Rarely is the high praise seen from reviews of a place reaffimed in actuality in my opinion.Aroma homespa hits it out of the ballpark everytime I visit.Massages are quite phenomenal.Special shout-out to Rosy and the owner Ms Kala.

Gave incorrect information about timings and told me to take the services another day when I had paid in advance. Products not upto the mark considering the prices charged. Poor customer service and hospitability.Hair spa only lasted until one wash though they claim that they use 100% herbal products.

Overall a lovely relaxing experience for me to break from my hectic schedule. I can highly recommend Just for girls package which is more value for money. Keep it up folks. Will see u again during my next visit to the city.

I took a small break on Christmas day for a massage. Spa ambiance is lovely and peaceful with good music. My therapist Sri (dont know full name) suggested Balinese massage with cleanup facial. Very relaxing. The reception was very helpful in booking cab service too for me. I can recommend this place.

Highly reccomend. One of the best Beauty Salons in Bangalore. Clients are treated like royalty. Every single product used is organic, free of chemicals and handmade.Highly underrated parlour, ambience is scenic, soothing and calm.The hair removal wax they use is handmade, organic and free of chemicals. It makes a huge difference on the skin then the usual chemical waxes like Rica in the normal salons. After coming to aromeahomespa, I notice a huge change in my skin. Highly recommend.

Overall excellent experience. Though have never had hot stone massages, on recommendation by the manager to relieve my very sore muscles, went for it. In my opinion, best massage ever. Would highly recommend this place for genuine massage therapies and healing. Ravi

Had my first massage here (ever) and it was amazing. When you walk in, they offer you lemonade, water, and tea. I suggest going for the lemonade. Its awesome! I got the Balinese massage. They go very slowly and you can always communicate with them and indicate your pressure preferences. The oil they use is very hot and aromatic. The staff is very friendly. The ambience is very nice. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back.

Masseurs are well trained. But equipment condition and maintenenance need to be improved. The steam was not working when I visited last. In the shower area they must provide a stool specially for senior citizens. Also a grab rail would be useful

This used to be a really nice spa sometime back till the owner Kala used to handle it, Ever since she stopped being there everything went down horribly, The receptionist and booking manager are so rude and arrogant. They have no manners how to talk to clients,Instead of telling the right reasons for not giving an appointment , These manner less arrogant bunch of idiots place false blames on clients without even knowing their name.I would recommend all sensible people to stay away from this unprofessional setup.

Visited the spa for the first time at 530 after calling and confirming availability. Staff insisted that I take a package worth 3500 + taxes. Around 615 pm staff started complaining about having to stay back making the customer wonder why they ever booked an appointment this late. The services were so rushed that they dint care to complete what they have charged for!! Is it only about the money then? Not going there or recommending anyone again..

As I entered the spa I felt very peaceful and the ambience is very soothing and a homely look. I did foot massage and hair spa and I liked their services very much.

Nice and humble staff refreshing and southing environment

After reading so many excellent reviews, I had high hopes for finding the one salon/spa for our family. My daughters and I went in last week for manicure/pedicure. We paid 400rupees for each of these but thought it was worth the cost if we did not have to drive into Bangalore where we have been going (and paying 170rupees for mani or pedi). What a major!! disappointment. This was without a doubt the worst manicure or pedicure I have ever had in my life. The therapist cut all of my nails crooked and could not get them cleaned up. They put one coat of polish on my daughters and left it at that -- 2 days later most of the polish is gone. I asked for two coats + top coat and had to ask for the top coat 2x. Even with that, the polish quickly started coming off because they did not clean the lotion off the nails BEFORE applying the polish. My cuticles are a mess as well. Some of my nails are rounded and some are square. Overall it was just a miserable AND pricey experience. On the positive note, the spa is beautiful and very clean. I will continue to drive to Bangalore for my 170 rupees mani that is far better than what Aroma Home Spa can offer! Such a shame.
