The Doctors, Nurses and staff members are very attentive and extend great care to patients. The hospital is well staffed and they are responsive. In regard to facilities, the upkeep, standard and cleanliness of rooms and common areas is quite commendable. All in all, Manipal is a great place for those in need of medical help and they can expect high quality care to be extended to them.

If we are recovered completely also they will give many tests for making high bill. Doctors dont answer or clear doubt properly.

Doctors are very good.Facilities too are good.Front Desk team are very supportive and considerate with the requests made for help with appointments and guiding us to the right departments (Maria helped a lot).(Lift facility can really improve. Patients, visitors and hospital equipments all have to use the same common lift. While there are separate lifts for patients and equipments (apparently, which I have been told), did not see this. So, there is of scope of improvement here.

I went there for my Father to meet Gastro doctor K N K shetty. They are not having healthy environment keeping in mind tge corona situation currently. Also, the doctor only intends to make money and doesnt care of the health of the patient at all. Dr KNK shetty really is a senior doctor and not expected such an unprofessional behaviour from him.Would not recommend the hospital and definitely would not recommend Dr. Knk Shetty.

Im a regular at Manipal for my dad treatment. Their feedback mechanism is really bad. Management doesnt provide the necessary attention to porter services, lift services, pantry services and dialysis services. I have no complains on staff they are excellent in the taking care of people but its management who take so steep prices for everything and dont provide apt people to provide the right service. Complained multiple time times through their feedback to COO, but complains get responded and with a suggestion to be solved but they are never solved and pathetic service continues. Fed up of waiting for these services and the main people who pay prices are the people who get treated since they keep on waiting for these services and with no hope.

Fraudsters at work. Third Class Hospital, system is horrible. these money making cheapsters take huge amounts for COVID vaccine and then deliberately dont enter details in COWIN portal and then they force you to mandatorily take ur second dose from them only. They are the worst and cheapest. Dont rely on them ever. These guys came to our apartment on 29.08.2021 (Purva Fountain Square), took the money did billing for Covaxin first dose and never did registration. I entered all details in their register and these fellows never bothered to enter them in the portal. Imagine the callousness, they never even cared to tally no. of billings against the no. of entries made. To add to my woes, these guys had done a vaccination drive on 14.8.21 earlier where my husband had taken 1st dose covaxin. Again his entry was not made and then later on when he inquired they made entry of Covishield in COWIN portal. Now even though he is eligible for 2nd dose, he cant get it from anywhere because of difference in time interval of both vaccines. When anybody gets vaccinated at their hosiptal they make proper covid vaccination cards but to apartment residents they dont give anything. Now we have to mandatorily visit their hospital and take 2nd dose from them only, as they can only amend our details if possible at all. Highly careless and unprofessional. We are both working and took vaccine in apartment vaccination drive to avoid hospital visits but they made us fools and landed us in this mess. We are forced to beg them now to make corrections in our data for no fault of ours.

We have been visiting Manipal hospital on old airport road last year. My mother needed surgery for thyroid gland. Her doctor was Shabber Zaveri who was wonderful. He explained everything very clearly and his confidence was very comforting, especially since my mum is elderly. His secretary Maria was extremely helpful, she knows everything and everyone and explained the processes clearly, as the hospital can be fairly bureaucratic. Shes very quick to respond to requests for help. Overall the experience at the hospital is great, nurses and staff are well trained and polite.

The place is busy almost all the time however it’s well planned. Went in for health checkup which had dedicated area, staff and support staff to guide.Most of the tests were completed quickly while one had to wait for lab results for the doctor consultation.Certainly will come back here again.

This is about covid vaccination. The process was for most part smooth but slightly time taking. The vaccination was largely organized outdoors. The only glitch was generation of certificate and you have to mandatorily register with your bill and get it while on site. Even a government PHC generates it automatically upon receiving jab. Hope things improve.

Book the health check appointment online. If you directly come here and pay you wont get any discount. I had to pay 12k where as the same was available online at a price of 9.6k. Manipal is a trusted name. We have been availing their facilities for a long time and find it quite satisfactory. Me and my wife recently got our annual health check up from there and the whole process was exhaustive and detailed with due procedure and efficient service. Will recommend to others .

They do not understand the meaning of care. Who else will serve cabbage, soya, dosa and food like that to a patient in the CCU (4th floor). Once the bill was settled, the staff there told the family to dress up the patient. No senior staff was available to listen to what was told.

Worst service. The hospital staff weren’t bothered that we had an appointment. The doctors were not available. Kept us waiting for 2 hours for a check up and are only bothered about money. Worst experience. Visited it for the first time and would never visit this hospital again.

No one cares here. First a wrong appointment was given. Then after running to the pediatric section takin appointment v were made to wait 3 hours. Yes tats 3 HOURS!!. None of them bother to inform if there is any delay . Once v ask them they ll tel doctor cant meet u nw u can take refund n leave . Just doin the interior of the hospital wont make it any gud. I was suffering from Phimosis for quite some time and have consulted several other doctors before never was it fixed and wasnt given the right medication. Dr. Saurabh Vashishtha is truly an angel who cured me within three days of medicines and also performed a treatment procedure so that I dont face this again.
