Nice place with good lighting. I went for a friends wedding. The parking is kind of limited for a busy place in Pondy bazaar. The hall was spacious enough to occupy about 200-300 people or more. Lift is available

Attended a book fair here, no air and it was very suffocating. Dont know how good it is for a wedding or functions. But being in the prime location they should improve their facilities like water and restrooms. It smells bad when we enter into the restroom.

Large hall on the first floor which can accommodate over 1000 guests. Air conditioning was excellent. There is an appropriate place for seating musicians ( Nadaswaram etc). Dining area is on the second floor which accommodates a large number at one sitting. Parking area limited in the premises but with valet parking on the road it may suffice to an extent. Central area for everyone to reach.

Attended a book fair called bookchor. the place was in a good but no lightning was there and it was difficult to find. Inside there was no ventilation so suffocating. Books was not arranged properly. You wouldnt able to find any book which you are searching for . Before coming I asked them about the Hindi Writers book they said yes they have but when I went there i couldnt able to fine even one of them. Finally I decided not to take any. Its better I would order from online. At least I will read it.

Unfortunately, there are not many rooms in the wedding hall. Only two for the brides family and two for the grooms family. We had to rely only on hotel rooms. Like like this is the case with most wedding halls these days!It is a theater converted into a wedding hall; but the restrooms havent been remodeled. The womens restroom area still has a urinary area that is open!! Not sure how to put this, you may have to google to see what I mean! Doesnt give a good feel when you see it.The wedding hall is spacious and well maintained.

Visited the bookstore event. A Lil haven for book lovers. Books from all genres by many popular and first time authors.

The venue is spacious but they have the worst people to manage the hall. All they do is ask you for money continuously until you run out of all your money. Extremely bad experience with them and we are never going back to this place for any event. Pure harassment

Unlimited coffees, great caterers, very good crowd, all my Tamil friends are very inviting... I was afraid of language constraints, but the trip went like a breeze.. U just need to know clear English /hindi... Very nice place, easily seats about 500Ppl. Very welcoming crowd.

Poorly maintained, unhygienic kitchen space, no rooms, no adequate toilets available. Most infrastructure are old and seldom work.Choose only if you are desperate for a place, since it has a huge hall which seems to be the only good thing about it

Had gone there for the book chor sale. The venue probably was NOT meant for an exhibition. Only stage lights all over and fans high up really made us feel like being in a hot oven. Central locations and easy to reach.

The bookchor fair is good , for moving second hand books , but they havent segregated it with subjects n authors , its based on luck n finding the right one ,but for book lovers its ok to grab on a whole a lot as much you can hold in your box

The erstwhile Nagesh theater now coverted to a wedding hall is a place for book and other exhibitions throughout the year.

I Attended a marriage on 4 th feb .It is a good place no doubt but rooms which are in 3 rd floor are not at all good.The bed sheets and pillow covers are very dirty .The rooms are located next to pantry full night noise pollution rolling of cylenders full of mosquitos and way to lift is blocked with water bottles it is difficult to move wheel chair.The capacity of lift is not even 6 . Thee main hall stage is located hoirizontally giving inconvenience to the crowd.
