Would not recommend. Despite of good lighting and a very high tip given to the therapist, she doesnt know the art of giving a man a good massage. I was greatly disappointed and will never come back. Im sorry, please train your therapists to better your service and give great service, they will return, otherwise it wasnt worth a penny to visit the spa.

By far one of the best spa I have ever been to and worth all my money. Upon arrival you will be warmly greeted, shown a variety of treatment package, then taken through magical doors to the luxurious relaxation room. Very clean and comfortable!Just beyond that are the dressing rooms, showers with steam room.I had a relaxing Swedish massage by male therapist Vihaan in a very comfortable private room. It was quiet except for the soothing music which nearly put me to sleep. Water was offered before and after my treatment.Staff are attentive to cleaning up after guests, fresh towels, clean facilities and well decorated spaces set the mood.😊 😊If youre looking to impress that special someone, especially if that someone is you, you must come here! Top notch treatment and you will feel like royalty. ❤️ 😍Ill always be coming back to this place when I’m in Bangalore and need to relax.Definitely can recommend! 👌🏽 👌🏽

This is a interesting spa located in Cambridge Layout. The space is on the top two floors of the building and has multiple rooms. The place is reasonably clean and the ambience is good. The therapist was okay. I might be wrong to be giving this rating by comparing this place to others in the city, but i find that they can do more. Especially with the overall experience before and after. A small suggestion is to have herbal tea post the massage as that is far more healthy than juice. Overall it was an Ok experience.

My husband treated me to a couples massage for my birthday and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional and the place is nice, relaxing and CLEAN. Mary and Sofia did a great job with our massages. We felt relaxed and serene in the Moon Light room.Our hour long session lasted just over an hour. Both masseurs were attentive to any pain or injury we had. They both seemed to notice where there was muscle tension and spent extra effort trying to relieve the same. They also specifically asked us the amount of pressure we were comfortable with right at the start to make sure they got it right. Our session was the aromatherapy session for two and we had a lovely room with soothing music. At the end, we were given a cup of tea.The atmosphere felt relaxed and rose petals on each of the beds and soothing music definitely gave off a super romantic vibe. The ladies started immediately- one of them asked my husband for the pressure intensity and he opted for strong. Dont be fooled however, when they say strong they mean STRONG.For me, it seemed like the lady used the standard pressure for any petite sized woman like myself, but it was perfect! Not too light but not insanely strong either. There were areas in my back I didnt even know were tender till I had this massage, they found and worked on each one of them. They work on your back first, from neck down to your feet and end with a hot towel melting all the pressure points on your body.Then they flip you over and work on the front side of the body from head to toe and was surprised they even gave a facial and head massage as well! They also give the extremities a massage but overall my favorite was the neck and upper back since those are my problem areas.And dont forget that you can request your EXTRAS from them like a couple time after the massage and so on. If you know what I mean.

We visited So The Enigma Spa on a Sunday evening and had a 90min package.. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and it was our favourite spa as of the month we have been in South india . We found the price to be well worth the services for 90min. The place itself has such relaxing vibes. Beautiful ambiance and interiors. The therapist/masseuse are so professional and efficient. I was suggested Balinese Massage because of soreness in my muscles after a heavy workout. The massage included stretches and the effectiveness of these stretches given by my therapist were marvellous. And the massage was also amazing. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a professional and relaxing massage.

I had very good relaxation massage given by ANNI, she got a magic hands. Her oil massage is too good. She is very friendly and good to have a conversation with her. SUGGESTION : Guys try her massage its too good. The Enigma Spa Manager is very helpful suggesting a massage, she has enough knowledge about therapies. Highly recommended Spa.

Am a regular at this place but todays experience was very bad. I got a poor massage and found a couple of cockroaches in the room.Last time I had this new girl Pooja doing my massage. Her massage is below average and she kept talking all the time.Today, I told Kim ( the receptionist) that I dont want Pooja to do my massage. She assigned Pooja and I had to change the masseuse mid way.Pooja was as usual busy upselling some signature package while applying oil with zero pressure and justifying her actions. Please dont choose pooja if you want a good massage.I also found cockroaches in the room and when I showed it to them they laughed it off saying they are friends. Dear Enigma spa owner, cockroaches are not my friends and I dont want to see one when am paying you for quality service.Nancy is the only decent masseuse who can give you a good massage.It was just a waste of a few thousand rupees. Am sure there will not be any refund for a sub par massage in an unclean room.

I loved the place very much it was my second visit here. Last time I came alone but this time with my Hubby. Took couples signature package. We felt like we were in the heaven. It was a awesome we both had. Keep up the good work.

Very bad service... No precautions for covid... They did not take a temperature check nor immediately provide sanitizer... Spa services were average... WOMEN caution - do not get waxing services done here.... They used some kind of Rica wax and totally ripped my skin off my arms... And dont get any facial done here... Developed painful rashes a day later... The sales woman was all about selling soap for my skin, glad that i didnt let her touch my eyebrows, which she insisted repeatedly to get it done inspite of giving a no! Please go elsewhere if you need to relax....

Had my first massage here (ever) and it was amazing. When you walk in, they offer you lemonade, water, and tea. I suggest going for the lemonade. Its awesome! I got the Balinese massage from therapist Nancy. They go very slowly and you can always communicate with them and indicate your pressure preferences. The oil they use is very hot and aromatic. The staff is very friendly. The ambiance is very nice. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back.

After a hefty day , i just googled for spa and came across this spa.Well the staff is generous,specially the manager is very humble and i loved the way they welcome their customers, and the listed prices are reasonable. Therapist Jessica gave a very relaxing deep tissue massage , she knows how to bring the perfection and get the tissues relaxed, the best thing i liked is the therapist does the job well and not keep looking at the clock unlike other spa. Visiting Bangalore for work, and found this spot on Google Maps.Best massage ever! Nancy was very strong and found all the spots that had knots, and firmly worked them away.I had a massage at the Oberoi hotel, but the masseuse there was really small, and the pressure was super light.Not here. Nancy used the right amount of pressure, and was extremely nice.Ill definitely be coming here again next time Im in town. Highly recommended place.

This spa turns things up a notch with amazing personal steam showers and light therapy. There is a beautiful waiting lounge with soft music that I dozed comfortably on a cozy chair and wasn’t disturbed. Inside the spa rooms, the tables are very comfortable. 5-stars to therapist Nancy ,very well crafted at her massage skills, very kind and humble. They also provide a healthy drink or tea after the therapy.

Its very unique service you will not find in other spa.... The price is high but if you ask for discount The receptionist Kim will give you...I really love the service... I recently went to this spa looking at the reviews in google. once i entered i got a warm welcome by the receptionist. we took a couples massage and it was mind blowing and the place was pristine . our masseuse was Nancy and did a wonderful job relaxing us. we were treated royally and the massage and pressure points were excellent. A big thumbs up for her. Would love to visit again and recommend to all.

Excellent spa and massage centre located about 5 minutes walk away from Ulsoor metro. Locate Don the second floor of a commercial building, the interiors are tasteful and the place has a soothing and relaxing vibe. Had a couples massage and the masseuses were expert in their jobs. Facilities are available for a post massage shower and we were given a green tea in the end as well. Value for money for a full body massage, will defo recommend to try them out.

How have I only just been to this place?! I felt so pampered and cared for and left the most chilled out Ive felt in a long long time. Totally unprofessional. I made a prior appointment, only to reach the place & find they are closed due to an ‘emergency’. That I can understand. What I can’t understand is why they couldn’t have called/texted/pinged me on whatsapp to let me know in advance. Why else do they ask for contact number if not for this?!!

Diya is an amazing therapist. Due to my mid back pain, I have been to numerous spas in the past 5 years but I never had anyone who could apply the pressure in the pressure points on my back which I was looking for... to my surprise my back pain has reduced considerably over the past 2 months thanks to her training and understanding a customer’s pain point.. I will recommend anyone with mid and upper back pain visiting this spa and try out Diya’s technique of applying that pressure on the knots.. Highly recommended!!!

Yesterday I had visited the Enigma Spa after surfing the internet. I went through their reviews and found it to be good. I called and took an appointment for 6 pm. When I reached the Manager welcomed me warmly with a hot beverage. Since I am an athlete I suffering with knee pain for the last 4 days so I took a sports massage. The Therapist Jessy was very good and felt very relaxed...

Enigma spa is a wonderful place. The spa is located in a nice cozy place, situated on the 2nd floor away from all the noise from the city. It has a very nice ambiance and the moment u enter the therapy room, you already fell the calmness and relaxation. I got my massage done by Ms Nancy, who demonstrated excellent therapist skills. She paid full attention to her skills and technics, with perfect pressure at the right places. It was really relaxing and soothing.I would definitely recommend this place and especially Ms Nancy and others too for anyone who is looking for a peaceful relaxing experience.

Overrated and overpriced. First the lady on the phone tells me that they dont offer any discounts cause their service is so great and stuff, and reading the reviews i thought why not spend the extra for a good service, so we booked an appointment for 4pm. At 4.03 the lady calls back asking if we are going to make it in time for our session or not. We tell her that we are just climbing the stairs. The funny thing is that they take us to our room and ask us to get dressed and then disappear for half an hour. When we call up asking why are we being made to wait, we were told that the therapist was having her lunch. Then the therapy was not so great and after 90 mins of enduring the massage, we went home feeling cheated.

By far the best spa in Bangalore. The way therapist Mary slides her hand all over the body has some magic in it. Highly Recommended
