Excellent service, starting from the check in till the check out of our room was very well coordinated and the staff in the restaurant was so kind and always eager to serve us.. the professionalism, food, rooms was top notch... we just stayed one night before boarding our flight as they just reopened it on 1st Oct.. because of this we had to stay in Indana palace for 2 days which was horrible from a service point of view...

This hotel is a perfect example of excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. Staff is very courteous, helpful and professional. Staff strives very hard to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet are awesome with great Quality food and multiple varieties. Staff can make food to your order and liking. This place is great for families with kids too. I would like to specially thank Jena, Khusboo in the restaurant and Puneet and Bhavesh in front desk for their excellent customer service.

Its location is on highway but it being little outside, twice it had to me that uber taxis cancelled the trip and not picked me up on booking and I had to look for alternative arrangement. However not faced such problem while coming back in night from city. Otherwise it is a good hotel having very nice young staff. Food is good & not spicy as expected in such hotels. The complementary buffet breakfast also having sufficient variety of foods.

No swimming pool or any gaming room. Limited options in breakfast buffet. Dinner little overpriced after paying hefty sum for stay. Services are fantastic. Staff is fabulous, proactive, prompt and polite. Cleanliness is very good. But the location is far from city and you will not get Ola or Uber as this location is kind of outer. So if you are in Jodhpur for travel purpose then stay here is a big NO. If you are here for a calm stay and for business purpose then its a big YES. Just opposite to Jodhpur Highcourt and you will get a fabulous view of Jodhpur Highcourt.

Wonderful stay at Marriott Fairfield Jodhpur. Although a little away from the city its a pleasant stay for those who want to be away from hustle bustle of city traffic. Hospitality was amazing with polite hotel staff. Want to especially thank the staff at the Kava restaurant Chef Jivesh for giving us the best of Rajasthani cuisine kadi kachori and sangri. Shilpi Roy and Jena for giving us personal attention. Thanks so much.

VERY NICE PLACE

This hotel is a little away from Jodhpur city but it is totally worth it. Their service and hospitality was impeccable. We were there for 2 nights with parents with diet restrictions and the chef and staff made sure their needs were met and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this one!!!

It was all good. Particularly, being vegetarian and not eating Onion and Garlic, we were looked after specially. They made special food for us in breakfast and Dinner too. I would like to mention Chef Chetan who went out of his way to make us special Dishes as per our desire. Keep it up.

Our stay at the Marriott hotel was an absolute delight. The staff were extremely courteous and did their upmost to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and the independence day gift did not go unnoticed. Particular praise should go to the restuarant and Chef-de-Partie, Jivesh Kumar, who treated us to his version of some Rajasthani delicacies. Thank you for the delightful khasta kachori and khadi.If I were to visit Jodhpur again, I would recommend this hotel to all.

The stay at Fairfield was wonderful. Good and clean rooms, good food specially the breakfast spread. Very reasonable price and that too breakfast included; what more could we have asked for. Only one hitch is getting quick transport since it is little outside city reach. Suggestion would be to the hotel can think of starting with a shuttle service one in morning and one in evening to ferry the customers.

Not a lot of Marriott options in Jodhpur. The Fairfield is a little ways off from the city but its a great place to stay at. We stayed there for 2 days and were pleased with every bit of it. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff is nice and courteous and the breakfast buffet spread was very nice. I wont mind staying here again and I would recommend it to people as well.

I visited the Marriott hotel along with my friends on DJ night with Perisha. Right from the start we knew it going to be great night we were warmly welcomed by the guy Ummed who was standing at the entrance. He took time out to brief us about the overall package, showing us the Bar counter and all. The ambiance of the Garden was amazing too.Thanks to one of senior manager who was standing behind the bar counter as he was very polite and helpful. Its little away from city but we enjoyed our evenning a lot and will be planning to visit in new year party. All the best Ummed and team Marriott.

Great place to stay. Very affordable and great value for cost. Not a single complained we had during our stay. All staff member were extremely accommodating and never did I fee stressed out by any one or thing at the hote.

One of the best experiences so far. Their staff is wonderful and very supportive in all regards. Hotel is well maintained. Manager has been very patient with us. Would recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Excellent service by front office and restaurant mangers. Good food. Room lacks some basic facilities like toiletries etc. You have to keep asking for the same every now and then. Most disappointing thing is that, its manager is just available to even talk to you for a minute. We made many attempts to contact but it failed. There was just no response. I believe Marriott is starting new lows in hotel service industry...

The hotel is really good, far from the city, quiet location and has a beautiful view of the Rajasthan High Court. The food was also good. The staff was very, very helpful and quick services were provided, they were very polite and it was a very pleasant experience as they made our relaxing and comfortable. GREAT SERVICE. Unbelievably friendly staff. We stayed here for 2 nights. It was our anniversary. They got a cab arranged for us at 6am and also packed breakfast for us. Breakfast was tasty and dinner at the restaurant was also good and at reasonable rates. Go for it

Its actually far from the site seeing locations. Also far from airport. Didnt get good experience while booking cabs as cab drivers kept cancelling the ride :(We had asked for non smoking room still got smoking room with pathetic odour. Then switching between the rooms took around hell lot of time. No idea if staff got panic in this process!?

Nice, clean, comfortable amd spacious rooms.. Delicious food... These are just some of the obvious expectations from a renowned but i was impressed with the warm hospitality of the staff. Although it is located on the outskirts of the city but it comes with its set of perks.ie the proximity to the airport 😉

It’s awful experience. iwont come back again this hotel for three reasons. 1. No towel furnished. 2. No water bottle either. 3. No hairdryer either. I have to call the front three times all when I realized there isn’t and got disappointed. Additionall, this is my preference issue, but shower is next to toilet with no wall between them. So the floor got all wet. There is layout problem, I suppose. I’ll write the same review on the other website so that I can share this experience to the others. That’s my honest opinion.

The service is tooooooooooo slow.. the waiters are not well mannered.. they dont know how to serve food and at what time.. the waiters are not at all trained. They dont know how to talk to their guest.. worst experience.. i would never like to go to such a place where guests are not given proper response..Too much disappointed with them.

I am in Jodhpur 3-4 times a year. I started staying here a year ago and it is great. It is a little out of the way for sure but for me it is perfect as I do a lot business in that area. Being a platinum member is quite nice as well. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The restaurant is very good. I have brought numerous locals in and they have liked it as well. Overall this place is my go to for the area for sure.

The hotel is very new, and the location reflects that as you have to travel a good 10km outside of Jodhpur.But the hotel is a quintessential Marriott hotel with great rooms and even better service. The staff are warm and welcoming without being obtrusive. The WiFi is fast, in case thats a questioning point and it comes free with the rooms.Compared to the other places in Jodhpur, I would stay here again, no questions asked.

Silver member here. Arguably the worst Marriott Ive stayed in. 1. Very badly maintained property: trash underneath the bed, lot of dust in the room, stained chairs in the restaurant, mould on shower walls. 2. Placed a request for baby cot a week prior to checkin, and received confirmation on the same. However on arrival was told it was not available, they did not even bother to suggest alternatives, or provide the cot for the remaining days of the stay. 3. Deactivated my keys for some reason, a day before checkout. What kind of experience is this? 4. Breakfast- taste better in other Marriotts. Also, very chaotic, and dirty.

I stayed in this hotel from 9th November18 to 11th November18.Sanitary bag was not provided in bathroom. After finding non-availability, I called their executive through At your service number given in room telephone. However, after that also, they did not send sanitary bag. I called 4 times to get the same.On 10th November18, I ordered one cappuccino, one masala Tee & one snack in the evening. The cappuccino was served totally cold. Then I called their executive through “At your service” number given in room telephone. Their executive told that he will check & come back. But he never came back. Then again, I called & asked him the status on my complaint about cappuccino. Then he told that “Normally cappuccino served at room temperature”. First time I heard that cappuccino served at room temperature & that too also from one of Marriott’s hotel. Then I asked him why he did not send a person to check the temperature of cappuccino in that case, when I called him. He then told that I have to talk with F&B Manager. After discussing with F&B Manager, I got right cappuccino.It is very much unfortunate to me that I need to talk with F&B Manager for a small cappuccino.On 10th November18 night, we ordered dinner along with Gulab Jamun. First dinner was delivered to room except Gulab Jamun. I called three times to get Gulab Jamun.The services provided are the worst of this kind of hotel.

Situated at a nice place. This hotel got a very good ambiance that automatically raises your mood. We went there during Jodhpur early event so there was a performance by a rajasthani folk group with very good vocal artist. Also the food has a lot of variety and thhe dishes were so tasty. I loved the desert. Unfortunately i couldnt eat mutton due to fast but the smell was so good.

Very decent property for stays. Located jus opp. to the NEW High court of Jodpur. Drive to city from this place is a easy 20-30 mins. No pool and spa at the property.

First thing youll notice is the wonderful art collection throughout the hotel and rooms. New Property. Modern facilities are refreshing. Staff is very helpful and hospitable. We stayed in Fairfield Marriott for three nights. Staff is very good and food is great too. Room service is bit slow and cleanliness can be improved in the corridors. There is no medical amenities available and it makes the things difficult as there is no medicine shop nearby.

Foyer looks great ⚀ maintenance of the room is sub standard. The up market off the foyer had good food but the music was too loud and requests to lower the volume were ignored. Service was poor. We left after waiting for dessert for 20.

I am a silver Marriott member and this hotel does not measure up to Marriott standards. Most disappointing are the lack of amenities. I am sure I could request some but I would expect that the minimum items would be provided. In the bathroom all we have is “on tap” shampoo and hand wash. That is it! Not even a shower cap or sanitary bag. Really? These are very basic items. Very disappointing and basic to say the least

One thing we noticed in this hotel, in the rush hour all different grades staff they work together, help to each other and shows us best example of Unity. Even general manager, persons from IT dept and so many Managers they collect empty plates, took order....There are so many staff meet them but not each every ones names i could mentioned.In reception Saumitra,Gautam. Laxmi, deepak,Bhavesh,Chetan..And Rahul Dev SinghGuys keep it up and Wish you a very happy new year 2019.

Awesome place to visit. We had lunch and that was marvellous. We had paneer chilly and sabz both was yummy and the quantity and quality of food served is really good. We had fun. You could feel positive vibration in the environment. We just loved the place. I would recommend you to visit it at least once.

Nice hotel but quite far from City (airport, railway station and bus station) with nothing available in this vicinity. Better hire cab because even Ola and Uber are bit hard to find here.In room dining food was okay, breakfast was also good except a few dishes (which were terrible). Room service was not upto the mark as I called the front desk thrice to get some water but never got served. Also TV wasnt working for more than 3 hours in the evening and it had very limited channels.In short if you want to go for big and affordable brands, this place is for you but if you want to stay in a convenient place nearby places of interest then better get some hotel in City.Udaipur is the city which is best enjoyed when explored on feet.

Fairfield by Marriott even though situated 15 kms away from the city of jodhpur does absolute justice to your stay... The staff is really amazing and polite. They try to make your stay even more comfortable . The rooms are clean and well equipped with all the basic necessities. Kava grill and bar, the in house restaurant and bar caters to your needs and the chefs Vikram and Chetan are always at your service. Their hospitality is flawless and top class... The food is extremely delicious and the bar is well acquainted. Looking forward for my next stay here... 😍

- Dont stay!!! the hotel is not good in terms of service, they don’t bother to receive calls - may be in 50 calls they will receive it once. Calls are almost never received from their google number or even if you call from their room - they don’t care to answer!!- the bathrooms hand fosets are pathetic — the hand fosets in the rooms are too slow and almost non-operational.-due to the inconvenience I tried to use the bathrooms in the lobby - but the hand fosets in their lobby are so fast they they will blow you away — it’s like a machine gun and cannot be used. I am sure many people are even embarrassed to bring this out as a complain.- the staffs are not well trained and are almost fake smiling or unfriendly. There is not warmed in this hotel.- dont stay in this hotel - it’s really far away there are much better options in jodhpur.-Skip this hotel

The hotel is located on out skirts of Jodhpur near Jaipur- Jaisalmer highway. The property is recently constructed. In night you can hear sound from various sides which disturbs . The restaurant is good with smiling people and good food.A nice and bright hotel. Neat rooms, and friendly staff. The food was very good too, especially the local food! One negative was, the day we arrived, we had dinner in the restaurant...

One of the best hospitality that I received in any of the hotel I visited in India. Each and every staff were kind enough in helping us out with every small query over the 48 hours of stay.I would like to mention few names who were kind in assisting us - Karthik and Aishwarya (front desk), Manjusha,lily and vikrant (Kava restaurant) and Aditya (front desk).Keep up the amazing work! :)

Too far from action and tourist attraction, no market to the property however for members if get good rate it is not bad idea to stay in the property considering humble and caring staff, I would recommend to select it.

The service is worst they don’t know how to treat the guest or how to treat elite members of Marriotts, The quality of breakfast is not up to the Mark, It’s just a name of Marriotts but nothing like it...its just a shady 1.5 star hotel.Being a titanium member have stayed in Marriotts all over the world for more than 350+ nights but this was the worst experience in my Marriotts history Luckily there was a good intern/manager Mr. Laxmi Jena he tried to give the best he could but still he was short off resources. Other than that I would never recommend anybody to opt. For this hotel.Thanks

I had a great stay. The rooms are spacious with great views. The bed promises good sleep. Toiletries are good as well. The staff are friendly. I found my room in perfect done condition after check in and housekeeping staff ensured it remains same throughout stay. The housekeeping needs are fulfilled at reasonable speed. They have a convenience store where one can buy snacks/necessary items at MRP. Best part is they have kept sanitary pads and diapers for sale (really humane gesture). The hotel also runs a local handicrafts store, but the items seemed overpriced. What needs improvement is food. Food tasted excellent and was served in reasonable time. However, The menu is very limited. The hotel lacks speciality restaurants. The dinner buffet has only one non veg dish. The breakfast buffet is also bit boring as same thing (except one or two items) is repeated every day. Same bakery items everyday. Expected waffles and pancakes in breakfast. Overall the stay was good.

The staff was friendly & cooperative from the check-in till check-out and the catering and kitchen staff was eager and attentive to my taste and preferences. Chef Avasthi personally made efforts to know & took care of the culinary experience of guests during the stay. The building and amenities were up to the mark.

1. Calls are not attended 75% of the time.2. Calls attended are transferred but not answered by the receipient.3. Reservation team is not reachable and apparently available for only 1-2 hours only throughout the day. Called 6-7 times to get in touch with reservation team but not connected.4. Refused to be given a GST Invoice without any valid reason.5. Complimentary Breakfast is very poor as compared to similar hotels in this range.Will not recommend anyone to ever stay in this hotel.

Fairfield by Marriott is one of the best property (in budgeted segment) which is just 5 minutes drive from Jodhpur. Rooms are not much spacious however have everything you need. The most amazing part is its buffet breakfast. It has well spread buffet with authentic local delicacies. If you are looking for a mid range hotel with 5 star hospitality.. this is it!

Very average Marriott. Very old towels and bed sheets felt gristly. Not up to Marriott facilities one expects eg one in Jaipur is very good. This feels like a low end budget hotel I am afraid. Location is also far south so opposite direction to Merangarh. Not much going for it in my opinion.

- The staff while courteous, seemed inexperienced and/or new. For e.g, they did not know that their hotel had a handicapped/accessible room when you actually DO have an accessible room. - No one responded to my chat inquiries from within the app. - Check in process was extremely stressful. Rooms were not ready on time even though the app said the rooms are ready.- No bell service. While I do not expect the same at the Fairfields all over the world, the folks here actually moved our luggage to our room. That lead me to ask them to bring it down post check-out as well. Thats when I was told that they dont do that. That just seems odd.- The WiFi never seemed to work. Even the Enhanced Internet that was complimentary to me for being Platinum Elite did not work at all.

Just awesome is the word for this hotel. The rooms are very good. Food is awesome. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Everything is placed very neatly. Enjoyed my stay here. Zym is also there although a bit small but you can do a quick workout here without any hassles. There is only one small problem that the hotel is located outside of city limit and there is no local market nearby. One mall is under construction but it will take time. But place is enjoyable and pollution free.

Very Helpful and posotive nature of everyone. Rahul Mehta gives us information of city in short words, in Resto Kava - Laxmi, Laxmi, Chetan, Vikram they suggests us Specility in selection foods. And finally Deepak in housekeeping he solve our Air-conditioning problem in our rooms and much more. They all talks with in very good manner, grooming.

Rooms were good. But the dinne4 and breakfast buffet was really bad. Not much variety and the staff is too slow to replace the food that is over. No taste at all. Conplete waste of money when it comes to food.

A comfortable stay overall. But the commode was kind of blocked which wasnt a good experience. The best thing about this place is that the chefs veganise food items for you and the food is good. They even made me cashew milk masala chai. Best to inform the hotel in advance that youre vegan.

Just checked out of Marriott Jodhpur.Terrible staying.Except bathing lotion nothing else was available in the room.Today morning while I was in bathroom with the daily chores the water just stopped and after complaint to the hotel it started after half an hour.To my surprise it was dark muddy colour water. Which wasnt usable. So the precious hour was just gone.My whole schedule for the day spoiled.Thankfully I was able to catch up flight back to Mumbai.I will never ever stay there again.

Very costly ,poor service s , lacking some basic amenities , poor ambience , far from the city. If you want to stay in jodhpur prefer ranbanka palace or Ajit bhawan they are far far better....

NO SWIMMING POOL.While booking I booked for 3 people and paid. It was a total surprise when I was asked to pay for the 3rd additional. My request is that they must show the charges before booking.The hotel is pretty outside and distant from city.FOOD is EXCELLENT.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Very good service. Food at the restaurant has to be upgraded as their is many variety of non veg dishes as compared to the rate per person charged on buffet.Staff at the restaurant treats you with softness and courtesy and also very thanks to Mr. Daman Mehta was served us......
