I found the sessions were easy to follow. The technique thought by Guruji (Gajendra ji) was pretty pragmatic, hence easy to understand and practice. I have seen a good improvement on my approach. I was very comfortable with Gajendra sir.I would definitely recommend others to join DEVS YOGA STUDIO.

Here, not only are they made easy, but the problem of a particular person, whether mental or physical, is defected, it is solved well. Yoga is taken along with easy methods like meditation, healing, ayurveda etc., every month in the midst of trekking, hiking. Good programs are organized for all people, which are necessary to relieve stress in todays time. I chose this for the same reason and I am satisfied with the yogis here.
