Dr. Naidoo is the most understanding, soft spoken & highly knowledgeable doctor I have ever met since we moved to Canada 5 years ago. He is very patient in listening to your concerns & act very quickly without wasting much time & compromising with his patients health.My experience with the reception staff has been good too. They always greet you & ask u to follow the instructions.Overall, highly recommended.

Everything is fine here ,but both the receptionists need to change their tone of voice ,they sounds rude should be polite and soft spoken

Dr. Naidoo is an amazing, highly knowledgeable and understanding doctor who takes his time to explain even the smallest details for your comfort. The receptionists on the other hand....... very rude and don’t even look at you when they COMMAND you to do things. Based on doctors and nurses alone I would give the place five star

I have been coming to Dr. Naidoo for 9+ years. Our entire family sees him. Dr. Naidoo is an amazing doctor. He is kind, well mannered and very patient. However, I have experienced some very rude and abrupt phone conversations with one of the receptionists. Her bedside manner is very unprofessional and down right rude. Her behavior can really effect a patients experience and what they are going through. I hope that the reviews are looked at by the doctors and this can be dealt with in a professional manner. My last conversation with the receptionist she was not helpful and basically didnt care much at all regarding my questions. When I called her out on how she was talking to me she denied being rude and it was an abrupt end to the conversation.

Stay away from this place if you can. Dr.Rengen is someone with poor bedside manner and doesnt listen to his patients health issues.

I have been with Dr Naidoo since he started his own practice,over 10 years. He is an excellent Dr. The receptionists are verypoor and no common sense or help.I needed a long standingprescription renewal but I was told I had to book a phone call.The renewal was urgent, none the less I would get a phone call from Dr, Naidoo in 4 days time between 9.30 and 3.00.Considering that most consultations are done by phone nowadays hemust be so busy he has no time for patients let alone longstanding ones.There was no point in explaining it seems these receptionists are too lazyMuch as I was extremely happy with Dr. Naidoo the receptionists make it impossible to see him, when it is your health ridiculous to have to wait 4 or 5 days to see your family physician. I will be changing my Dr in the new year

Highly recommended... I went to see the doctor with little concern in my mind. Because my first visit to this place is today ...Dr. Rengan is superb and professional!! He was very cool, listening actively to my questions.

I have been seeing Dr. Naidoo for over 10 years. He is very good to talk to and listens attentively. Will get you in for any tests needed as quickly as possible. Only complaint is sometimes I feel he thinks a prescription is the answer for everything. Very seldom actually gets you on the table and checks you out. As to the receptionists, the East Indian one is very rude. She has no people or client skills at all. The other ones (Asian I think) are absolutely wonderful. The one that has been with him since the old location is amazing!

Very bad receptionist do not able to reply about questions that we asked.Also very bad attitude toward the patient.No manners and very rude toward the patient.

We have been Dr.Naidoos patients since 2013. We never had a moment where we felt he didnt listen to our concerns. He always patiently listens to us and we never feel like he just wants to get us out and move to the next appointment. Unlike other physicians, he doesnt immediately write a prescription for no reason and instead tries to get to the root problem which sometimes could be stress or something easily manageable. I dont understand why some people reviewed here had problems with the staff. We never had a problem with any of the staff before except maybe on one occasion with a staff mber in the old clinic who has since left. The current staff has been very polite and considerate. Compared to other clinics in Edmonton Ive been to, here I feel like I am welcome.

Always had an exceptional experience. Also, Im not sure why others are going on about the wait times. Ive rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. Ive been seeing the same doctor for a few years now and Ive only ever had to wait an exceptionally long time once. All my other appointments have been quick and smooth. Plus Dr. Naidoo is an actual caring doctor. Ive never felt dismissed or devalued. A++

WOW what a place. I had been here in 2012 as a walk in because they advertised as a walk in clinic. I remember the front staff we not very friendly. The only reason I considered seeing a doctor here was because my sister is seeing one of the doctors there and she has been amazing, so I said I would be OK with dealing with the people at reception because the doctor was good. She had a wait but I said that was ok, so ive been waiting almost a month for this appointment. I have had the same phone number for almost 11 years, so they had to put my number in their systems when I booked the appointment. I showed up there today and when they were putting my information in they told me oh sorry you cant see her you were here in 2012 and saw another doctor so you cant switch doctors... Even though it was a walk-in... They didnt think to take the time to ask me if I had been there before, if this is such an important part of their policy that should be the first thing they ask. All they said was oh sorry that should have been asked.. They acted like oh well, not my problem...

I wish if I can give you 0 star most receptionists there seem don’t know anything about their job !

Completely Incompetent unkind staff and office manager. Booked in mid December for my appointment in mid January to be told when I show up that since I had turned him down 4 years prior to not be my family doctor as I had one I couldn’t see and he was seeing walk in appointments. So what happened. Banned from the clinic because I wouldn’t have him as a family doctor. Clinic manager tells me this after I show up to the appointment I booked a months ago. Why could they not say anything for a month. I lost a whole afternoon of wages because I took the time off to be seen. They stated clinic policy.......Terrible experience please see a clinic who cares about the patient.

The front desk attendants are not at all polite. They are very rude and let the patients in to see the doctor the way they want. No matter if you in severe pain or are not in condition to sit. Still they make you wait for 1-2hours. The doctors are good but they need to change the front desk attendants for sure.

This clinic used to be good. I could book appointments for after work because they were open until 6 p.m. and later on certain evenings. Both receptionists were kind and considerate.Now they are now only open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will not accommodate those that work 8 to 4:30.The receptionist recommended I go elsewhere and I was quite shocked that as one of their current patients this is how they would treat me. She was quite rude about it all.

I’ll have to echo a lot of comments I’ve already read... Dr Naidoo is pretty good when it comes to listening to concerns and booking apts/tests. Over the past 5 yrs I’ve been seeing him, the clinic itself has been deteriorating with respect to receptionist customer service. Making appointments sometimes takes me and entire week! I work shift so I try to call during business hours however they NEVER answer the phone! Seriously considering changing Drs if it wasn’t so hard to get a good family physician. Not Impressed!

If they answer the phone and as long has you need an appointment weeks later. Then they are a great place but the last few times I called I needed a someday appointment as infections have come up overnight. Both times I was told my options were to book an appointment for the following week, come in as a walk in but I would need to wait a minimum of 3 hours and even then I might not be seen or to go elsewhere. What is the point in having a family doctor if when you need them they cant see you

This place is terrible. The doctors are so painfully apathetic and uninspired. Its as if they hate their jobs and dread being in the room with you. I had x rays for my back and my doctor did not review the images. He only went off of the x ray techs email. Mind you this is typically fine, however the doctor skimmed through and tried to tell me I was fine. I had to lean over to read myself that I had recently developed hip impingement in both femurs. After pointing it out, the doctor went back and read the full report and admitted he was wrong. BRUUUUTAL. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST EVER GOING HERE. THESE DOCTORS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES.

When I have an appointment I take my time and I enjoy that time, I have patienceDr Naidoo is the best.

A terrible front desk Attendant is working here. She made me 2 hours late for my next appointment. I went there ahead of time n i was the only one as a patient that time over there. She started sending patient inside who came late than me.. That does not make any sense. She does not value patients time .She should learn how to do her job. Both the doctors n other ladies working there are nice and very professional . Other wise double thumbs up for this clinic .

Got to go in , or call for an hour to get an appointment . Then you are always waiting a minimum of 30mins after your appointment like your time doesnt matter . Receptionist communication skills are poor . Dr seems completely bored in his career . Only good thing I can say is they will book you for whatever test you want 😀.

Dr.regan is the best dr in Edmonton..very polite n listen to you..highly recommend

I love going to see Dr. Naidoo, he is always very attentive and addresses all my concerns. Its nice to have a doctor that cares.

Very professional and helpful . doctors gives you time and listen your health conditions to make you healthy . not like some of other that they can listen one condition and let you go. i recommend everyone to go and get the best doctors in town.

Went to the clinic today to make an appointment after calling repeatedly for 2 days and not being able to get thru and ITS CLOSED!?!? Sign on the door says Closed due to unforeseen circumstances. No indication as to whether this is temporary or permanent... nothing. Does anyone know anything??

I experienced great advice, an understanding health professional and trustworthy staff. I was completely comfortable and left with self esteem and a very positive attitude and outlook.

Dr naidoo is great, but the worse receptionists. They are very rude and unprofessional. No communication skills what so ever.

Be prepared to wait for ATLEAST an hour. Once its finally your turn you have to wait another half an hour in the doctors room. The receptionist are not helpful either. If it wasnt for he doctors would never return again

My doctor is great but I agree the receptionists are very rude ! I believe it is just one receptionist. I had to cancel all my appointments because I was going through a miscarriage and they said that I never showed but I called and cancelled .. So it isnt the best place to go.

I live about 10 mins from this clinic, doctors are wonderful and nice, however they are ALWAYS filled to capacity, even if I book two days in advance? And theyre still accepting new patients? Really surprising how doctors dont know how to manage time effectively.Asides from that, Doctors are nice!! However, the RECEPTION, (my one major hate), just literally sucks. I am extremely serious when saying this, I called 45mins to closing and every 5 mins afterwards and no pick-up. The next day I called and and booked my appointment and asked what happened yesterday, and she said she was too busy filling documents (basically she couldnt be bothered for 45mins)? Reception is a joke, and a bunch of arrogant women; because of that Id find another clinic.

The receptionist made my boyfriends appointment for a day they were not open. Never followed up with a reminder or call to correct the date. Terrible place to go to. And you have to call 8 times to even get someone to pick up so you can make an appointment. Do not go here!

My daughter went to go get a prescription filled and the receptionist told her that she needed an appointment even though they accept walk ins. Receptionist was rude, unfriendly and not very cooperative. Hours are also horrible, and no weekends. Will be taking my business elsewhere!!

Website says doctors accepting new patients and sign on counter implies that they do walk ins, but the receptionist says they dont accept walk ins.
