Dont waste your money 2500 rs for this hotel.Cons:1. Power cut in night time for almost 4 hrs from 11pm to 2 am. No experienced Maintenance team to rectify.2. Condition of swimming pool in below shown photo3. Corridor smells so bad like an cigarette smokedarea4. Housekeeping request at 10.am they came at 5.00 pm. With such an big hotel only two person for house keeping.Pros:1. Food was okay but costlyEven if they offer for less price dont visit. There is more better hotel in this same price. Dont believe the website photo or else your vacation mood will be spoiled.

In my life I never seen very worst hotel in Chennai. That reception lady behavior is very rude and worst response. I never visit again.

I recommend 500 rs stay for this hotel , place is very dirty , not Maintained properly, swimming pool is not cleaned for decades , images of this hotel is not same in real.

I received an email a day before checkin asking me to cancel the booking citing maintainence reasons. No further details were provided about this sudden maintenance, and no assistance was provided for other booking. Completely unprofessional and unreliable hotel. Do not book.

Very nice property maintained at best possible ways. Breakfast was excellent with homely food menu and the room was very much comfortable. The property situated 350 metres aways from the shore gives u an opportunity to enjoi the sea breeze at nights sitting nearby the shore. View from 3rd floor is excellent and pool is also good. Room service is not appreciable and please dont order a coffee from room its not advisable.As a couple stay you can rejoice it with sweet memories.

Very nice view to chill and party. But the room service was very worst and no proper response. Bathroom taps were broken and water was leaking. Only the view is nice but other than that its waste of money.

Single room costs around 2000rs to 2300rs. Food is bit expensive as it is with all hotels but quality of food is very good.. Beer starts from 250 to 500rs. One bottle of water is complimentary everyday.

The worst hotel Ive ever been to. First the room was not cleaned properly. Filled with cigarette butts and ash in a non smoking room. Then the bathroom smelled bad. Resolved by using room freshner and not by cleaning... Next three AC had a meltdown. It literally melted. The lights in the room didnt work. Finally they had changed the room where AC was working. Then ordered room service because the roof top was not family friendly. Followed up with room service for 1.5 hours. Still havent Fort the orders. Kids are starving right now because they didnt get their drinks yet. Just now I was informed that they didnt have boost. Imagine that! 1.5 hrs after the order the customer is being informed that the items are not available. Not at all family friendly. Not at all. Period... This is one hotel Thai Im not coming back...

Usually the guests have to wait upon arrival and they have no system of booking management. We made booking via Agoda and yet they made us wait for over 4hrs till 5pm. Very bad experience.

Best service

Lovely sea facing roof top restaurant. Had Indian food and it was awesome . Prawns were cooked just right . Definitely a place to keep going

1.Room was ok ...but the service of the hotel is very worst very very worst.,the guys in the reception are not professional ,no uniform, no decent looks...Ac not working ,no response from reception while calling through intercom, we went through reception & complain about issue2. No water bottles provided, wen asked for milk in the late night for my baby..they responded in very rude manner, kitchen will be open by 7 clock Yu have that time only and disconnected...very pathic service3. Not suitable for families as this hotel have open bars in terrace, pub in ground floor, pub bass sound disturbs us still 11.45pm...
