A very well laid healthcare center. The facility has got all the contemporary resources to take care of patients. Overall place is well maintained and clean. The reception points at various departments are very helpful and friendly. The place has installed benches in the hallway that makes waiting easier. The canteen area is big as well, the medicines prescribed can be availed in the medicines section which is in the main hall.

One of the best hospital in Bangalore Sakra World Hospital. My 77years old mother was admitted over there for 10 days. Well treated, good behaviour and most important hygienic. I felt slightly over priced.

My experience with the neuroscience department is extraordinary. Got my mother’s treatment from senior surgeons of the neuroscience department. Got good guidance and support from all the doctors and staff. They also helped reduce our financial expenses in the hospital. My overall satisfaction and experience is great and totally worth. Went for Covid vaccination for my mom and highly impressed by the way patients are kept informed, movement of patients from ground floor reception to vaccination floor. Kept us informed all the time on ongoing number and our number. Nursing staff, doctors, receptionist, patients relationship managers all were extremely polite and courteous. Big thank you youre doing a great job and should increase your vaccination capacity and govt should increase the rates. At 250 hospital would be making loss.

I went for a small day care surgery today under the supervision of plastic surgeon Dr Rajendra. It was a pleasure to meet him Face to face as previous other consultations before the surgery day happened virtually.I found him really passionate about his work, compassionate about the person and patient in front of him as well as caring & very down to earth person. After surgery he came and discussed the details and made sure that I am comfortable.In between I met Dr Subrata Das on the floor in rounds – he is the person who helped me to make the decision as I was scared to go to hospital during Covid. I really thank him for his outstanding support all the time whenever we as a family approach him.Coming back to support staff – the hospital is definitely under-staffed. During Covid time I can understand the slacks. However, I faced this even in the past – during my fathers and my mom’s hospitalization. My Covid result was shared twice (once before the day of admission and once during the admission) and still when I went to the 3rd floor ward nurses were scared as they did not find Covid report.Mr Feroz Ayoob was instrumental in coordination from the beginning. I am sure he will mature in his role and will give excellent service in the future.Vinay was the person who helped me with admission – it was quick.All the nurses are overloaded though that does not make them any less empathetic for the patients. Rincy (3rd floor sister) was really very helpful.Shabab the house keeping staff made an extra effort to bring tea for me with just one small request – as the breakfast was not served to me despite of multiple follow-ups – there was some issues. However he made sure that I feel comfortable.It is worth mentioning Soma Das who helped me so much during hospitalization of my father last year on a festival day when everyone else was busy on Duserrah festival in 2019 - she was the only one who was on duty on the front desk.I was alone with my father who was suffering in such a way that he needs to be admitted immediately. She was so compassionate to resolve all my queries – arrange for bed as soon as possible and most importantly consoling me at that hour. She as available throughout for me that time & this time as well.This time she made sure that I get the bed as soon as I reach hospital. As I was alone without at attendant today, she made sure to follow up on my behalf with insurance desk and billing. Today I got the clearance within a very short period of time due to the billing and insurance desk follow up and also, they were cooperating.I thank SAKRA for making the process as smooth and seamless possible. On top of everything, I see that everyone is striving their best to assist and to be at service. Kudos!

I was there for a surgery and the treating doctor was Dr.Rajendra G-Surgeon. He is one of the best doctors I have ever come across. He explained my condition and told me what exactly needs to be done. I got the surgery done and now I am absolutely fine. Also the OT staff was very caring and generally the entire staff. My insurance was taken care promptly and was hassle free. And also recently one of my colleagues had a brain haemorrhage and got operated at Sakra. They did a fantastic job and now she is fine. Three days ago, my husband and I had been to Sakra World hospital for the first dose of vaccination! We are extremely impressed with the meticulous procedures adopted by the staff before as well as after the vaccination! Worst hospitals of all time. They just want money.Its a commercial mall instead of curing patients.You come here waste your whole day and then they will tell you to do tests.If you are coming here, be prepared to spend 5000 on every visit.I feel we shoupd give another place a try and see if atleast we are getting services for the money paid.All visits are very disappointing here.If you are reading my comments I would suggest give another mall (hospital) a try.

Sakra Hospital has been my preferred hospital for over 6 years now. Every doctor I have visited for the family concerns have been extremely helpful, impactful and patient friendly. Doctor Rajendra who attended my daughters surgery was extremely great in helping us through the process with his assistants Majeed and Feroz coordinating every step. Earlier Doctor Chandra Sekhar who did my mothers knee replacement have been nothing but best in identifying problem, prescribing care, following up post procedures. Great experience with doctors so far. Sakra even started doctor consultation by video and lab tests at home recently which is a massive advantage.While costs of inpatient services, lab tests are on higher side, if your insurance covers this hospital as network hospital, there is no better place.Needs improvement in food and beverages quality in food court though. Rest are great!

It was great experience for me during covid times at Sakra hospital from start to end for my mother in law(mil). She was refered for angiogram by the cardiologist and I was wondering how all the pre tests including covid test would be done. Sakra had an excellent touchless process with social distance ng and I could complete everything in almost two days time. The hospital looked very clean . Jamaica, SLM, and was guiding us each day and we prepared very well under her crisp instructions . She managed the appointment very well with insurance on the angiogram day and the patient could leave well on time from the hospital. It was a great experience for me and the patient and kudos to the Sakra staff and doctor Srikant shetty.

My mother had taken her COVID shot on 13th march all the was smooth process.A big salute to the security who was guiding her though she had language problem, the gentleman at the registration was very polite .And the nurse who gave her the shot was good.But the only thing disappointed me ,was no doctors to check on patients ,as my mother had a high blood pressure post vaccination.She was really scared ,we managed at home but how about those who cannot.Hope you address this .Thanks to all .Stay safe.

Recently been to Sakra World Hospital for Preventive heath check up. Entire process went smooth, everyone at the hospital were really professional, polite and floor manager was really helpful in every step . I am giving 4 rating as I wast satisfied with Dental and Nutritionist check ups. Dentist was unable to spot anything said everything is fine and cleaning is required finished the consultation within 2 min, in reality there are few minor issues. Nutritionist is such a joke, I dont think she knows anything about proper diet plans excepting printing a typical diet copy(honestly we have much better templets on diet plans in google) . When we ask why do need this and which way it helps our body she doesnt listen anything, and simply goes with her own flow, doesnt care about the actual problem of the person. Says take care, best of luck I dont understood at all.

Hospital is very worst many concern are there experienced doctors for name sake they have 25+ years of experience but they cant even treat for simple bacterial infection after admitting for 8 days. If someone goes for serious condition i think they wont come back but need to pay the amount which cant be bared because it will be huge. Everyone fromdoctors to nurse or billing or our scan report provider everyone will be waiting to suck our money. Soi decided to move to other hospital so i asked for ct scan report for ct scan i paid 40k plus then when i asked a copy they took me around 1600 rupees. They just delay the scans reports so that extra day the patient will stay at hospital.

The whole process of vaccination was very well organised. Good care of social distancing was followed. Staff is very equipped and helpful.

When we went to Sakra hospital, the emergency ward manager Mr. Ananth very kindly gave us the guidance and provided a bed. My MIL was very nervous about the treatment, but the staff inside the hospital were so helpful and cordial. We truly are indebted to the service they have provided and have saved my MILs life. I was looking for COVID vaccine for my mom and when I heard Sakara opened up, I immediately booked an appointment.First time at Saraka, I landed up an 9 am. First patient for vaccination! Obviously there were Day 1 confusions, but the staff was extremely supportive! Arranging extra seats for elder patients, arranging refreshments, multiple people from Ms Nita’s team to explain patients about the process and make them comfortable and so on.
