We have been having a great experience with nightingale. We are working with a speech therapist Ms Suravi, and she is doing a great job. She understands the need of child and works accordingly with them. Very gentle and nice.

I had opted for a speech therapist for my son. In a very short period, therapist Ms. Suravi Dash has made an excellent progress with my child. She’s very dedicated, knows how to make the child comfortable. My son looks forward to his sessions with Ms. Suravi. I’d highly recommend her for her services.

I recently underwent an ankle surgery and post-surgery I was advised for physiotherapy for about 6 – 8 weeks. I am thankful to Dr.Harsha for his expert treatment and guidance for my speedy recovery. He helped me understand my injury and overall recovery process and guided me patiently throughout my recovery period. Dr.Harsha has great physiotherapy skills that expedite the recovery process. Another thing that stands out for him is his style of treatment, he always motivated me throughout the process that played a key role in my speedy recovery.I strongly recommend him and thank him again for his guidance and support.

Nightingale is prompt in sample collection. But not very prompt in giving lab reports. After 72 hours of culture, I still did not receive the lab reports - which was needed to start the medications. But the Nightingale customer care team said that since today was a sunday, they can only give the report tomorrow (Monday). Mr Sijo helped me get the reports on time and the medications got started. Thank you Sijo.

Very nice staff who are excellent and very well skilled. I would like to give a special mention about John. He is too good in what he does and very nicely spoken. He did my dressing so nicely without any pain for me and had patience to listen to my queries. Overall very happy with the service.

My wife had a leg surgery and was advised physiotherapy session. The problem was for us to take her to a hospital as we stay in a village. Finally, we got Nightingale! Dr. Harsha was very helping and completed the sessions in the most perfect manner. He got my wife to stand up and walk within 2 weeks.

Recently I suffered from severe lower back pain and contacted nightingales for home service. Their response to the request was in a swish and they have connected me with Physiotherapist Sumalatha. I would like to admit that my pain was intolerable wherein I couldnt move or bend. The Physiotherapist checked my condition and emphasized. She asked me not to worry since it is just muscle pain and not related to bone. That was a big relief but still I couldnt trust completely. But what happened later was magical, she suggested appropriate exercises, massage methods and hot tub procedure. Slowly I got recovered in the stipulated time and now am back to normal life just in 10 sessions. Not just she treated me well but she is very friendly and polite. I would strongly recommend her for any kinda physiotherapy treatment and believe in her untill u get back to normal. It was a pretty good experience and a friendly treatment. Thank you.

Very good Center with Scientific approach to Speech therapy which we subscribed for our kid.A personalized approach to learning for kids.The ice had been broken now and my son is uttering some words in a meaningful and joyful way.There is extra energy as well as a sense of civilised behaviour instilled in my kid. I contacted nightingales specifically for home speech therapy for my son as they offer home services . When I called customer care for appointment, they gracefully told that First assement needs to be done and after that therapist can come to home and provide services. After the assessment completed, the therapist told no slots available for home, you need to come to clinic. Why the hell Customer care didnt clarify at firsr that slots are not available for home services, so we would have never gone for assessment.. This is just a business strategy take 1000 rs for assement and then deny home services. Very pathetic customer service and they are very unprofessional. They will come for assessment to home and see if they can convert customers and call them to clinic.

I had my ACL surgery on October 12th 2019 and started Physiotheraphy from Dr. Harsha a week later. From the beginning, Harshas knowledge on Ortho really helped in understanding the struggle I was going through while walking, sitting etc, and did the physio sessions based on my pain tolerance level. He is one of the best physios available in Bengaluru. He very well knows the sets and stretches to make depending on our body weight and the pain level. In 2 weeks time, I was able to walk normally without the crutches though he advised me not to. A big thanks to all his efforts in making me walk and run again.

I had acl reconstruction surgergy on 13th jan 2020 and by 7th feb Im able to walk with full weight bearing without pain without any support. This only became possible under Relfellas guidance..Totally recommend for acl recoveries.

I have a very mixed experience with Nightingales....I have been with them for the last 10years or more. Have largely used only BCG and Physiotherapy.Both these services have been good I think because I got a good caregiver for the last 5 years! The replacement have always been below the mark...Physiotherapy has been fairly good... again largely for maintenance of the patient , no other active goal possible in the case of the patient. However am happy with the services of the physiotherapist. He does his best to achieve whatever ihe is able!Besides these two services, I feel Nightingales is no longer a service organization it used to be. .there are lot of changes after the take over by Medwell ...more a profit making endeavor! My request is that you dont loose your service face ....make profit but be service minded!!The three star rating is for overall service...I would give my caregiver five star and also the physio the same!Thanks!

I under went elbow surgery, which was very difficult for me to move arm. And decided go with physiotherapy sessions from Nightingales. Dr. Sumalatha was assigned physician, who was very patience and skilled.Her every session helped me get better movement for my elbow. I found therapist Sumalatha very easy to communicate with. She used different techniques ( dry needling, UST, IFT/IENS) to treat my back and neck pain and also explained what she was doing and what to expect in detail. I was given reasonable exercises to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Writing this review after 25 days of starting the physiotherapy , took 10 sessions in total , Have disc bulge and saitic pain in one leg, got some temp relief also , but now have the pain has started in both the legs. The only thing provided relief was ultrasound and TENS machine. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR LOWER BACK PROBLEMS. NOTE TO STAFF: Know what you are doing and what you are trying to treat simply suggesting generic exercises without knowledge can aggravate the pain, try to read the reports and make custom treatment plan. NOT RECOMMENDEDEdit 2: Since i didnt recieved any resolutions from your end , despite of trying to reach multiple times on the email provided writing here again, are you guys interested to resolve this or is the review thing is just for a show??

We went for speech therapy for my son. It was a very good experience. He is non verbal but communicates very well through Avaz AAC device. Special thanks to speech therapist Meenu Mathew she has guided us to improve his communication through Avaz.

The administration of this place is perhaps the worst Ive seen in any clinic or hospital. No one answers the phone, when you walk in with an appointment there is never anyone at the reception and if a receptionist is sitting he/she is usually busy chatting / surfing on the net. The physios are decent nothing exceptional. The most useful person here is the security guard who doubles up as a receptionist/ office manager.

From Nightingales Dr.Sumalatha Arkatu has came to treat my wife Tulasi samal after her Knee replacement surgery,my wife is so sensitive & she scared to get physiotherapy but Dr.suma treated my wife with very carefully and patience,she motivates her well all the time during the sessions, she takes care about her knee and made her walk indipendently in a month, organization needs these kind of physiotherapist , im very happy for the treatment and commitment of dr.sumalatha.

I had average experience with Nightingale. I preferred speech therapist ( home service) for my son. It was for 15 days sessions ( later we have extended for another 10 days). Therapist neither talked with my son nor shared any tips with parents for initial few days( 5-6 days). It was just complete waste of time and money ( probably thats their strategy to extend sessions as much as possible) .Upon insist he started mingle with the learner and advice how to deal with him which helps us to move better lately.Also, I want to highlight their fees for home service. It greatly exceedes bound without any reasons.

Over the past couple of years I have availed Nightingales services for a few of my issues. So this time when my mother complained of joint pain due to her arthritis I decided to go back to Nightingales to avail their physiotherapy services for my mother for her arthritis problem on her right knee. Dr. Sumalatha has been handling the therapy for my mother for the past one month. She has been extremely professional, punctual and also accommodative of my mothers old age. She has shown extremely good patience with handling my mother and now I must say that my mother and she have become good friends! Dr. Sumalatha has also been very persuasive that mother do all her exercises. It was surprising to me to see my mother be prompt with her exercises and listen to someone :) She never listens to me. On the whole, Dr. Sumalatha has been an amazing therapist for my mother and my mother feels better now. I will definitely and without doubt recommend Nightingales and also Dr. Sumalatha..

I had very good experience with Nightingales and physio SAI HARSHA PONNAGANTI was very apt for the problems I was facing. I had stiff neck and the neck mobility was restricted by 50%. Harsha was very friendly and was quickly able to identify the issue after asking me about my daily routine and was able to identify my exercise routine and work posture as underlying issue. The daily stretching by Harsha with skillful use of ultrasound and IFT routine has bought my neck mobility back to 100%. Harsha has given a PDF document to use for stretching exercises daily and his advice on what not to do w.r.t my neck has helped me a lot. Thanks Harsha. Keep up the good work !

I got surgery for ACL tear in my right knee and the pain after surgery was really bad, doctors adviced me to go with physiotherapy and some friends recommended to go with Nightingales. Sai harsha came as consultant to know the exact treatment I need from nightingales team, this guy was really excellent, he explained me about the surgery process and why I have bad pain and what need to be done. I was really impressed with his skills and immediately requested him to start classes, I need to really thank sai harsha for doing physiotherapy for my knee, the way he handled was excellent and with in one week pain redcued and trying bend my knee to 115 degree, as per initial plan I need to go for 25 sessions but due to my onsite urgent requirements , need to travel 10 days before and it was little challenging job for sai harsha to make my knee to support travel, luckily he made it possible, before travelling day, I was able to bend my knee to 123 degree which is really impossible but due to him it was possible, I sincerely recommend to go with him for any knee issues or therophies as he is very professional and friendly, he moulds you and get his target achieved, really excellent doctor I met and today I can stand and walk 10 to 20 steps with out support, thank you harsha and nightingales team to allocate sai harsha as physiotherapy person to me

So here s my story - i suffered grade ii acl , mcl , lcl , meniscus injury at the sametime while playing badminton. I still dont know how did i manage to cause so much damage at one go. Post researching through google I came across nightingales clinic via which I met my physiotherapist “Kubra” and I am really glad I did. I went through 25 non stop sessions which really helped me in standing back at my feet if i may say so . She is thorough at her job and extremely caring for her patients. I had a shoulder pain and after the doctor consultation I came to know that I have acute cervical spondylitis. Doctor suggested physiotherapy and life style changes. I came to know about Nightingales through the community I live and booked for appointment, mainly since I was not happy with the clinics around where I have bad experiences when I was recovering from a clavicle fracture few years back. On the day of appointment I was happy to see smiling physio (Harsha) from Nightingale, he asked me lot of questions and tried to understand my issues, he was very professional and he understood my issues in a quick time and also verified all my medical records. Harsha did the session after the consultation and the way he interacts and make you comfortable I had decided that I need to have Harsha for getting myself recovered. Harsha explained me how the cervical spondylitis can affect me in my future if not taken care, he gave me suggestions and long term plan. Harsha suggested me to go for 10 days package as that would be cheaper than individual sessions and I am happy that I listen to him. I was suffering from Knee Pain(PIRIFORMIS Condition) and was adviced by Doctor to go for Physiotherapy. I opted for Nightingales Services at home.Their lead Physiotherapist Kinnera Madam assisted me for this. She is best at the treatment.She started with the pain assessment and by the end of the 16th session she left me with complete cure.She taught me the regular exercise for maintaining it.She is highly patient and listens to the problem and does the right diagnosis. I have visited this place with utmost pain in my neck and shoulder and consulted Dr. Meena. She identified the root cause of my pain immediately and started with the treatment at the clinic. Dr. Meena and her staff are very friendly and make the patient comfortable throughout their treatment process. Later I chose home care treatment since travelling was a problem. For home care treatment, I was put under the care of Dr. Suma, another best therapist. Her treatment was perfect and ensured that my pain was decreased drastically within 10 sessions. She also taught me some neck strengthening exercises which helped in reducing my pain and get back to my normal daily routine without much hindrance. Overall, I am really happy with the treatment and the staff of Nightingales.
