Very clean, nice and well organized. the staff here are very helpful and kind. I went there with my kids and I was well welcomed. they explain everything to me. They take all their time to make sure you understand everything. I will always go to them each time. Highly recommended.

During my consultation, Dr. ashgigi took his time to go through the entire process from start to finish and really took his time to listen to me and let me ask all of my questions without rushing me. Was here a few days ago, Dr.Alshigagi is a great doctor. He really takes his time and listens well to all of my concerns. Definitely recommend this doctor to anyone. The clinic is also nice and spacious with friendly staff.

I have been going to this clinic for the past 3 years, they are truly exceptional. They have always gone out of there way to help me in any way, there pharmacy is also fantastic.

Truly a wonderful primary care practice. Ive seen a lot of doctors over the last year or so for various reasons, but Ive been putting off getting a physical for nearly 4 years because my experience with other doctors has left something to be desired. I had a meet and great appointment with Dr Emad few weeks ago. Dr Emad is a great doctor. Very professional, understanding, and friendly. His assistant is also a great nurse. However, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before they checked me in. I was so annoyed as I took only 2 hour off work assuming that they will check me in on time. I hope this wont happen again as I was really pleased with the Doctor and the Nurse but very annoyed with the delay.I will write an update on Monday (next week) and hopefully everything will go smoothly without delay.

I am a newer patient with Dr. Alshigagi. Very disappointed in the level of care I have received. Comes off very rude, horrible bed side manor. Kept taking patients that came after me I waited for over an hour etc. I went in to get a ultrasound at my endocrinologist request as she could not get it to me fast enough he questioned me. As well as med renewal, he had refused the fax from my pharmacy so I also went in to ask and he then proceeded to ask me to change pharmacy for the 4 time very rude exchange, after I expressed how happy I am with them, still refusing my meds days later. Happy with reception but thats about it. Will not be coming back.

Last time i went to this clinic i was so dissappointed with doctor alimohamed.i paid 150 for my mothers check up and it was doctor alimohamed he did not do check up for my mother he just ask question even the high blood pressure maintenance he just ask what mg he will give.so disappointed.

Ive had a multitude of bad experiences too at this clinic for two appointments. Most with receptionist.They are not profisitional. Im very sorry for my community who go there to be served with bad attitude of unprofessional receptionist:(. Promise from now on I dont think i will go there with my family and i will tell my communities too not to go to this clinic till they change unproffisional receptionist. Those who go to this clinic good luck with bad attitude of unprofessional people.

Only was there for 1 hour including wait time, filling out paperwork, put in office, saw by the Dr., filled a prescription. The office is new and very clean. Pharmacist and Dr. were friendly and very fast. The team is efficient and effective. I appreciate the great service I got here.

Ive had a multitude of bad experiences in one appointment at this clinic. Most specifically with the doctor. The nurse asked what I was there for, I told her and when the doctor came in, he didnt ask what I needed, proceeded to update current prescriptions I didnt ask for. He then suggested bloodwork, when I asked where to get it done, I was spoken to in a belittling tone and told that theres only one lab in Alberta ???? (I think not) he then decided the appointment was over and started to leave. I asked him if we could look at the rash/hives that started appearing on my scalp and was met with even more disinterest and attitude. He did offer me a cream, but at this point I was over the appointment and the gross attitude of the doctor.

I went in there requesting Dr. Alshigagi to become my new family doctor. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist asked for all of my information, however, once I got there for the appointment I realized she had wrote everything down incorrectly. I had made my appointment for 1pm, and showed up shortly before said time. When I got there, the receptionist informed me that the doctor had just left for lunch and that he should be back soon... 45 minutes later, he shows up from his lunch. I wouldve been a little more understanding, but I had called ahead to make an appointment, I did not walk-in. Upon meeting Dr. Alshigagi, he looked at me and immediately had a sour face once he saw how young (and eccentric) I was. From there, he was rude and didnt want to help me at all. He looked at my previous file (which had various medications) and asked me if I were still on said medications. When I responded with no, he put on a very questioning look and continued down the list, still asking if I were on any of the medications. I said no, I hadnt been on them for a while now. He rolled his eyes at me and continued the appointment. After 5 minutes, he gave me some papers and told me that I had to go to another office. I explained to him that I wasnt from the city, and was not sure where this place was. He brushed it off and said the receptionist will help you. Needless to say, he was very rude, and judgmental. When I called today to ask for my file to be removed, the receptionist scoffed and asked me for my last name. I responded with it and all she said was thanks, bye and hung up. Sorry about the long rant, but I would STRONGLY reccomend not going to this clinic. As this was a very TRAUMATIZING experience for me, especially considering I was trying to get a new doctor.

Can be crowded at times but the services is good and it is close to my place.
