Wedding in lawns is a perfect idea for an inexpensive and minimalistic celebration. The Palace house is one such place which I recently visited for a wedding function and it was just beautiful. The traditional look of the building gave a home like feel.

Please ensure you visit the beach before 9am since the passage that leads to it is closed.Property is maintained well. You have the option to conduct the program either in the open ground or inside - depending on your preference and the climate.I thoroughly loved being here on 9th and 10th PF December and would certainly recommend it.

Most of it they made/decoration was superb. But the only problem is that the car parking place they said to park the car was not maintained.Only the parking for cars is a problem here. Otherwise the Palace House was a very good place to host any events.

Not a very Great place as hyped for events where I personally visited the property and was disappointed seeing the rooms of the property. When you look at the property from Outside, it would give us a Villa type of feel but when we get into the Prop, its more like a Mandapam!

This place is very luxurious for all the grand wedding and parties. The open lawn is so exotic and so attractive for an evening event or a morning wedding. They also have an indoor mandapa for you to conduct indoor functions. The staffs were quite helpful and descent. They do allow DJs and music. The important note is your music must be turned off by 8 and the lights should be off by 10. Which is pretty much ok for the residents nearby. This is another grand place to celebrate your wedding.

Writing this review right after my wedding in week because I dont want anyone to go through what I went through with palace house owner & staffs1.The owner, Ramesh, is super money minded. So many hidden costs and no transparency in the contract. you will end up paying at-least 25% more money than agreed in the contract or except the staff and owner to spoil your big day2. For 6am muhurtham, keys were given at 4 am. INR 12,000 was demanded to get keys at 2 am3.The refundable deposit is non-refundable. The owner will come up with some or the other reason and not return the refundable deposit.4. only one melam and nadeswaram allowed for wedding which will not even be heard by anyoneOne of the biggest mistake I ever did was booking this place for my wedding and if you’re reading this review and considering this place for any of your event, please take my advise and look for an alternative. By far, one of the worst and the only worst wedding vendor I worked withBut if you are still looking for a place like palace house here are few other places you can try.Alternatives for palace house1. One of the best venues to have your marriage, reception or any other party. You get the whole property based on your requirement and the place is just beautiful. Right from the owner Mr.Ramesh, manager Mr.Vijay, Mrs.Nisha everyone who works there are very co operative and helpful. If you have a theme for yourselves in mind and want to decorate the place accordingly this is the place to go to in ecr.

Ya its a good place for functions and partys its basically looks like a huge villa but inside modified big hall for around 200 person can gather in and out side lounge is also there which they are giving and a parking fecility is there too

I had my wedding in this palace house. I actually had my wedding scheduled on April 2020. But due to lockdown it was postponed to June. I found this place for my wedding. It was like a destination wedding. The place was very nice, the lawn was perfectly maintained and I got awesome pictures being captured. The hall was spacious and the dining area is cleanly maintained. If you want a dream destination wedding in Chennai City, this is the best place to choose with affordable price.

Very expensive for such a small space and so many hidden costs. Money minded. If it rains, you cannot have more than 50 people to see the wedding comfortably inside the house.There is a clause in the agreement which says only 10 people are allowed to stay in the property at night. Otherwise, you will be charged Rs.750+GST for ONE person staying at night. There will be relatives and friends who would just want to hang around in the night having fun, taking care of decorations in the night. I have never seen this kind of a rule anywhere else. Rip Off!!!

Only two rooms.. no room for guests. The owner didnt even allow the guests to sleep in the hall. Bad hospitality by the owner and staffs. Too much last minute tension because of the pressure from the owner. Not ideal place for wedding.

15- 18 cars parking space or 30 to 40 bike parking space.. entrance to stage is not convenient.. dinning hall is open , so insects may land on food.. open seating on lawn (grass) only.. so vulnerable to rain and wind(insects).. its a good guest house or company party place ..

Hosted my daughter’s wedding here and had one of the worst experience with the staff and owner. I can’t believe how someone can be so ruthless to people on their special event. This owner is nothing but a money crocodile. They told we can park around 40 cars but we couldn’t even park 15 cars in the parking lot. Way too many restrictions. To be honest it felt like the wedding happened according to the owner’s desire and not to ours. The most annoying part of my daughter’s wedding was when the owner did not let us play the Chenda melam. Apart from one Jodi of muhurtham melam, you are forbidden to use any other melam or anything.

Terrible experience having my wedding here.I honestly love the venue and the ambiance but the way I was treated was TERRIBLE! Ill list down the PROs and CONs of having your wedding here.PROs:1. The venue itself.2. Sorry, thats it.CONs1. Stringent Landlord.2. Only 2 rooms in the whole property.3. Book the whole property and still you will be charged for every single thing seperately.4. No 24-hour rental basis. Key shall be handed over to you only 2 hours before the event. Additional charges of Rs.3000 per hour if you ask for the key little earlier.5. You will pay for the generator, but it will never be turned ON.6. Rs.5000 for water usage charges if the caterer cleans the vessels inside the premises.7. Rs.7500 for COVID will be charged, no sanitizers, no masks, no temperature checks were held.8. You might order aircoolers but again they wont be turned on, not even for a second(experienced in my wedding).9. You cannot bring your own DJ.10. You cannot have more than one thavil, one nadhaswaram.11. You cannot have any other percussion instruments.12. Dont be surprised if the owner asks you if you want to cancel the wedding, because he has people who are ready to pay more for the date you booked.14. Beware of using the fridge, you might be charged Rs. 1000.15. Beware again of using the common washrooms, Rs. 750 per head will be charged if your relatives/invitees use the common washroom for shower or any sorts.16. Do not trust the in house decorator, he might talk differently on the day of your wedding, does only 70% of what he promised.17. Liquor inside the premises is prohibited.18. Basically if you enjoy much in the venue, expect calls push back from the owner.19. Lastly expect the owner to come wish you sarcastically on your day of wedding and spoil your big day.

The Palace House at injambakkam is the most calm and comfortable venue to have a wedding or any kind of family events . We had our wedding ceremony at the venue last month. That was the best decision we choosen for our big day. The guidance, hospitality, maintanence of the venue were top notch. There wasnt even any disappointment situation from anything. Proper coordination and perfect discussion were made on everything prior to the event . Everything went on as per the plan.The decor, catering services which they recommended where also so comfortable and all the vendors provided us the best quality service and execution were perfect.Car parking were comfortable inside the venue and they do have a seperate space very nearer to the venue for additional numbers. This venue has two large rooms which is very much comfortable for us and there are rooms which can be hired nearer to the venue for our guest to stay comfortable.I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a unique venue for their big days with the lawn property over the maximum of 600 crowd members as guest list.All our family members along with our guest where very much happy on our event.
