The charges they charge, they don’t deliver the services as per that. I have been recently there with my mother and they booked a 10:00 am appointment for us. It was a working day for me as well. So I expected a timely presence of the doctor but he didn’t show up till 12:30 pm and they don’t give you a exact time. They will just tell you to wait for more 10 minutes and so on. It’s really frustrating when you have to catch up to your work and have old mother with you suffering at the same time. Do not recommend it to anyone. If you have time to wait this much go for a government one.

Harassment by staff membersI went for TMT. While the procedure was going on two female staff members kept on knocking the door. Worst, one of those staff members peeped into the room from a see through glass below. People who have done TMT know that you are the most vulnerable at that time with no clothes on with just an apron on you with your upper body exposed. Inspite of knowing this, the staff did this, made me conscious and evaded my privacy.Hospital senior did apologized later when I confronted the staff.They made me feel uncomfortable. I have no clue if that impacted my stress test reports.

The services that I receive from Narayana Electronic City branch is excellent. Dr. Lavanya and the entire staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. Dr. Lavanya is incredible. She has taken great care of my health. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

Over all experience is good. For annual health check members, they have to make dedicated coordinator to easy flow testing as we have to ask for each step to someone who is already busy with other patients.

The doctor was kind and did his job a decent way. I appreciate for taking the feedback on a positive note and discussing the issues as addressed on the previous reviews posted. The intention has never been to demotivate or sadden the work done by the doctors at work but Narayana can definitely improve the process of treatment with minimal cost avoiding un-unnecessary charges on tests and reports. We visited the orthopaedic department (*name taken off as per request) today and he didnt even prescribe a single medicine to my mom. Very casual attitude being a doctor and no botheration at all. Mom had extreme back pain and is barely able to move and sit straight hence we requested to provide at least some medicine but the doctor was only keen in money making business asking to do several blood tests and generate different other reports. I have noticed this way of dealing with patients from narayana doctors. Though they know the cause and the treatment, they still ask the patient for various tests and reports to earn cash which seems to be a money making business. Absolutely disgusting... Shame on you guys.Really frustrated and waste of time and money.

I had booked an appointment with the orthopaedic Dr. Amarnath Reddy in Vellenkani clinic.First, the Dr. came much late than the scheduled appointment time. His attitude was so casual as if he came out of some pressure. He casualy checked and said that get the MRI done.He didnt even bothered to write a single word on the prescription. I feel I totally wasted my time and money. Very disappointed.

I found NH is excellent in all aspects of service, whether Medical or para medical or support services. I cannot specify any one or two area.

Went for consultation with Orthopaedic doctor Dr Amarnath Reddy because of 2 weeks of excruciating low back pain which forced me to go for physios. This doctor charged heavy consultation fees of 700 rs and did not give us time to talk about my problem. He seemed to be a man in hurry and concerned only about himself about not getting covid affected. The consultation was over in less than 5 minutes when I wanted some more investigation about my back problem. I strongly DO NOT recommend to go to this doctor..do not go to this clinic...QR code is also not much only paytm...dont wasted time going there...I would give rating from 0 to 1.

Unfortunately Nurses here dont know to give Pensulin injection which is prescribed by main NH hospital.. Two instances they have wasted medicine..

Please see the review before visiting which will save you your time and health.. We took an appointment with Dr Ravikiran Mahalank for 5pm and a receptionist calls me in the afternoon and said to be at the hospital before 5 since doctor will leave by 5.30.We reached there at 5.15 and waited till 6.30 and everytime we ask at the reception the response was doctor is driving will be here in 10mins. This was how responsible the management was and the doctor was about time management. Pathetic experience.

We have had very good experience with the team in this narayana clinic. The staff is very helpful and a special mentiom should be made about Parvez. He goes above and beyond to make sure that all appointments and support is provided to the patients. We have had consultation with pediatrician, gp, gynaecologist and dentist here and have been quite satisfied. The lab is also quite good. It would help if the lab could provide home sample collection also.

Worst healthcare given! The gynecologist Kiran Mayi is so rudeTries to wrap up patients like theyre some objects. Doesnt take any time to address issues. Randomly gives all blood tests to be performed without any base. When asked her name , You can see it on the prescription is her response.And the lady on lab duty who drew my blood on Saturday 24th oct, 2020 at around 6:20ish was not even well groomed. She had long nails. And they way she kept pushing capillary tubes into my arm has swollen my arm now. I can still see the blood clot on my arm, my husband too - who took the blood tests with me.Never going here again.Worst part : Being a hospital they dont take everyones temperature at the gate during covid.

Once the customer service/technical service team transfers the call to the certain department, they wont answer for the queries properly. They wont even wait for 2sec, if they are unable to hear the voice they will disconnect and no patience to wait. Called them more than 10times to take appointment. So careless the staff is.

Very unprofessional, they just behind money, nothing else. No sentiment for people who are coming for treatment. All the staff, doctors, nurses and all, they are not at all cooperative. I had gone with my 2 year old baby, and doc told to give blood samples for test. Nurse was expecting that small kid would sit down properly, I mean really, from where you people have got training. At last she couldnt take out blood samples also and my child got hurt. Doctor told that go to Narayan hospital!!!!! This is what this clinic is all about. Please at least keep trained people.

Worst ever experience. They are just insensitive. Booked appointment with doctor ten days ago. At that time they said am 4th patient in line . And confirmed the time a day before - between 10-10.30 am. I travelled 8 -9 KM and reached the hospital by 9.55 am. And they are calling to cancel the appointment. Five minutes before the time. Then they rescheduled to 1-1.30 pm. I reached by12.50 pm . And then now they say 15 patients are ahead of me. Not sure how they can be so audacious. This is not the first experience with these people. But this time , in COVID making a patient travel so many times is not fair. High time these staff learn courtesy and politeness. AND poor responses they give.

SHAME ON YOU ! Do you think this is a Park where we can wait as long as you want us to wait. You take money even before the doctor is in the hospital so we shouldn’t run away with frustration. I came here for second opinion thinking I will get someone to help but this visit is going to be my last and I will NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. You careless people , making just money and don’t value people. I have been waiting for Doctor for last one and half hour and no one here seems to care about it because you already took money.

They will never pic your phone. They will cut the call without picking, then why they gave contact number here. I think all other review which given 1 star are correct only. I tried ten times but they did not pic the call.

They give you appointment at 10:30 -11am and till 11:30 they are unsure where the doctor is. You keep on waiting for hours. And if you without appointment, just to show a report. They show you the line of endless patients who have taken appointment. You should have ample amount of time in hand to visit here.

Lab tests are not proper and they manipulate it . I got my kid urine test done here routine report shows infection and culture report was normal. When I consulted my family doctor they said it’s not correct and I got it done outside again and the report was correct. Waste of money

Worst behaviour to patients by few nurses. We faced this many times, as we know few practical difficulties from management and facilities side, they should talk to us politely and make it in a amicable way.. but they are very rude and just like that they are justifying that they are correct..Small message i want to share to the ppl in hospital is that like we are not coming there to have fun or movie or party we have something problem in our body with which we suffer and we want to get rid of that.As you are charging higher than any other hospital i am not requesting to be behind us but try to be polite and in a proper way.Only trust is that the Seniors Doctors are visiting there and we can trust them.

Firstly, @ owner/customer service please stop posting same reply to all asking for MRN number and details. Everyone is fed of staff rude and irresponsible behaviour and all details are included in the review, its time to take some step as totally ruining name of Narayana and dr Devi Shettys vision. Hospital service requires empathy with patient even on dealing with them on phone. Whenever i called here, people reply so rudely on phone as if i am asking for free consultation.No etiquettes, no empathy and no hospitality . Spoiling the name of Narayana. I would request Narayana management to look into this. So many complains about staff behaviour, surprised why this is not yet taken into account. Better go and check in other narayana clinics how staff over there behaves.

Worst experience ! I will give you brief feedback about my experience. We went for Scan , very first thing they treated with unpleasant face gesture. Especially that receptionist and nurses ! They are treating patients like govt hospital patients. We are paying amount and expecting right service for the same. My wife is a pregnant lady that nurses treated like very worst manner not even helping her to liedown in the bed for scan. Also they didnt allow me(husband) inside room. At that moment i dont knw how escalate this further . if any of the management people reading this review that might help them to increase the quality of service! Considering we are in modern era these kind of bad feedback can easily spread across the city, hence that will affect your hospital name for the mistake done by lower level people ( Nurses and receptionist) kindly take required action against them !Note: we went around 6.30 pm i meant say that staffs !

Worst experience. Got my tests done on Saturday evening and the staff said that I will get my reports in email by Sunday. When I did not get my reports on Sunday, I tried calling the clinic and there was no answer. I called again on Monday morning to get my reports. The report was ready but wasnt sent. I also enquired about getting an appointment for the evening to show my reports and they said you can just come and consult doctor after 6.30 PM. I called at 6.25 PM to confirm doctors availability and they say they dont have any general physician available. They also said that doctors time is from 6 to 7 (earlier they told me 6.30) and yet there was no one. Smaller clinics provide far better experience than what I faced with this clinic.

Not satisfied with the behaviour of front office staff. They wont inform us, if the appointment is cancelled. Pharmacy is good.

Worst clinic I have ever visited. The receptionist records an appointment and calls me to visit at 2.15 pm , once I reached the clinic they say doctor is busy and asked me to visit evening 5.30 also called me around 3pm saying doctor will be available from 5.30 to 6 u can come. I again visited to clinic as usual receptionist asked to be seated, after 10 min she called my name and asked me to pay 700 rupees. I asked her how long will it take for my turn of consultation the reply was DONT KNOW MADAM DOCTOR HASNT COME YETThis is pathetic they oly work for money no moral values

Had taken my sister to the general physician Dr. Chethan Bhandari who in middle of the consultation was busy making person calls with his tenants about maintenance issues. His prescribed antibiotics had a reaction on my sister and when we called him to explain the reaction, he was least concerned to follow through the treatment.

Oh youll get special treatment indeed. Absolutely horrible hospital faculty. Once we asked for a followup with our endocrinologist and the personal assistant informed us that he is not available. When in fact he was available that day. This made us miss the appointment and the schedule for treatment. They are certifiably one of the few absolute losers in the world. Doctor is very efficient but if you dont get to see him then whats the use. Its a shame actually.

Had visited clinic to consult dermatologist. She prescribed a cream which is not available in any nearby pharmacy. Called clinic several times but they just keep saying they will call when doc is available but they dont call. They refuse to share doc contact either. Now looks like hv to get fresh appointment to get clarification on medicine.

In online they say open by 7:30. True as security open it. Staffs come by 8:30-9. so dont waste your time by going earlier than 8:30 AM.

I will give zero rating, the worst clinic Ive ever visited. The staffs doesnt cooperate, no help. Very very rude. Anusha naming person was the most rudest among them. Receptionists talk over their personal phones for long time instead of attending the patients. I am very upset with their behavior

The worst experience I have got, billing team will issue two bills, if first bill is less they will suddenly increase change bed charge. Not narayana health thief narayana, full of cheaters and frauds.
