I had alfam mandhi and it was average

A restaurant that specializes in Arab cuisine and has a menu filled with all the familiar Arabian dishes. I tried the Kuzhimanthi, which was quite good. The rice lacked flavor, though. The chicken was well marinated, not overly coated in Arab spices, but just enough. It also came with mayo and spice sauce side dishes. Overall a good resto, but is it worth the premium price? 🤷‍♂️

Tastey food & nice ambiance. I tried their wheat paratha with Paneer Butter Masala, as I love this combination where ever I get a try. Even though paneer pieces were a few, the dish was delicious and delivered quite well. The one thing what I felt to be improved is greeting & treating of customers. Staffs are not well trained to take care of the customers.

Once mahfil used to be one of the finest restaurants in Kochi but now a days its not even close to the place it used to be. First of all the food is not fresh in most cases. We had ordered a shawarma and foul smell was comming and when we reported they said its due to mayonise and then the porota was like reheated and given. Last week when we visited they gave us beef curry instead of beef fry and told its a new recipe. We could find a lot of cockroaches below the glass which clearly show they are not concerned about hygiene anymore. Avoid visiting

Newly opened branch and better seating space compared to their all other outlet. Food is served hot and quick as well as pocket friendly. Overall good pick and worth the buck.

Ordered shawarma plate via Uber eats after 12am 10feb2018.within few minutes I got a dish looks like onions and cabbage sorted with some small pieces of boiled chicken top up with 1 table spoon of mayonnaise.most large piece onions are raw enough .also two raw kuboos not even toasted /heatedTo Masafi and mehfil managementIts even better to do *imping or same practice in MasafiSee the fresh onion in picture

It is an average hotel. Very near to the main highway. They have very less parking space. The food quality is average. The hotel ambiance is very good. Not crowded. You can easily find this hotel even in heavy traffic.

The worst food ever had tasted from Kochi..we ordered three chicken shawarma n the chicken inside it was not fresh n had a foul smell...Even after complaining about the food the restaurant manager didnt attend us! One among us started ommiting n the stomach was upset as soon as we reached home!worst food,worst service..! Never opt for this restaurant ever!

Good food and really nice servies...felt that waiting time is little bit longer..but the taste of food is really awesome.we ordered chicken briyiani and scheswan fries rice.. really the taste was great and the pricing was good too. It a fully air-conditioned hall...and a refreshing frangrence should make us so more fresh and positive... ...i forgot the name of the dish but felt that it was really good and healthy . The peas in the noodle was good and tender... The chicken pices are really juicy and lips smacking.. i recommend familys to visit here .. and shold be a goood place to be in

The worst food we ever had.Manthi was very bad. Waste of moneyAl - fahm too its just like a roasted chicken . I even got a mosquito from the food. Limited staffs too... Its one of their main problem. If there was an option to rate below one star I will surely prefer that cause Ive never had this much worst experience. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this restaurant.

Worst food if you order a parcel. Porrotta was stale and probably a day old. It was really dry and cracked. Paneer was also not good. Warm on the outside but icy cold in the inside. Chicken was okay but not great. This is public cheating and certainly, they dont care about health and safety.

Non veg food is good but veg is not up to the Mark. Service is very bad, thats why I reduced rating. Before completing the order, waiter vanished.. we were around 17 person, 15 got juice in juice glass and two got in disposable glass, which is also not fair.

Its located near Pipeline signal, so youll have to brave the traffic to reach the place. Parking space is a constraint.The food is good and reasonably priced.The service and ambiance is okay.

Awesome experience with this one. Nice ambience, lot of seating, good service and tasty food! We ordered Kuzhimandhi and it tastes really good. Also Chinese ,indian and other arabian food items available here.There is problem with car parking as only 4-5 cars can park in front of the restaurant.

We were alone in the whole restaurant even though we went there at time one will expect a reasonable crowd. That was a bit scary. Ambience was not bad, and they had enough items on the menu. Service was swift, and the waiters were courteous. I did not like the chicken biriyani though. Didnt taste that good. Apart from that things were fine.

Nice place for family dining. Comfortable seating arrangements. You have a good choice of various options in the menu. The staff will guide you on the different ethnic names in the menu. The worst experience ever on online order on swiggy. Old and poor quality food. Placed order for chicken mandi and got old mandi rice with chicken pieces from chicken curry that too old and smelling.. Never ever recommended for anyone.. stay away from this restaurant and save you health...

Please please please read this review if you value your health....Stay away from this place. They have no concern for the quality of the food they serve.The food I got was not fresh and old and had bad smell and we suffered from vomiting and food poisoning after tasting the small amount of food. On checking further the chicken was found to be rotten (not an exaggeration, we could see patches of rotten meat, and had rotten smell, I regret not taking a photo as proof). It shouldnt even be called food in the first place. The management is not concerned about any food safety or hygeine whatsoever.Whatever the ambience, decor and furnishings maybe, the primary purpose of a restaurant is to serve quality fresh food. They fail at this miserably. When you pay your hard earned money, expecting quality food, and is served toxic waste instead, that is quite depressing. There is a basic ethics and safety standards to be maintained when you are serving food to anyone, which this restaurant fails to do. I dont know how they keep on functioning even after this plain and outrageous violation of health and safety standards and recommendations.There are roadside shops and small street food vendors that are way better than this restaurant and gives you way better food at far cheaper prices.And even after reading this entire review, if you want to try your luck please do so at your own risk. Very very very bad and pathetic experience. Dont even deserve a single star....

I always appreciate preparing food after confirming the order and where ever pre cooked food is served there is always a chance to compromise the quality. Here I find food cooked and displayed which is not the right way of serving food . Minimum parking facility is there. Clean and hygienic atmosphere. Good service.
