Finally I deleted uber app from my phone. I thought about doing so earlier but some how did not. Today an uber driver stood me up for 20 minutes and when it was 1 minute away he stopped, wont cancel himself, wont pickup my call. And this nasty company doesnt have a on call support where I can coordinate and reach such drivers. I have had similar bitter experience before also where I fought a lot to get some sort of response from customer care. Days later they credited some money back and told will cut incentives. But such response is not sufficient for a cab service. I should be able to call talk and get on time responses, within ride times, not later. Hence goodbye uber.

Uber have clean cars as compared to Ola and even they provide better services than ola .Sometimes the prices may be high as compared to Ola no doubt Uber is better

So service is good only till everything is working fine and you do not eed uber support. Once you need support, you are done to hell.Also when you need uber cab in eal time like in early morning to airport or late night shifts, driver keep you waited and do not come. On contacting they ask you to cancel from your side , so you can not request a new can till you cancel and if you cancel you will be charged cancellation fees.I know you can get it refunded but still no reliability.Worst and pathetic customer support, seems like they have integrated automated systems to check keywords in the customer query and reply with same answer every time.There is no contact number where you can contact.but yes, in Bengaluru, i found ola cabs a little more reliable. Do not know why, but every time i need cab for airport commute in late night or early morning, uber driver keep me waiting for 15 mnts and do not cancel trip, then I tried ola and till the time i reach airport (approx 1 hour jorney), uber still displaying driver is on the way and you will be charged a small fee if cancelled. Very funny.

Why is Uber charging based on long routes while shorter ones exist. To go from Bilishivale to hbr 5th block, the Shortest is via Hennur Road, Uber navigates via rammurthy Nagar ring Road and charges double. However the final route taken by driver will be via Hennur road. This is crazy attitude
Driver has cheated with us. On 19 sep 17....moring we gone to airport to pick my mom.....@ 3.30am that was a up n down trip.. The driver was taken up n down money but he did not clear amont.. He taken 1300rs... But he didnt clear the first trip money also.....
