The receptionist was very kind and she listened intently, creating a comfortable environment. The doctor on the other hand was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He didn’t bother to sit up in his seat to speak to me and he could’ve cared less about my problem. He cut me off many times and barely kept me in his office for five minutes. If you choose to go to this clinic, I wouldn’t keep your hopes high of getting any actual help.

Extremely dismissive doctor. He first body shamed my daughter 2 weeks after she had a baby. He dismissed all my symptoms and when I went to another doctor for another opinion I am now a patient at the Cross cancer center.

Both my wife and I consider Dr Muneer to be very knowledgeable, caring and professional. My wife and I recently went to see him with concerns about some lab results and he took the time to explain them and answer any questions that we had. We have been his patients since August of 2019 and will continue to do so.

A seriously awesome clinicI went in with a scratch on my eye and I was very worried. the reception got me in quickly and she was very nice, then the doctor took a good look, assured me of no debris or permanent injury, answered my stupid questions and then saw me for what I went on there for originally :) definitely will go in again

I needed stitches out following surgery and thought going to a close-by facility would be convenient. I would rather drive to a different city than revisit this clinic. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly, but the Dr. was atrocious. He was condescending, rude, arrogant and his exam room made me feel most uncomfortable. I needed to lie down to have the stitches removed and had difficulty getting on the table. The room was so cluttered I almost knocked over several things while trying to get onto the table and was met with contempt instead of help. He didnt examine the incision or even ask how I was feeling, just silently removed the staples and then turned his back to me, apparently finished with the appointment.

My wife had the great displeasure of going to this new clinic in the Richie community. The doctor was extremely rude and arrogant. He spoke to my wife very condescendingly and was dismissive of her questions and lacked any true medical professional decorum. We were able to see dozens of other negative postings in the local Hazeldean and Richie Facebook pages and wish we would have known before going. I would highly recommend avoiding this clinic as there are some amazing other doctors in our community.

My elderly parents had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this quack. Im disappointed I actually have to put one star, cause he doesnt even merit that. Rude, dismissive and arrogant, yet couldnt even get a simple prescription right. Apparently likes to bully his patients. My parents have seen a number of doctors over the years in 2 provinces. This idiot is by far the worst. Shouldnt be practicing.

This clinic has one of the most condescending, unprofessional, rude “doctors” I have ever had the displeasure of meeting with. My 6 year old and I both left in tears.I took a pre-op form to be filled out with a pre-op examination. Not only did he not examine her, he filled out the 1 page form and instructed me to go to the front desk where I was advised there is a $104.50 fee.I said simply that I thought that was unreasonable. “Dr.” Siraj Muneer yelled at me and my daughter to get out of the clinic, it is a private business and they need to make money.I said, “Fine, I will pay your fee but I think it’s unreasonable.”He refused to give it to me, “Nope! No form for you!”I pleaded with him, “But my daughter’s surgery is on Friday and we need the information for a meeting with the anesthesiologist first.”I advised I would post a review on our community pages and he decided at that point that he would make a statement by calling the police on my 6 year old and I.On a good note: I have contacted the Hazeldean clinic in the neighbouring community and they got us in same day and advised THERE IS NO FEE FOR PRE-OP FORMSThis man cut both my daughter and I off several times when we were trying to explain her surgery and conditions and made fun of my husband during the appointment for mispronouncing a medical term (the name of a genetic condition that can affect anesthetic) properly over the phone.

Very unpleasant and unhelpful interactions.

Dr. Muneer does not fully understand his patients or the illnesses he treats. Dr. Muneer blames patients who show no progress with medication or therapy, citing it is their fault and refusing to offer alternatives. Dr. Muneer is lazy and if you bring in medical forms to fax, he will tell you to do it yourself.Its known that doctors get compassion fatigue. However Dr. Muneer makes no effort to hide this and will roll his eyes and sigh loudly in front of patients making them feel like a burden or unwanted.Dr. Muneer needs to take a vacation and return once he gives a legitimate care about other people. Until then, choose another clinic ESPECIALLY for your ADHD.

Spent 30 seconds in Dr. Muneers office to get prescriptions for a flu only to get prescribed numerous prescriptions that make me feel far worse than I have ever felt in my entire life. I have never felt so sick and disoriented. Upon checking in with other doctors, some prescriptions that Dr. Muneer prescribed are not even necessary. I highly recommend checking in with other doctors before buying all the prescriptions that Dr. Muneer prescribes.
