The staff is really friendly and makes the experience really pleasant. The food was good but could be better I won’t lie. The ambiance and the live kitchen was really beautiful. The view is really cool but don’t dine outside at night there are a lot of mosquitoes. The overall experience was great.

Had a soulful experience down at Thai soul. We ordered in clear noodle soup, dimsums, pad thai noodles and chicken stir fry.Loved the flavours !!!! I particularly loved dimsums and chicken stir fry . I love that they serve both dark and light soy sauce, where in we can relish both seperately.We ordered in water chestnut delicacy dessert which was also yumm. I love how the coconut milk plays well in thai dessert. Overall a pleasurable experience , mainly because we tasted authentic Thai and not any indie version. Will come back for more. We had Nusarat and Nikhil wait at us, who also suggested some of the delicacies we chose.

Went with family yesterday Oct 3, 2021 for lunch. Had one of the best fine dining experience in Kerala since our return to India. The food was authentic Thai, out of this world, we went the whole nine yards for a four course meal starting with soup finishing up with Thai coconut icecream. Everything was spot on, superb ambience. If the restaurant was locatedon upper floors with a view of the backwaters it would have been picture perfect. Overall wonderful experience. Staff from North East India displayed their natural hospitality instincts. Thanks for making a great afternoon. We will be back for more :))

Had been here today.....Service was excellent.....We had items 24, 26 & 27 from the starters..... Cooked to perfection.....We also tried all the 3 non veg soups.....which were packed with flavours.....For Main Course the Crab Fried Rice is to die for.....loved it..... Thai Green Curry was excellent.....

Veg options arent that great. So if you are vegetarian, you might run out of options.Desserts: The do have a couple of nice options when it comes to dessert . You get to see a live cooking so thats interesting if you love cooking. Ambience if also nice... Not a lot of collection for Wines if you are wine lover.Hence overall 3.

Best thai restaurant in the area. At first I thought the food would be okay but it was excellent. Especially the fried chicken with onion and capsicum. The ambience is very good with a thai background. There is also a live kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. Thai soul is a Thai food restaurant in grand Hyatt Bolgatty, Kochi. Great ambience and very caring staff . About the food, its good overall but there is nothing special other than the normal Thai options, actually its the places ambience which gives taste to the food. You cant find duck or pork options of Thai cuisine here. The desert menu is good. Dont order Pattaya packet from the mocktails. Overall, its a good place to visit once in a while for the Thai options.

Amazing place! The food is authentic Thai Cuisine. Fantastic service, the staff had a very friendly attitude and were very quick, efficient and perfect in whatever they did. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from and drinks are galore! The place has a really indulging ambiance with the themed cutlery, tableware and subtle Thai music playing coupled with an open kitchen having all the fresh ingredients in-front of us. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try something new or someone who loves Asian Cuisine.

The food was spectacular. We had fish and jumbo prawns with rice, it was all yummy. The soup at the start was the best I have had before. The ambience is just perfect, feels like you are on vacation outside the city. The service was great, the best recommendations were given by the server and not one failed to impress.

Had a fabulous dinner time @ Thai Soul , Grand Hyatt, Kochi .. Awesomeness cant ask more of hospitality with the most affable effecient Staff on board . It is one helluva authentic Thai Buffet I have ever had .. Children would love it with an extended play area..Need to mention Mr Christy for his flawless hospitality..The overall team did fabulous job.. Spread and the live kitchen was the icing on the cake.. We had made a reservation for 10:30 PM and its a buffet. Their closing time is 11 PM and they start removing literally every thing at 11:00 PM. We were literally asked to rush thru and they could have warned us about their clearing out the place at 11:00 PM sharp. certainly not what you expect. They should stop taking reservations at 10:00 PM if they want to stop and clear out at 11:00 PM. They could not be bothered inspite of us asking them to atleast keep the dessert counter open for some more time.

Fresh ingredients, and spot on flavor! Thai origin chefs truly gives credence to the Thai Soul being served in all their food.Waterchestnut dessert is a must try for all you curious gastrophiles out there!
