This is the trusted clinic which is very near to our apt. This is one stop for all health issues. The doctors are good and the system for attending patient is very nice. There is vaccination drive on and the clinic has maintained all the measures for safe vaccination. The process is smooth and hurdle free. Not too many people at one time and slots are managed very effectively. The staff is very helpful and clinic cleanliness is very well maintained.Thanks Apollo Clinic Bellandur for this facility and helping us in this difficult times.

I have been to this clinic multiple times last month and found it to be pretty average. Does not meet the standards of other franchise clinics.ProsStaff is ok and supportive.ConsVery chaotic place and not well managed.Layout is very poor, particularly the first floor. I would say it is a major fire hazard.Consultation rooms are small and basic.No parking.Does not seem disabled friendly at all.Overall feels like an average clinic in a tier 2 town.

We went for health check up and the staff members are so polite and supportive.Mr. Avanish was with us and guiding us for the entire process and very kind and supportive.Overall good for diagnosis, but you should be very careful about the consulting doctor.

Below average in terms of Cleanliness.. Didn’t like the way it is managed.. You can spot mosquitoes in the alley, while waiting for your turn too. Ultrasound section is really not up to mark, nurse is not changing the tissue paper mat on the bed and pretty rude..

Worst experience. Had gone there for corporate health check. They confirmed the appointment online but when I went there, they generated the bill and then I was told that the doctor is on leave, so they cant do the eye checkup. I was asked to visit them again next week. I visited again on given date and time after a week. This time, some other doctor did the eye checkup, who wasnt an ophthalmologist. No computerised test was done as I was told the equipment wasnt functional and i was asked to get it done from outside. I dont understand why the hell they accepted to do the tests, when they do not have working equipments and doctors.Do not visit the clinic. Its a waste of time and money. Rather it gives you more stress just to deal with them.

Though the services and good and the doctors are fabulous, the receptionists are very rude. They are only interested in taking the money. They reply to you as if you are a headache for them.

Am giving 3 star rating only for staff nurse in this clinic, if am giving rating for doctor only 1 star especially Dr. Anusya Shetty, because 2 months back I am visited this clinic with my husband (my husband has fever and cold) . We met dr. Anusya shetty, she dont know how to talk with patients, and how to ask the patients problems... Am also a staff nurse , I know some other hospital doctors (senior most specialist) will handling the patient, they are talking wth patients very calm and quietly, they know how to heard about patients problem and how to handle the patient. But we are not impressed about Dr. Anusya shetty treatment and care.. Staff doing well, Doctors will always give more psychological support for patient, so please understand the patients problems...

I visited this clinic today to get my 2nd jab of covishield covid vaccination. Process is simple :- book you appointment on cowin, pay at the billing counter right at the entrance, take the token provided by them and wait for you turn. Vaccination is carried out in room 1 and the nurse who administers the jab is Ms Shobha. She was very polite and helpful during my visit. The entire process right from billing to vaccination was completed within 15 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience and Id recommend this clinic to others who are yet to take their covid vaccination.

One of the many Apollo clinics. Have close to my place, have visited a few times. Some observations.• Couple of Doctors I visited were a little too direct and borderline rude. Theyll say like this and this is the detection. Will tell this is the treatment, take it or leave it. When patient asks a few more questions, they tend to get irritated. Call it lack of empathy.• Theres no coordination between the Apollo centralized call center and the doctors schedule whatsoever. A few times, the appointment was a particular time, the clinic called and informed that the doctor will be leaving at least an hour early than your appointment time, come soon. Had to rush a couple of times.• The receptionists are always on the edge of being irritated. Ask them a few questions, or tell them that you want some other slot or sometimes the payment doesnt go through due some tech error or talk in between when they are gossiping, they get irritated. Basically do as they say else you’re going to be treated like a third class citizen in spite of paying premium for better treatment and consulting. Feels like we are consulting for free and they are doing us a favour by letting us in the clinic and treat us.

Looks like the publication of their services are fake. They don’t have any ENT , still they claim to provide ENT special services.I get messages from Apollo in every hour.The DND SMS feature is a scam and even after unsubscribing couple of times , it still sends sms.Tried updating my profile online , but it does not work. So deleting profile does not work once you have registered once online.

Have visited here for COVID Vaccination. Extremely well managed process. They make sure the center is not overcrowded and they follow all safety precaution. A very safe place to go for getting vaccinated. Cant thank enough.

I had visited this hospital for full body checkup and Hospital is just below the bellandur underpassBut, got bad experience from this hospital- No Proper communication (No intimation of which tests to be taken nor they call for the test)- Lab assistants keep chatting instead of attending patients even though after asking for the test- Senior doctor was smearing gel around the body and even on the dress with no care and felt so unprofessional (had tests before but they were done so professionally)- Doctor advice was good but not complete and detailed explaining the causes or reasons- They treat you like as if you have come for a free check up- This hospital is no better than other hospitals - made for just minting money with no care for patients- No Parking space- Only Dental specialist was professionalWould not recommend this hospital, try other Apollo branches and avoid this branch.

Went for the ENT doctor. The doctor is good. But the management is really bad. Theres so queue system which causes problem. With a prior appointment of 9AM in the morning, the patients have to wait outside the doctor cabin in a congested place. The doctor arrives at 9:40 and attends other patients because theres no queue number given to the patients.Its unjust for the people waiting prior.Parking is not available. AC Ventilation doesnt work if you go for morning appointments.Advice to management: Please setup a queue or number system for easy and fair system for attending patients.
