It was a really a nightmare kind of experience. The day I visited was heavily raining and there was a power cut in that locality. It was pitch dark building to enter. They dont have emergency lights or inverter inside the building as well as inside the spa.Initially they told me the power cut would be only for 10mins,but even after 1 hr there was no power. No AC, No lights, No fan , No etc..what else you expect ? No hot shower after massage. I would never visit with such kind of experience. Inspite of complaining there was no response from the management. The staff were polite and humble but the company is not doing well in handling the customers. Even the therapists were unhappy with the higher management.

Went to this spa with lots of expectations. There were a variety of massages available but when time came to get the body massage it was the most basic and painful experience. I had to tell the masseuse 5 times to make the pressure less while massaging but after 2 mins she would go back to massaging with so much pressure. I had body pain for 2 days and rather than feeling relaxed I was more stressed and hated wasting my money there. Utterly disappointed.

I went to the spa coz their rating seemed good.I felt so acutely disappointed by the end, hence as a moral responsibility, I shall elaborate on my experience was which might serve as a warning to others.It was my first time here and safe to say my very last. I dont even know from where to begin. The areas of improvement were so many.I wasnt that stressed to begin with when I reached the spa. I was an easy to please client.Yet , the entire experience was saddening.I had wanted -1. back massage - 2. head shoulder massage 3. foot massage and 4.acne facial.Areas of improvement ( there are a bunch so exercise patience )1.When I entered , only the lady at the front desk was wearing a mask. Being a front line worker( who wears masks for some 12 hours at a stretch while working ) I found it irresponsible behaviour for the guy at the front desk to not don a mask. The masseuse wasnt wearing it either. Her mask was drooping , her nose and mouth completely exposed so when the massage started , I politely reminded her to wear the mask.2. The head massage gave me a headache.😐 This has never happened before. I do get massagesrather frequently.I did not even know it was possible to get a headache from head massage before my today s visit 😔3. On the massage table , they have a hole for you to put your face in it . Everywhere else, the masseuse gives something to rest your head on.Today, I informed my masseuse thrice that I am very uncomfortable with the way my head is . Could I get something to put my head on?I tried a towel by myself. I got less or no help in this regard.My head was paining by the end of the 2 hours.I had told her thrice but nothing happened.The foot massage was good 9/10.The head massage was average. 5 /10. I did not enjoy the headache I got post it.The back massage - she did NOT have good technique when it came to what she did with the elbow.After the massage, I had requested if I could get a facial straight away. We spoke and she said yes.Post this, I waited for full 15 min by the watch !! She did not come back.As a working lady, I find this utter disregard for my time irritating. Infact , waiting inside for 15 minutes for the facial to start , and there is absolutely no information from their end on this is very annoying.4. Finally, as I had other things to do apart from endlessly waiting, I decided to shower and go home.Turns out, they only gave one towel which is to be used for both your hair and the body.There were no tissue papers in the entire room as well.It was just so sad.🥺 Just the entire experience was borderline stressful.5. In the other branches, they have this plate of flowers kept right under the head support. You get a pretty view of the flowers. That too was lacking here.6. Finally while paying the bill, I told the manager about my experience. He kept smiling throughout.Here I am , a customer complaining or narrating how bad was my experience at the spa ,and he s just smiling and grinning .It shows apathy and maybe he didnt care for what I said.Smiling is warranted when you are having a pleasant conversation . Otherwise , when the customer has had a bad experience, and yet you continue to grin and smile , it seems like mockery.I had seen the ratings of this branch before ,and hence thought of coming here.But it was such an utter waste of time for me.Arent spa supposed to be relaxing and comforting ?They arent supposed to leave you with a sour taste in your mouth.

Its an amazing spa. The people at reception and the masseurs are very polite and courteous. I especially liked the Balinese massage. They have membership schemes which give a very good discount. Definitely would recommend them.

It was the best Swedish massage experience. The masseur used knuckles and elbows apart from the fingers to apply right amount of pressure on the pain areas. It is also value for money. I would highly recommend this place over other five star spas. This is because the focus here is on the massage whereas in other places they pour gallons of oil, other creams and wraps with little massage.

Terrible experience. Took my mom for back pain. The receptionist says shell inform the therapist how the massage needs to be done but the therapist has no idea. Nobody understands anything other than Hindi. Kept telling them to reduce pressure but no change whatsoever. Better to opt for a more professional spa.

A posh looking place with sub par massages. The ambience was really good but I didnt like the massage at all. The masseuse was way too rough and I had severe back ache after I reached home. Massage should be relaxing and shouldnt feel like a punishment.

Finally done with membership and I would like to warn people of the inconsistent experiences you might have. Therapist change very quickly. Lot of interactions are not very good. Sometimes service is really good and sometimes its not and nothing is done about it. So please understand the risks before putting so much money.
