I have tested in the dr safe hands. When I am giving my sample in sample collection tube I found that there are white small bubbles present inside the sample collection tube. May I know why it has white bubbles in the sample collection tube?Also I got to know from the lab technician in dr safe hands that reports will generate only in specific days like Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Is this correct?

I wanted to get a test done on an urgent basis. I called them, texted them for the same 4 days back and still got no response. Its shameful for a lab for such service if they dont fulfil their purpose. This makes me sad. I would suggest not to waste time by contacting dr safe hands.

I was in Bangalore for a business visit and had to give fasting blood sampleAfter giving the sample I asked the executive as to where I could get some breakfast since all shops nearby were closed. He told me that it was difficult to get some due to weekend lockdown. Then he told me to wait for 10 minutes and arranged some coffee and idlis for me since he understood I was hungry.It was not the best of breakfast but their gesture was very touching. They even refused to accept any money for the meal.

For me and family too.Last time I took service from this companyWas pleasantly surprised to note that the person who took my sample actually showed me the sterile supply he was carrying and explained how he will take my sample.He was very polite and gentle too.That sample collection guy was nice.I hope we get same services when we visit hospitals too.

Their service of collection of samples from Home is pathetic. They cancelled 3 times and showed up after a week of requesting.And had asked for 2 tests. Paid by cash to the executive who came to collect the samples.When asked for the bill, he said it will be sent by email, which didn’t happen. When the test results came, only 1 test was done though I paid for both. And have still not received the bill. Spoke to their online customer care and they haven’t been able to help me either.I want the bill and the refund for the test that wasn’t performed.

When I first registered, I had called the contact number given to request the invoice, they said when I get the reports, I will get it in the email. But they never sent an invoice and also was very rude in response when I asked for that.Once reports came out, I got a call from a person identifying the doctor, but did not reveal his name, he mentioned my reports are normal but did not give me a chance to even ask a question. the call was end in 15 sec.I never recommend the service, as I see a couple of questions are unanswered:1.Why is that doctor examining the reports did not even give a chance to talk to person about his reports?2.Why is that invoice never given, even when repeatedly asked for it3.Why is that contact persons always make false promises that invoice will be sent along with reports. Why should some one wait to get the invoice along with the reports.4.The invoice should be given to customer as and when the cash is collected.5. Also why is that techmed person collecting the samples never identify themselves as they are from Dr.SafeHands.6.The big question is:Are they really conducting tests or just send some random reports. Paying 4100 for tests having no clue about all force us to go to other test centers.

Pathetic. I had taken a test few days ago and after follow ups i received the results. However as promised i did not receive any doctor free consultation as claimed. Since we are not from medical profession it is tough for us to interpret and understand reports. Get the test done in reputed labs or hospitals, avoid such quacks.

Decided to take self precautionary test based on their website, by dr safe hands, Andheri Mumbai Lab. They are doing great work in field which is still very nascent stage in India.However they need to be careful of not spreading the illness instead of eradicating it !!1. Booking the test is easy and convenient online.2. Sample collection was too casual and careless.The technician came late without confirmation call.He was casual about wearing gloves in sample collection time, despite of such patients cannot be touched by bare hands.I had to insist that he wears gloves in BOTH hands.Even the gloves he had were not fresh, and were re-used!He did not have a separate kit and all needles were in same packetThe syringe and cotton swab were all casually packed in loose packets(Big Labs like Dr. Lals and Metropolitan have separate kits per person with new syringe, gloves, swabs and band-aids. Leave alone the type of samples this company collects, is highly infectious and hazardous)The disposal of syringes and swab was casual and kept on backside pocket of his bag.He broke the needle seal - which was in a cello tape.and after that told me that needle was new and he had just broken the seal, without showing to me. ( strange!)The cotton swab was not fresh and just another shabby cotton used fro both cleaning and putting on the sample site.The technician was not trained to handling blood sampling.He could not locate the vein on hand and then used my knuckle for sampling and left a Blue scar which is still blue after 10 days.There was no band aid, just a sticker to close the wound, taken again by bare hands.Point is, if sample collection process is so careless then what about the testing and reporting?When contacted the company about it and still there is no response.Still awaiting Test results. lets see if I get what expensive costs Im paying of Rs. 4100/- ..Suggest the customers go to a more reputed labs before deciding to spending money here.For the Lab, suggest please train staff and audit strictly, hygiene levels of your Field staff, or you are spreading serious diseases to your customers.Hope you work to actually make your services Dr. SAFE hands SAFE.

I booked a test for my father and said them test name properly and Dr safe team said they can do that and said person will come next day morning to collect samples. I called again to check that I havent received any mail for the same.The contacted person said after test the details will be shared to my Gmail, however I have asked him again for same thing I need in mail. They havent sent any info reg that. Finally test is done for some other thing and reports came for some other.When I called and said test was done wrong, they simply said we will give 10%discount and I need to get it done. Such a awful answer and irresponsible team.IF YOU PEOPLE ARE CHOOSING THEM FOR ANY TASTY PLEASE GET THAT CONFIRMATION ON MAIL AND PROCESS, SO THAT YOU CAN CROSS CHECK.
