I booked Sugama tourist bus to travel from Kalasa to Banglore. Not only did they not pickup in any phone number provided for boarding subsequently which I couldnt board the bus, but later when I complained , they bus attender initially said they waited till 10:20pm and later said I travelled itself, both of which I have text message and voice call proof, but redbus isnt willing to resolve this issue. Sugama tourist buses will go to any extent to cheat you out of your money.

We booked 3 tickets for Tirumala sheegra darshan, they picked up at Race course road office, Bangalore at 10.00 pm and reached tirupati at 2.30 AM and after fresh up, we reached tirumala 4.30 am, they dumped us on footpath for 3 hours, there was no sitting place or safe at early morning. They provided breakfast and lunch not good, no cleanliness, no seating arrangements properly, to keep mobile phone and luggage not arranged properly.

Id to travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad. They carried me from my pickups location to their private bus-stop. There they made passengers to make long hours gor their bus to come. I personally waited for more than 2 hours.

There is a lack of announcements for package tourists and when I said this to their staff in the bus he raised his voice to the passanger. They should be polite in dealing with the passanger and they should be strictly warned to behave properly

One of the worst service experience from Suguma travels.. Lack of communication and professionalism they have displayed.. They do not care of customer concerns. I do not recommend this travels..

Its hopeless idea to travel in sugama. In some places No curtains,no luggage stands...etc.better go for another one....

This travel service is too good and get updates time to time

Ample waiting area. Well coordinated transfers between pick up buses and route buses. Staff makes needful announcements on PA and call up passengers phone when needed. Restrooms are congested and I would appreciate if they are maintained cleaner.

The office space is very good, there is a waiting cabin with lots of chair here and the restrooms are very clean and neat overall the space is very well maintained.

I had wonderful experiences. Bus is hygiene and clean. Can sleep well and its very clean and comfortable. Drives and conductor and no issues and dropped on time. I loved it. I recommend this u can go peacefully and happy journey in it. I loved it. I will definitely go again .

The only experience you will have in this place is there is no shop arround this place.

They have now upgrade their buses and its great.. My go to is Sugama.. They have their own app too where you can easily manage your tickets and get better deals. The journeys are on time and very comfortable. The ride is very comfortable, having travel sickness is a big turn down for me and I have never had that problem with Sugama as the drive is very steady. I have been using their service since 2017 and I never faced any issues with them. After the new upgrade there is no flaw in this travel service.

Overall Journey was good but bus came half an hour later than its actual time.

Travelled from Bangalore to Belgaum. Horrible guys. Stop anywhere they want. No one to question them. And fill unfilled seats. All the money goes to the pockets of driver and cleaner. No sense of time. And do not stop at good restaurants for dinner. What if only the buses are good. The staff is pathetic.

Not a great experience with Sugama M to Moodbidri. Curtain rod fell, break only at 3.30am were lowlights.

The bus that goes to Honnavar from Bangalore at 9.30 PM from Race Course Road is really good. It takes the route thats goes through Sirsi which means the terrible ghat roads that goes through Shimoga and Sagar is not taken and this makes the travel until the early morning really nice. The ghat that comes after Sirsi is of course not as curvy as the one in Shimoga Sagar route so it is a good choice for a bus to Honnavara. They were prompt in following the timings as well. Just late by 10 to 15 mins.

I cannot rate even 1 star but there is no other option. I had used their travel and transport system both. They have worst service. We will not know whether we are traveling in a bus or truck. There will be so many stops and transhipment of goods. Staff are not well behaved. They do the parcel business illegally. In case of parcel missing theyre irresponsible.

This place have a waiting rooms and wash rooms for passengers and outside there is an enough place where more people can seat. Passengers wont feel any problem if they have come early to this place. Bus timings are maintained well, and they have a announcement system they inform us when the bus has arrived. I negative thing is they didnt have proper lighting outside.

The journey with sugama travels was nice. It wasnt tiring. Employees are always at service. They had stopped bus for night food. I didnt have cash with me. One of the employees gave me cash n I did phone pay him later. But the only thing I need to inform here isThe clothing of seats were dirty. It wasnt clean. They have to take care of it.

Very organized. The Race course road office is very spacious. Have a sitting area. Toilets. A small vendor also sells water tea etc. Autos are easy to get. Do its an ideal place to board busses that depart from Bangalore.

Worst Service when you are traveling via Sirsi! Pickup done at 8pm and no stops till 1:30am. Staff doesnt care about passengers request to stop for a minute in case of nature calls! Totally bad experience! Wont recommend to anyone definitely!

No social distancing.People there dont wear masks.

Very crowded this place. The buses occupy almost half the road and only little space to pass through. Once the buses occupies you cant go the entrance to this by car. But for every minute there is a bus to somewhere. Lot of buses come here and on weekends it is fully crowded. Good facilities available here.

I liked the service. Bus is clean, updates about where abouts are all good. But they skip the puck up point without any information. It was first time experience for me which I didnt like. Thumbs up for rest of the service.

Recently we traveled by this tourist bus which is a/c sleeper. They have bus tracker system which is useful and updated. Bus seats are comfortable and hygiene. Looks new.
