Perfect place for my lab, he is happy, properly fed and taken care of. Caretakers are godsend, you get regular video updates and complimentary shower before checkout.

Oscar (Dachshund) is new to my family 10 months ago. I have been using PuppyOye 3 times in the last 2 months. Full day care or few hours care - they will work on our request ASAP. They took good care of my dog Simba for 4 days and he was happy. Video updates were sent every morning and I would definitely love to leave him here the next time I have to travel !! They feed them 3 times a day. Neat place and the dogs are made to mingle with each other only once theyre used to the place. The owner of the place is also very kind and reply promptly. We have been boarding Zoey with them for 5 years now. They have always taken good care of her and we are quite comfortable leaving her with them.

We have boarded our Indie Pepper with PuppyOye a couple of times. The experience has been great. Vinoop from PuppyOye is very responsive and understanding of the requirements. The dogs are appropriately socialized and it is a vacation for Pepper as well as she loves to engage and play with other dogs. Thank you Vinoop and PuppyOye for taking such good care of Pepper.

Puppyoye is jus perfect for pets. I have kept my female German Shepard a couple of times for a short time though before and my Eva was very very happy. This time we had an emergency and had to travel North! I called Vinoop and wanted to check if accomodation is available as I was requesting at a very very short time frame. Out of my expectations Vinoop was eager to accommodate my Eva and he was too courteous not only while accomodation but through out the stay. I opted for a 15 day’s stay for my German shepahard. Vinoop and his staff made sure to tc of my dog also to make her play with other boarded pets as well. Even the staffs played with her. The day came wen we had to pick up my dog from Vinoop s kennel my Eva was not ready to leave ☺️ After we got her home also she was missing her friends out at puppy oye ☺️ I can vouch for Puppyoye anytime. Vinoop and all his staff are amazing. My dog actually gained weight when we got her home. And Vinoop used to send me video of my dog every single day. If u don’t try Puppyoye u will Neva know what you are missing. A bigggg thank u to Vinoop 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I left my 2 year old GR at Puppyoye for three days. He thoroughly enjoyed the stay. He looked happy and healthy when I went to pick him. The caretakers are really good and they took good care of my boy. They were very prompt in sending the video every day morning. The place is quiet big and dogs are segregated as per their temperament. I liked the place and it will definitely be the second home for my boy anytime in future.

Have been sending my baby boy here for daycare/boarding for a couple of weeks now. Not only did they take good care of him (and sent daily videos while he was in boarding), they also helped him socialize and learn to play with other dogs.Theres good amount of open space for them to run around and play, and the caretaker absolutely loves dogs. They also ensure that the dogs stay clean and there are no infections/ticks. Will recommend 100%.

Quite a big place. Was my first time. Satisfied with the service. I think my pet enjoyed the stay too. The customer service orientation is great too. But dont expect it to be cheap. You get what you pay for! The complementary services are great when you book the stay for a min number of days.

Puppyoye is my dog Divas second home. I have boarded her multiple times and that too for 2-3 weeks every single time. The playground is so good for all the babies and its good to see how they have a gala time together. The caretakers are extremely loving and caring and they share videos on a daily basis. I am soo much happy with your service. I left my simba here for 18 days. When i borrowed him to my place i just notice so much of changes in his behavior. They also provides a good training to him. I have kept my boy quite a few times here. Havent had any issues. One small suggestion though. If the ground can be replaced with good grass instead of the red mud, then, the dogs would remain clean, especially the nails.

Best place for dogs. For the first time we left our puppies in boarding they took very good care . Most important thing is they shared the videos what our dogs are doing there. For playing they have big grounds. They provide bed,fan for dogs. I found a second home for my puppies. I am very much Happy with the facilities and care they provided.

It’s a lovely pet boarding centre. They have ample space for pets and proper segregation of dogs based on their temperament. Care takers are good at understanding and handling pets. They are dog lovers for sure. My pet, Ponyo had an amazing time here.

Its a very trustworthy place to leave your pet. I have left my lab Max here on multiple occasions and he has always come back happy and in the pink of his health. The owner as well as the staff are passionate about dogs and they take good care of these dogs. Rice egg chicken curd combo is given as food and they take care to segregate aggressive or hyper dogs to avoid clashes.Highly recommended. N yes the daily videos on whatsapp are nice :)

I left my 2 months old puppy with them for 3 days. She had great fun I can tell. She just ran off to run around the field and didnt even turn back once. The owner would send a video of her once day and she was always having fun. I will definitely use their services again.

Loved the place! Sam is a great guy who was very accommodating. Patches, our puppy, had an awesome time playing in the park and a spa in the end to clean her up! Will definitely go back and refer them to all.

Very happy place for Dogs,I have left my 1 year dog for 4 days , he came back home as happy as he was before :) . The care takers are good. they are transparent about all the service they provide. they showed me all the places where and how dogs stay where they eat and where they play.They send everyday video.

Very nice place for our pets boarding.Very courteous people. The owner is good too.Have left my puppies twice here and they didnt show any sign of reluctancy to go there. Which in itself was a good sign.Reason for 4 stars is the place is little small.Wish they could add training programmes too.

I had kept my dog Ronnie for almost a week . When I got him back he was healthy and had no fleas as such . He was been fed properly and they had taken a good care of him . The owner also shares the videos to us . Just that my dog is a Japanese spitz and is way too sensitive he required us to talk to him ....but this facility was not provided ..but still the final experience was satisfying .Thanks.

We had a great experience leaving our pet here. They had taken care of my puppy well infact I was been updated about my puppy on daily basis and also they shared videos and photos daily. Cheaters, worst boarding and fooling people by fake reviews. We left our pet here and he got badly bitten by big dogs, we had to cancel our trip and come back midway. This page is not at all visible on google and they are promoting this page by advertising in Google. All 5 stars here are FAKE and nothing else. I am going to report this page on google for violating google policies too. They have small place for dogs to sleep and this place is horrible. My dog came back with a lot of ticks and he was not fed anything during his stay. We had to spend 19,000 on veterinary.

Had a very good experience with PuppyOye. Most importantly they have a Very big area for the dogs to play. The owner provided the complete details about the services. You can definitely leave your pet with them without any worry.

Left my 2 months old Pomerenian here for 2 nights and 3 days. Prashanth(owner) is very welcoming and nice. They took good care of Goofy and sent me her videos regularly. Recommended to others. And yeah, its affordable too.

Good service, but poor location. There is always a huge traffic jam at the location and the inside road is missing. They give complimentary bath only for 5+ days of stay.

This is a very reliable place to leave your pet. There is a big play area and the owner Mr.Prashant is very kind. He made sure to send videos of my pet and made video calls so as to keep me posted. Overall a very good experience.

Of all the boarding facilities that I have seen for my pet, this is by far the best! The caretakers are very good and take really good care of my dog, who is quite aggressive by nature.

My dog picked up very bad and large ticks in his body. The ticks are quite visible but taken no action towards it. This is only business where there is no emotion towards pets. this is my first experience with this guys and it is not good.

Apparently the first place Simba visited. Loved the way the owners care for every fur baby that walks in. Distance from our house to PuppyOye is the only thing thats keeping us away from making this a regular place for our boy.

This is the second time, I am boarding my pet Maya at this place,it is exactly the same as it is mentioned on the website, there is nothing misleading like other places, you could trust and leave your pet when your away, she loves this place.

They have a big area for keeping dogs in morning and enough cage to keep them in night.. they give good food also as I do not see dogs health getting affected as well..however during summer they have water problem so dogs get too dirty due to them sitting in dust and they are unable to give them a wash..

When you leave your pup here, you dont have to worry about it. Great services!

Its a really bad option for your beloved pet. First of all PUPPYOYE is very expensive and are worst service providers I have ever come across in bangalore. They are simply charging high for the large space and nothing else. My pet was sad, frightened and irritated after the stay. I found bruises on my dogs nose and lips, his eyes had red spots and lot of ticks. I expected ticks but because of other things I am very hurt and dissppointed by the inexperienced treatment they gave.Secondly, while leaving my dog I asked them to give a ear cleaning service on day one so that ear and skin wont get rashes by mud and soil, for which they called on the last day asking to choose again from their DOG GROOMING menu. It resulted rashes on the ears!They claim themselves to be experienced and careful but theyre not. Giving my feedback to them was pointless on call so I am giving this review for others.Lastly, they couldnt even give a basic goodbye bath properly, my dog was left wet and locked in when I reached to collect him, he was howling and barking loud. When I spotted the caretaker who was busy getting fresh in the morning, I asked him why my dog is barking so loud the answer I got was that he wants to play with a female dog but the fact was he was cold being wet and left alone locked in during morning time. Now my dog has sneezing issues started and is smelling very bad like he never does. Dont know how much it would cost them to use a shampoo.Such a pathetic place this is. Doing false promises when taking new customers in and getting full amount in advance. They should just refund the whole money for inconvenience caused. People just be aware of this place. Thank you

They Work for a Cause not Applause.This Dusshera 2018 I had an upcoming vacation so I decided to avail their services after reading their reviews. Its obvious as a pet parent to be apprehensive at first about the bonding and level of care vs claim. But truly they turned out to be a knowledgeable & very caring team...Simon, Rohit, & all the others. They know dog behaviour & are very observant towards the activities of the pets. They are able to judge the pets needs and address it accordingly. This is what I liked best about puppy oye. Another thing I liked is before accepting the pet they try to know all about it...its regular behaviour and habits, they check their vaccine cards, and also another thing I liked is that they dont accept sick pets ...this according to me is very important because when a bunch of pets share the same area together they might contract diseases. Believe me you wouldnt want your pet to come back home sick I have seen pet parents go through that agony. This was the deal breaker for me when it came to choosing which pet boarding service provider to select after having checklisted all its other services.I had a good tour of their park its nice and spacious. Its not the fancy type with dog cooling mats and stuff but more grounded and natural like a simple loving, caring, good food providing, rejuvenating homestay.1) The whole area is enclosed, walled and gated and the team is careful to keep it locked at all times so none of the adventurous ones can run away. There are 2 amply spaced gated areas for the pets to spend time just using up and channeling their abundant energy. 1 of them is for the naughty ones and the other one for the well behaved ones.2) Just infront of it is another spacious area where they let them loose at times to just frolick about, play and bond, pee and poop. Everything is clean and dry. And you pet can dig too if he wants.3) On rainy days the pets stay indoors in their kennels with their best buddies. They are let out when there is a break in the rain.4) They have 2 compartmentalized areas with many kennels for the pets to sleep. The pets are given basic wooden flat crates as beds with bedsheets.5) Food (meat,eggs,pedigree) and boarding charges ₹600/day inclusive of all.6) On the last day of your pets vacation he will be given a bath and dusted with anti tick and flea powder.7) After bringing Brownie home in the morning I also got a call at night asking how he is doing and if he is all right. Now that is real care. And that meant a lot...Simon hope you are you reading this. There were small small things said by both you and your team I noticed which showed that for you safety of pet came foremost.Great job puppy oye. Please do not rest on your laurels keep striving for the best always. Its great to know you are opening a centre near airport too but please do keep this centre too.Its because you choose to follow your hearts passion unlike a structured salaried job, that parents like us can rest assured of the safety and happiness of our pets. No amount of flowery words can elucidate how much what you do means to us. You have made the world better and safer for us. My Brownie is happy , healthy and safely back home. Thanks Prashant and team for taking such good care of trots while we were away! He returned happy and playful as before - though of course a little angry at us since this was the first time we left him for a couple of days! Hes settled back into his new routine now - which includes periodic walks and accosting strangers (and their dogs) with an energetic and often one-sided attempt at companionship.This is a huge deal for me because it shows that hes socialising well and is learning to befriend whoever he meets. I especially loved the way Prashant made him socialise with other (much bigger) dogs at his facility; so. Im certain that has a part to play in reinforcing this character trait. Needless to add, the daily videos were also very helpful - and I think to a large extent they kept both me and my wife sane. To see trots bumbling about with dogs ten times his size was heart-meltingly reassuring.All in all, great experience with you guys. Will surely count on you in the future as well! Let me also convey trots heartfelt wag-wag. :)

Worst pet boarding ever in blr. have left my 3year old pomeranian puppy for a week. she was fully packed with ticks everywhere on her body. when we try to complain about this to owner, he was so rude & was not willing to accept his fault. again the care taker omg... useless fellows.I can totally understand your own given reviews to urself. but whoever had given their pet, they can easly catch you lying on this

We were out, and had immediately rushed back to blr just to make sure my baby is alive😥😓😪. We took him(puppy) to my family vet, just by seeing him Dr. said its a clear case of biting as there were many punctured wounds were there on his whole body.I do not want my money back or something like that, just wanted to share this with you all guys whoever planning to visit or already had given once to that place.. Please SAVE ur child🙏🙏 as a pet lover/parent i would never want this to happen with anyone how it happened to us... i dont know about other reviews, i guess some of its are fake(dont want to even comment). Nice experience for my dog, left for a week, everyday used to get video of my dog playing on whatsapp, little costly but worth it.

Dog came back with a lot of ticks, big dog bites and was vomiting for 15 days.. never recommended and on top of that they are cheating people by making new google business page.

Place is horrible and so are the care takers.. 600 per day is way too high..
