers to do home delivery in nearby localities instead of doing all delivery togather in a van.

Compare to normal shops price is less .but more rate compare with other super markets ... Again try to reduce the price for card holders ...3 days before i purchase 850 rs items .i got only 19 rs card holder discount

Special mention to that chettan who is in vegetables section wearing blue uniform.. yesterday when I had difficulty in loading the purchased items in my scooter.. he suddenly came running to me and helped me...❤️

Asaad is an all in one place shop.you can buy all home essentials from here via cash payment or e-payments. The most beneficial thing i found here is that in addition to those common items provided by all supermarkets they are also supplying pets food of different brands and quantity for various aged pets. We are free to shop here, no staff will follow us irritating customers through their marketing policies like in majority other supermarkets. Good customer services. Customer cards are also provided.The only trouble i found there was that items are not properly arranged by category. Also requested to give some more attention on keeping the shop clean .

Its one of the best markets where u will get most of the house hold times and vegetable at moderate rate. Veg are given at more discounted rates on Wed and Sat. Ample car parking and a bakery cum restaurant is an added advantage that too on MC road, at Kaduval jn.
