Both Management and staff are extremely customer oriented and have rendered sincere service to us from check-in to check-out. We had booked an Executive room but they upgraded us on check-in. The room was clean and tidy of course it looks like a new hotel. We had lunch at their restaurant and the food was very tasty. The bellboy ensured us parking whenever we came back to hotel. The location is a busy area but very convenient to taste local foods etc. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you so much Fountain Tree for treating us so well.

This place is in prime location , near by to shoppers Stop and Vega mall at Bannerghatta road. Stayed there for 2 nights with family. Rooms are pretty nice clean and hygiene. Staff are very good and response time is fast.Complimentary breakfast is provided and tastes good. Bannerghatta National park is 20 mins drive from this place. Bonus is , there is a pub/bar/resturent on top floor of this property , its open upto 12.00 AM. Very nice ambience , food and drinks are good with relavent price. Three dots and dash is the name of that restaurant.

Horrible experience at the hotel. I went with my father, and expected a basic level of cleanliness at the hotel. It was supposed to be sanitized and clean. But on entering the room, we found a dead fly, hair on the bed, a dead mosquito on the bed!None of the staff was wearing face mask, and that too in a city with more than 3000 covid cases daily.They refused breakfast to me, although it was mentioned on the voucher. I had to fight with them to honor the voucher. At breakfast, I had to pay 20 rupees for water! During a complimentary breakfast!Horrible horrible experience

Normally when I visit Banglore I have only few selected hotels such as Marriot and Hayat. But due to avoid horrible traffic in city I decided to stay near to work. So I happened to choose this hotel. But this hotel is more than I expected. It’s a small boutique hotel. Friendly staffs, Rooms are clean and new. Talking about room 103. Pretty large bathroom. Bed is comfortable and must say the air conditioning is far better than most 5 star hotels. Room service is quick and food reasonably good than expected. Only disappointment was the gym and the machines. But not to worry there is good stretch to walk in the park nearby. Yes I don’t mind coming back if I have work around this area.

Not very far from the metro station, good rooms; spacious for a Single stay and very clean. The breakfast is good, the restaurant has got choices for everyone. There are other food choices, close by, as well. Front desk is cool and the room service is good. There is no enough space for parking that’s a minus.. not a big deal if you havent driven to Bangalore... over all the stay was good.. I would recommend...

An excellent hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It has a more contemporary look with the design and technology quickly catching your eye. The receptionist were very helpful and accommodated for our early checkin. The location is extremely convenient be it for a walk in a park nearby, or experience the taste of Bangalore from the much coveted MTR which is right around the corner. They have all the necessary toiletries in your cozy and comfortable room. All in all it was a pleasant experience to wrap up things in Bangalore.

Modern clean property with inviting colors and decor. Rooms are a bit small but functional with comfortable beds. Love the gym, new weight machines and the food at breakfast. Only issue was lack of cleanliness, had to change room twice apart from that both carpets and rooms not vacuumed. Sanket FO Mgr was very helpful in resolving billing issues.

I have NOT stayed in this hotel to comment on stay, I suppose it must be a good hotel based on overall rating of 4.2!Reasons to write about the hotel is to express the hotel’s responsibility of using public footpath to park their customers cars and keep hotel’s front space free or unused. This is an unfair demonstration of civic responsibility. Yes ... there are many things wrong in front of us and one can participate the same way. But...if each of us can do a little bit right within their reach, some where it will add-up for good cause to Namma Bengaluru.As a local resident, I would request the hotel to use their front space for CAR parking. Just a little bit care from your side to public/others!Concerning a discussion or confrontation on same topic with front desk manager today, hope there is some sense in what is being expressed here. It does counts to put some efforts outside of official duty!Thanks guys...AK

It was a sundden plan, and we always wanted to stay in Fountain Tree,So check in was great, rooms are reaaallyy good and worth the money.Housekeeping staffs, Rajesh and Prathap was amazing, they were exceptional in taking care of us and provinding best service and hospitality.We saw a staff around 50s in the restaurant he was also excellent. He did a great job, i dont know his name.Over all loved the stay.

Extremely well done rooms. I prefer such rooms which are small but well done with modern interiors. The food option is also adequate but there are better options around. There is a pub in the building but the rooms are well insulated from any notice. Overall a good experience. Added note, MTR restaurant is just behind the hotel.

As soon as u enter the hotel, the smell that hits you is an indication that the hotel staff takes care of everything. Rooms were big enough and stocked. Even the mini bar prices are reasonable. The staff is courteous and understanding. Theres a restaurant downstairs and a nice loumge/club on the top floor. The location doesnt matter as much as its bangalore. Every single thing is within hands reach. Would definitely recommend and visit again if I get a chance.

Pros:-Extremely well kept rooms-Rooms feel sleek and modern-Staff very helpful and friendly-Good location, close to many restaurants and malls, there is also a bar above the hotel-Food is good, thought not directly supplied by the hotel, the restaurant attached to the hotel supplies room service, serves both Indian and Chinese food of good qualityCons:-If like me, you are travelling for business and you require a strong internet connection, you will experience difficulty. Although the WiFi is actually fairly fast when it is working, there are frequent outages which lasted longer than an hour at some points, very frustrating while working.-Sound is an issue on a morning, the doors do not protect from outside sound and I was woken most mornings by doors slamming as people were leaving there roomsOverall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed in Bangalore.

Easy to access location, plenty of restaurants around, good aroma, good rooms & well maintained, In Budget Hotel, Got good deal in goibibo!The only thing that Disturbed me, Housekeeping staff entered my room without my consent, ven I was out in the city, even though I didnt ask them for Housekeeping...I did complaint to manager there, He told me, Its a hotel policy to do Housekeeping After Noon..., and if one doesnt want any staff to enter room then one should press DND switch...BUT even manager didnt know this, DND switch gets deactivated once key is pulled out...if guest goes out..!Felt privacy was hindered somewhere!Moreover, This policy needs to be modified, consent should be taken from guest before entering in the room.Staff should be trained and told about the functions of electronics present in hotel rooms.

Stayed here for 14 nights. Very good staff they helped whenever we asked for, rooms and restrooms are very clean. There is restaurant downstairs Check Post which serves good South and North Indian food. Next time I am in Bangalore I will stay again.

Hotels location is great to be in with alot of things around, but the staff at the hotel have an attitude of their own its more like they are paying us to stay there... The rooms where stinking and dont even thinking of going to spice garden, you might end up having a bad stomach the next day. They are always under staffed and very poor service.Please dont follow the higher rating given by the couples as we all know what they are there for.... And are least bothered to pay attention to anything.

Fountain tree provides rooms for daily rent. It costs around ₹3000 per room.A room has a family bed. They permit only 3 people in a single room and also charges extra amount of more than ₹800 for an extra bed. I would suggest not to take extra bed, as the extra bed comes with wheels which is really uncomfortable. The normal bed is sufficient for 3. Although the rooms and toilets ate kept so clean and tidy. They also provide complimentary break fast in a hotel which so nearby, but it may be available only after 8.30am. The hotel provides high speed Wi-Fi connectivity for one day. Dj party and dj nights are conducted here

I was at this hotel to attend a business meeting. The hotel was very clean. I must appreciate the staff. The staff were locals and they were extremely humble and polite. Tiny beds, tv has no channels subscribed, heavy noise from the bar above 3rd floor post midnight, view from my room is another apartment, very small rooms, Horrible room service, taken for granted attitude of reception, very less breakfast options in the buffet, and the list goes on!!! Biggest turnoff was the tv!! Its a 3 star hotel, but they dont have money to subscribe atleast the basic channels!!!!! Boycott such hotels! There are many worthy contenders around the area
