I went here to update my mobile number in aadhar, they will provide one form to fill (in case ask security guard he is very helpful) it take 10 mins to complete the process. But Ive to wait 40 mins due to queue. All employees are very helpful and supportive.

I visited this branch for adhar update.I recommend you to take the appointment from the adhar portal first and then visit the branch for faster process.Mine took just 15min to update.

Visited this branch to avail Aadhar related service.Staff were helpful and courteous.It took around 90 minutes for one new enrollment and 3 updates. Appointment is mandatory for Aadhar related service.Overall it was nice experience.

Worst bank and worst customer service. Never open current account with this bank. You will end up paying huge charges. Their so called agents will not give you any information before opening account. Better go with other banks

I wish there should be an option for 0 star. Employee dealing in salary account at Marathahalli branch is really an arrogant and having no minimum decipline to talk to a customer.Hope axis bank should take care of such employees otherwise they will keep loosing customer.

Very worst customer service

Had very pathetic experience from Credit Card team. When I raise a concern about my credit card application , they have answered me without even asking my application reference number or account details. That guy is having the ability to read face and find issues associated with our account, I believe

Customer service is very bad. I went for forex card unload. I had to fill very less details.however it took more than 1hrs. Inspire of very less crowd the Concern lady took more time to respond me. While sitting I observed her behavior was not good to other customers as well. I was told DD will be available after 3days and I will get a call..but no response. No way I am going to deal with Axis bank ppl in future.

My debit card is still not active as my phone number is not yet updated .Request you to update it at the earliest and I cant connect through your customer care number as it is not available.Please get it done at the earliest as i Will not be able to visit again and again.

I visited this branch for Aadhar update as this one the nearest Aadhar enrolment Center and you can book the appointment online before visiting the CenterAll the process was fast and staffs guided me what needs to be doneBut they are not customer friendly for sure as always busy in chit chat and personal stuffsService needs to be improved

They give importance only for high value transactions, for normal customers no help a at all, waste keeping account there

Bank is at nice location and even no hassles of find parking space. And bank remains non crowded most of the time

Worst bank ever I have seen they can’t even maintain Xerox machine I have travelled long distance to find xerox shop but I didn’t find any when I said I will mail you my documents she refused and took me as granted though we are small customer but 8000/- mean lot to us horrible service not even worth for 1star all staff are lazy and busy playing on their cell phones
