Rooms are decent and food is delicious .... Service is good too...the entire place is like a big bunglow with rooms in it ...so if you are planning for anshort stay like 2-3 days then its good... Also location is quite inside but its within the city and very much near to the railway station ..like 10-15 mins away

I prefer everyone to stay in this hotel if u visit jodhpur. Staff is also co- operative. Food is not up to mark.

Well decorated Haveli - turned - hotel. Little difficult to locate from Google maps as the directions can be confusing. Nice, comfortable and spacious rooms with enough space to park your luggage. Restaurant operational only on the first floor at the moment. Havent tried the dishes yet so cannot comment on the quality of food.They dont provide complementary Mineral Water which is disappointing. Not much complimentary stuff, just the pouch shampoos and bathing soap.All in all, an okay-ish hotel for a night stay.

Its a good property and Hospitality is good by there staff.Hot water and TV facility was not available.Employees are very friendly especially who is handling kitchen. Very Familer Haveli where Food and hospitality is very good.Room was clean.No Hot Water and TV Facility in room.They have veg and non-veg facility and they tried to arrange as per guest requirements.Overall it was fine.

I was looking for a heritage place to stay on my visit to Jodhpur and then I found this beautiful place. It had mixed reviews ,still we took a chance with it. It’s a beautiful 190 years old heritage haveli . This property is inside Merti gate and if you miss out one turn it is very difficult to reverse your car in the crowded market area. We faced that so forewarning everyone.This place has the old world charm . It’s very aesthetically done. The rooms are very modern and well furnished.

Kulchaman Haveli is a hotel located in the middle of the city of Jodhpur. One has to drive through small lanes to reach this place and it is totally worth. If you are looking forward experiencing living in a haveli when in Jodhpur this is one of the perfect and affordable places you should find. The rooms in here have two different type of interior design to it, one of them is a traditional haveli kind of interior ( traditional wooden poster bed, colourful windows, traditional rajasthani kind of decor) and the other one is rooms with classy modern day interior decor; once shall choose according to preference. The food served was decent and the staff was really helpful. This place has a great view to its rooftop. Once can enjoy a great view of the city scape especially at night. Rooftop terrace and the swimming pool was one of my favourite parts here.

This is modern translation of DharamShala. Locality is Too much crowded. You can hear loud noises from temples and mosques. Commercial building in non commercial space causing lot of issues. Rooms are ok. Food is ok. Roof top restaurant is not functional. There is no lift to reach to 4th floor of restaurant.

The hotel property is very beautiful. The hotel is Marwar Estate property. The restaurant in Dallan or verandah is beautiful. There is also a rooftop restaurant which has breath taking views of the mehrangar fort, jodhpur city and umaid buawan palace and crematorium of Maharajas. Also super deluxe rooms are spacious toilets are hygienic and clean. The food quality is good. You can try their veg sandwiches or egg or chicken sandwiches for breakfast. For lunch and dinner they make good gatte ka sabzi, sangri, mix veg, Room service is prompt. They also have a huge chandelier above reception and the entry and exit is like a Haveli exactly like Kyun Ki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi TV soap. The place is frequently booked foreigners and tourists. They also have car parking available for even big car like Innova Crysta. Drivers accommodation and food is also available.

Hotel is inside the old city, very close to Mehrangharh fort, Ganta Ghar & Market. Construction & architecture was in authentic Rajasthani style, of which we had a great experience.The roof top restaurant is having a great view of the fort & city. But the food quality was ok.Rooms were ok & the TV was not working.

I will say good but not great only because of its location. Its surrounded by residential area, not a scenic surrounding view.Hotel staff is helping and polite. Service is very good. They have theri own restaurant. Food quality is also good.Rooms are neat and clean. We visited in winter so basic amenities was working as expected like hot water, AC, TV, Phone, WiFi etc.

Nice hotel. Bed is good and so is the nice hot shower. Food is not to bad. Good Wi-Fi and great location. massage though was just not very private or relaxing just a oil rub down really.

Nice hotel..located in heart of city..Market is only 5 mins walking distance from hotel. Only one thing I want to suggest, if you are coming by cab then they are not allowed to enter into old city. Have to take auto only. Otherwise rest is fine.

Only positive is the room and location. Only the super deluxe room that they offer is worth staying. The deluxe room has nothing at all. The hotel food is very overpriced and breakfast is not worth the money. They charge even for water bottle which is ridiculous.The hotel is located in the centre of the city which makes travelling to attractions easier. But the cars or autos from uber or Ola dont come to pickup as it is a little interior. You can walk down and take an auto. Overall OK stay only for the super deluxe room

A very nice experience.the hotel is itself a haveli which gives a royal experience. The hotel staff was very cooperative and hospitable.The location is a bit off.Breakfast was average.But in total a nice experience.

Comfortable stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable which was nice. Breakfast was limited to omelette or toast. The receptionist gave incorrect information about the local area which was very misleading and wasted a fair amount of time (do your research before hand). When arriving back to the hotel around midnight, the gates were closed and we were unable to enter the property. We had to climb over an extremely high gate with spikes on the top and wake up the heavily sleeping security guard which was dangerous and far from ideal.

Among the center of the city full of traffic and noise this place is exceptionally peaceful and calm. Decent rooms, old vintage look, different types of rooms on the ground as compared to the first and second floor. Do go to the roof top to see the sun set from where you can get a great view of almost the entire city with lights on. Food is nice and the staff is polite too. Over all a nice experience.

I was booked for 3 nights, but departed after one night. It was very loud and not clean. I could not stay there. The bathroom was terrible. The air conditioner was a very loud window unit. I had dinner in the restaurant - it was pretty good. Very central, very grand havelli building with good rooftop view. Unfortunately staff were mostly sullen and very slow to respond to requests. Restaurant area cold, tables still covered with food debris at breakfast from evening meals. Evening curries were good but breakfast basic with tough toast and burnt eggs.

Giving this a three based on the reception staff ganging up with our driver claiming that the Rock Park had to be enterered and paid for via the Forte (650 rupees), it didnt and we kept stating this (its only 100 rupees FYI). The showers are very cold and the air on is directly above your head which is quite unpleasant when sleeping. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.

The hotel is good , well mantained property although the approach is a bit narrow , tedious & dirty. As it is an old heritage property with impressive exterior look & interiors, the neighbourhood is an old mohalla with barking dogs , dondeys , early morning wake up calls from the temples/ mosques nearby . The staff is good , co-operative & food sumptous . The overall stay was good . Good ambiece

Bit overpriced like every other haveli or heritage hotel in Rajasthan who try to grab as much as possible from its tourists. If you are not bothered about shedding 5000 bucks a day for food and bed its a good one because 1. Its a very nice haveli in good condition. You can get that feel when you are entering it. 2. The manager is very helpful when my friend fell sick. He helped a lot to interact with local people, to take her to a proper hospital and get her treated. He was available even at late hour at night. 3. Food is great except the complementary breakfast which they give. Its just simple bread toast with omelette or poha. But if you order anything from menu for which you pay,all those dishes are good. Also if you want to try any traditional Rajasthani dishes you can request them and they might arrange it. Again money speaks here so be ready to shell. 4 its in a good location near to major attractions in jodhpur. Also some local bazaar is near by. You can go on a walk and buy some pairs of jodhpuris for pocket friendly prices. Be sure to bargain a lot with the shop keepers. BTW I stayed almost a year ago ( I know am very lazy in writing this review ) we were two ppl. Things might have changed since.

Rich culture very well kept

I was required to visit Jodhpur for a short business trip. I was a bit sceptical after going through the reviews rather negative reviews about the location of the hotel but to the contrary I found it to be located within the heart of the city near the Merti gate. Its 2-3 mins drive from the Ansal Mall and once u reach at merti gate anyone would let you know the precise location of the hotel.I found the hotel to be located in a quiet atmosphere in a residential area. The staff was courteous. Room service was good like any other hotel of similar repute the restaurant was fairly priced. Cleanliness was good. overall a great experience for a budget stay. Recommended for business and family travel. Would definitely visit again if required.Important: The location of this hotel as marked on Google as well as other maps is incorrect, actually it is very near to the merti gate.

Looks very good from outside. Historic look and good rooms. Towels could have been newer. AC rooms ok size with Cable TV. Price in the mid range. Walk in and you can get a room. Rooms are renovated using nice tiles. Fittings are good but even in a delyxe room no place to put your luggage, no wardrobe, even no water bottles

Stayed for a day and we had booking for 3delux rooms.. First warning... Dont go with the pics of this hotel... U will repent.. The location of this hotel is awful you cant reach easily and and its situated in a busy market place. Not at all suitable for a calm stay. They dont provide you complementary water bottles, tea and coffee maker kits which is a standard one. Breakfast provided was third class. Sub standard toiletries have been provided. Only plus point Is rooms are spacious and clean. Room service is also bad.. I totally dont recommend

Jaw dropping view of mehrangarh fort n umed bhawan from roof top restaurant.. eye catching ambience.. supportive staff .. Be careful while searching d route as Google maps will lead u a very busy route when there is very easy route available..

Nice heritage hotel.Wifi sucks and even in the rooms mobile signal sucks.Rooms are clean and nice.No lift.Restaurant is at rooftop but you can order at room or on 1st floor dining.Nice indoor pool and view from rooftop is amazing if you can climb the steep stairs to 4th floor

After a lot a research about hotels in jodhpur I selected this hotel based on price and reviews and feel that I took the right decision.We had an early check in and that too at 5 in the morning. The process was hassle free. Complimentary breakfast was really good with a number of items on menu. The staff was really polite and helped us for arranging a vehicle at a cheap rate for jodhpur tour. The interiors of the hotel was really amazing and we had a royal haveli feeling there.

The haveli is old and does have history and structure. Has a good view of the mehrangarh fort from the roof top restaurant. Does give a feeling of staying in a haveli. For the experience of staying in the haveli it ticks all the right boxes.But the upkeep and maintenance is shoddy. The staff is not trained and is nonchalant. Dont expect even the basic cleaning service from the staff. Its located in the old city area which is congested, smelly and noisy

I stayed here for couple of days with my family. It seems to be located in the heart of the city, closer to ghanta ghar amidst residential colony hence you get to see the hustle and bustle of people, shops and vehicles the moment you step out.Haveli themed rooms are ordinary. Breakfast was poor with not many options. Room service is good. I would look for other better options if I have to revisit.

This is a wonderful place to stay in. There isnt much to see in Jodhpur generally but I wished we could have stayed there longer. The rooms were so nice and big and well kept and even the washroom was neat and spacious.There is a restaurant on the first floor also where you can order at your convenience if youd rather not wander around on the streets looking for a place to eat. Although I wont recommend it for the food. I suggest avoiding any form of non veg while youre here.The staff were very helpful and friendly and it made a big difference to us tired travelers.

A Good surprise once you reach the place . It is an exclusive midsize hotel in the middle of a residential ‘mohalla’ , with a bit tedious approach . The rooms are ok , but the washrooms need to be better . Food is good & staff co-operative.

My experience was extremely good, food & breakfast delicious , staff behaviour highly appreciable, most commendable is view of the haveli that brought me experience of prosperous history of construction n engineering in lJodhpur shared with me by the staff of the hotel.

Awesome place ,very close to the market...huge and well maintained rooms,there is also a huge swimming pool in the fourth floor...the food is the best. The hospitality is good too...

The building is nice and it has a good roof top spot to eat dinner. Location is a pleasant walk to the market.Rooms are worn a bit. A little TLC could go a long way here. The included breakfast was very basic compared to the other spots we have stayed to date.We had two young kids with us. They enjoyed the many other kids in the nearby area.The service was good.We also ate at the restaurant and found the food to be good. The kids enjoyed the pizza there!

Kind and generous staff was there, and they served a good service and very helpful they were, as when i checked out the hotel, i forgot my mobile phone in the hotel, so later they manage to gave it back to me, that was really appreciable. No complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Easily accessible as located just 2 km away from the railway station. But the hotel is less of modern facilities, more of traditional amenities.

We stayed here for a night and the stay was amazing, room was beautiful and comfortable, it was clean and people friendly staff.

The Hotel is too good with respect to Location, decoration, appearance, service, food & drinks quality. Hotel staffs are too polite and helpful. Service is within a second and they do not get irritated even if you call them multiple times for every small things.But the rooms with window ACs need maintenance, those ACs do not work and we wasted 3 hrs in changing rooms from one to another.

Situated in busiest street of Jodhpur city, where the bare hand walking is tough but once you reach there, you will find this piece of architecture, the exterior and interior are both so heritagy, dont know about the rooms but from its rooftop you can experience the full panoramic view of Mehrangarh fort. Worth to visit.

Hotel is at a little odd location. However, the ambience is really peaceful. They allow you to go to the rooftop and have an amazing view of mehrangarh fort. The staff is also friendly. Just the cost of the food is a little on the higher side but that is expected. All in all a good hotel

We were delayed by 5-6 hours and reached the hotel by 11:00 PM, the way to hotel is tittle difficult for few metres but hotel really looks like *a haveli*. After few minutes they servers dinner(A candle light dinner) and it was awesome. Staffs are really cool and polite, I would say you will find these kind of staff only in few hotels. JustWaiting for more surprises....

Hotel and staff was good. location is in interior so auto needs to be taken going anywhere. for one night stay it is a nice budget. while booking ******** said geyser is there but we had to ask hotel staff for hot water. overall comfortable no issues.
