The place is in a quite location on off the main road. Expected it to be much better in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. They need to improve a lot on these two aspects. Also the food has very limited options though there are many places around where you could catch some good food. It would be nice if they add more authentic Rajasthani cuisine items on the menu.

An ok-ish location when it comes to the fact that how near it is to all the tourist spots. Great rooms, but worst room service. Some facilities like snooker table were charged. Swimming pool was clean. The staff behaviour is awesome.

Staying at the hotel today and also had staying experience earlier too with the hotel. The staff is nice and they were quick in serving. Breakfast menu is limited but okay. Rooms are fine. Worth for the money spend. Not those great interiors but they are decent enough for a family or frens stay. Have not tasted the major meals yet. Located finely. Overall 3.5*

We have stayed in Fern Residency for two days. During our stay we met Chef Mukesh, who used to visit personally on each table and used to ask about the food quality. He always prepared tasty and yummy food specially at the request of kids. The food prepared and cooked by him is so tasty, yummy, hygienic etc. That I have never experienced earlier.

The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive.. the property is comparatively small with all the basic amenities. It is located near city area. Food was average.

The hotel is great the rooms are spacious and provide a great view from the window. During my stay I was allotted a room which had a non working ac, it was not able cool the room enough and with the scorching heat of Rajasthan later in the day it became inhabitable due to which I had to change rooms. Otherwise the experience at Fern was good. The food was not upto par and also the breakfast which was disappointing. altogether I would recommend this hotel while in jhodpur

Such uncooperative staff especially the receptionist RITIK.Dint cooperate a bit when he could have.Faced difficulty whenever he was involved.Everyone else was good but the hotel would be a much better place without him.Breakfast quality was not good.Rooms walls are so thin if someone whispers in other room or lobby we can clearly listen.Rest all the small things are as usual 3.5 times their mrp.Ice bucket doesnt has the cap, reason being the ice would melt faster and I would have to order another.Water bottles were not reprovided on extended stay, again we had to ask for it or they were gonna charge.Never gonna return to ANY FERN.

Fern residency is an excellent resort. They have 5 star service and food . Last but not the least Chef Mukesh and Manager Ashok manage customers very well.

Though its a great hotel but this time I am not much happy with the services. Have to remind the staff multiple times for the WiFi still didnt get the pwd till checkout. The services isnt prompt have to call again and again for the reminder. Assuming the reason being covid may give the benefit of doubt here but expects more better services in near future.

New addition to cafes in Jodhpur, Cafe Madeleine is a great hangout spot. Fern Residency has given chic ambience to the Cafe and their menu seems quite promising.

Overall its good hotel. backside rooms above 6th floor gives you fort and palace view. Meal and Breakfast quality is also good.

Post Covid Review:Good place for a halt ( suggested max for two nights) Place is located near to main road and have good parking (not ample). Luggage service has been stopped so you will have to manage your own luggage. Room size is good for two but for three it is little uncomfortable but manageable. Staff is good,courteous and very supportive.

Great experience n warn stay...great given the price. Of 1600 per night...standard rooms as per the hotel name..totally loved our stay here without any kind of disturbance... Checkin time is bit issue for us which is 2 pm..as we couldnt get room free before that due to full occupancy of hotel..but apart from that everythings fine..service is quick... Overall I would really recommend this..attaching lots of pictures of one standard room and other suite room that we had stayed in and other areas of hotel

Fraud service. We reached late in the evening, they informed that they do not see our booking in their system. Eventually they saw the email but said all rooms are sold out and can arrange for a room in a partner hotel, which turned out nothing more than a OYO. We returned back to the main hotel,furiously and asked to get bookings in a different same category hotel, even before I could finish this sentence, another guy was pretending to be on phone with another guest and saying “ So you are cancelling your booking...” and voila a room got available . It was a pathetic experience especially when u come all the way from a long drive after. Would never suggest anyone to book in this hotel. Pictures on hotel website is totally different from original ones. Very old and low maintenance property. No parking facility and you would have to carry your own luggage.

The One With Missing Room on 8th FloorOwing to our lazy demeanour instead of using the in-room phone to call reception/room service we tried the unconventional way of taking number from Google and calling the hotel reception.while doing so I made a mistake of calling to Fern Jaipur instead of Jodhpur. Fun Fact the staff at Jaipur hotel got confused cos they have rooms till only 7th floor. LoL.staff was courteous and nice. they allowed us a late check-out by 2 hours. Delivered our food late at night . Good people. Good luxury stay.I lost my bag at an auto. The hotel staff helped me recover it as well. Also, not to forget to mention the kind hearted auto wala who went out of his way to bring back my bag. 😀👍

Probably Tallest building of Jodhpur. Excellent views from roof top. Below average breakfast, could be improved. Instead of canned juices, fresh juices should be preferred.

This hotel is fraud. Don’t go by the pictures. We booked it online and reached at 7pm. They said there is some issue in their system and can’t see our booking so they will give us a room in another branch. They took us there and that hotel was pathetic . We told them that we don’t want this room they can get it exchanged with a hotel equivalent to what we booked. In 2 min the manager said we have one room available somebody just cancelled stay(wat a joke). Also, their room is not even 5% of what they have shown in google. I am still shocked to see their rating, would have given zero.

I asked the hotel receptionist to allow me to park my car in front of the gate of hotel, otherwise i would have to park in another street as there was no space, and even if he allowed me to park there lot of space would be left over to come and go for a visitor, but he refused Then in morning during check out i saw another car was parked over there in front of gate and when i asked the hotel receptionist why he allowed so..he told me ki us gaadi me driver so raha hai aap sone k liye ready hote car me to apko b allow kar deta..see the attitude of talking how dared he..i have booked a room in the hotel and he was asking me to sleep in the car..shameless

A thorough amalgamation of the Rajpootana traditions with a western feel.Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, well-lit and conditioned.Bathroom is clean.Service staff are excellent with 24 hours reception.Roof-top offers a nice place for North Indian cuisines as well as to relax after a busy day.( Do of course enjoy the small live vocal and guitar complimentary to the service.)Food is ok but serving time is not up to the mark.Overall, a nice experience and a sure recommendation for travel enthusiasts at Jodhpur.

It is a 4 star property however, deserves only 2 star rating. I was on my honeymoon and they didnt even have in room slippers available. When I asked them to provide me with the same, they had a very simple justification that its out of stock. Not even this, I asked them to keep toiletries in my room thrice and at the end, my husband had to go to the reception to ask for the same. We had a pathetic experience.

Worst ever experience!!! I reached hotel on the 28th morning at 11am. My colleague and I stepped-in directly from the airport. We were tired and wanted to check in but the hotel staff didnt let us even after we requested for it. We were to head out for meetings for the day but since they didnt give us the room (which was prebooked) we left our luggage outside in the reception only. We got back at around 10:30pm and wanted to order food which they denied saying after 10 they cant serve food. Next day morning when we switched on the TV, we found that it wasnt working. Immediately we made a complaint to which hotel staff said that we damaged it. That was quite a disappointment that the hotel staff rather fixing the issue claiming their guests. Hotel is supposed to make their guests comfortable but this hotel has some different definition of comfort. Now the next day we had to check out due to some plan changes, we requested the staff for early checkout and to refund for one night is possible. Though, we understand that usually hotels dont refund but this hotel charged for an extra breakfast instead. Forced us to pay extra for one day breakfast. They were rude and harrassed us to pay. This hotel has been the worst stay ever. The entire staff and hotel management is quite arrogant and I wont recommend this hotel at all

Its really awsm place to stay. Very general, clean, best house keeping, best food... I mean to say all things is very good. I am strongly recommend this place for stay. Its so peaceful.

Decent hotel , with local touch. Centrally located, close to Ratanada circle. Hotel has half rooms facing Umaid Bhawan palace, another half facing city side. Tariffs of rooms facing Umaid Bhawan palace are slightly higher. Food is decent, however , variety limited. Cuisines are planned keeping foreigner guests in mind, as many of them patronise this hotel. Has facility of Gym. Room service excellent. Rooms at Higher Floors have better view of City. All in all , good experience.
